I had such a great experience w/ The Countertop Factory and highly recommend them. Everyone from their sales, measure and installation teams deliver excellence in their work. Michael Dean (sales) is so easy to work with, informative, patient, and accommodating. The measure guy made recommendations b/c the last countertop was not really installed properly. And the installation team did a superb job leveling the countertop on uneven cabinets (I was worried & then very impressed). They got the old ones out with very very little damage on my painted cabinets. All professional along the way. Also, their prices are consistent w/ market price (I had shopped around to compare).

We scheduled the template and install - it was a quick and easy process. The men who came to template and install were very professional and knowledgeable. My countertops look great! I had a difficult experience working with Lowes and getting a countertop delivered and installed. The countertop was paid for at the beginning of May and between then and August it went out of stock and was no longer available. Communication with the folks at Lowes and the installer was like pulling teeth. I finally had enough and canceled the order in August. I contacted the Countertop Factory and spoke with Shawn Enright. My experience with Shawn and the Countertop Factory was so much smoother! Shawn helped me pick a solid surface countertop (which I love!) and kept me updated during the whole process. Im so glad we discovered Countertop Factory! The showroom is tucked away on Triangle Drive in sort of an industrial business area, but once inside, they have a wonderful selection center that really fun to explore (and very socially distanced and safe). The Sales Manager, Michael Dean, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to talk me through the process -- he also sent me home with a small sample of my actual counter material, although Im not sure they can always do that. The process for measuring and installation was predictable and professional. Both the technician and the installation crew did an excellent job, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home -- really nice people. I ended up finding Countertop Factory because my husband and I had a bad experience with another fabricator who almost hosed our whole project through terrible communication and customer service, but it all worked out because we found Countertop Factory. Our counters are BEAUTIFUL! This is the first picture because the work is still in progress but we know the finished result will be even more gorgeous!

We’re very happy with our new counters. When the island was installed, we noticed some markings on the surface and reached out to Shawn about them. After a crew wasn’t able to remove them successfully, they offered to replace the island and invited us to closely inspect the piece before cutting it.I can’t take away any stars because the initial install had a hiccup. Issues happen all the time in life and it is how a company reacts to them that matters most. Shawn & the Countertop Factory did everything we could have hoped for to help work through the marks and replacement, never stopping until we were 100% happy. Great customer service, great final result!

Couldnt be happier with the new quartz countertops we purchased from The Countertop Factory! Very reasonable price and great finished product (HanStone Specchio White). The whole experience was very professional and friendly from initial consult through templating and final installation. They were very happy with us borrowing little samples several times too, which was very much appreciated.

The guys at the Countertop Factory were great from the day we met to look at samples, through the installation! They worked with me for hours to be sure our waterfall counters flow matched and used the least amount of slabs. The results were fantastic!! In addition, we recently had an issue with our sink drooping a bit and they were there the next day to make the fix at no charge. Thats what I call great customer service! Smooth experience from start to finish! Shawn was great to work with and provided suggestions for us to chose from when selecting the counter tops. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The template was done well making the counters a perfect fit. The installers were respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure the cabinets were secure and ready for the granite. Excellent service from everyone on the team. From first contact to install the salesman was always available for my many questions. They worked seamlessly with the stone whole-seller (Cosmos Granite and Marble) to allow us to pick our slabs.
