Wish I could give it a zero! Horrible customer service! I was rushed! She kept over looking me as if I was going to spend any money! Her makeup was awful by the way! Bad appearance to represent MAC! Never had this experience before with MAC but today was awful

I love this cosmetic place. I love Mac in general but this small shop is great. For a shop the size it is, they have a good range of products. From different foundations to the lips, they have great products. Since the Sephora near by doesnt have these good products this is the place to go

Excellent service!!! Depending on how busy they are, sometimes it can take a while, but they are always attentive and helpful once its your turn. Also, if they dont have the product you need, they are always happy to call downstairs to the MAC counter in Belk to see if you can be serviced there!!

I love the outpost MAC store in Crabtree mall. Its very convenient to other shopping stores that I go to often. The atmosphere is very clean. The store associates are always willing to help even when they are extremely BUSY they greet every customer that enters the store. This location is always busy so they must be doing something RIGHT!!!!!!

One of the workers refused to let me return my item because they said it was store policy that you have to use a demo product before buying an item. Keep in mind this was my first ever return so its not like I was continuously returning the same product. She then took it a step further and wrote the words “final sale” on my receipt.

Im a frequent customer! Anytime Im in need of an appointment, Brittani & Maria deliver. More recently, Brittani was double booked, and was proactive in pairing me with another staff member, and calling me ahead of time to inform me of the change. Im very particular and have been going to Brittani since Her early days a MAC, shes much like Family. I appreciated Her taking great care of me, and I absolutely loved my makeup by Maritza.

This is one of the best macs that Raleigh has !!! They are really busy because they are a destination location, you just have to have patience when you shop at this location, you wont be disappointed the artist are very informative. They are all so fun, its like a mac party.

The MAC store is actually a part of Belk at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh, NC. My mom needed to return something we ordered through the MAC website. They could not accept the return, but the associate was so helpful and patient with my mom suggesting colors and showing her the best way to apply the lipstick & blush as her hand shakes (shes 77 y.o.). It was worth the 45 minute drive to get that amazing customer service from Khaliah Jackson. She will make your day!

Terrible customer service. I was there trying to help a friend pick out a lip color for her WEDDING DAY and the employees couldnt have been any less helpful. Rude and inattentive. We literally went to a different MAC store to find someone more helpful.

I booked an appt for my friend for her birthday. I called a week in advance and booked the appt with Brittani after reading reviews of her being the “go-to” MUA. I was told she had a makeup class/training she was doing at 6pm, so I would have to book before then. I booked the appt for 4pm. We got to the MAC inside of Belk and it took about 10 minutes of her going back and forth with another MUA/associate, while we just sat there and waited. Turns out we were never put on her schedule (although I even called and confirmed...btw, she didn’t even come to us to tell us, nor apologized); she passed my friend off to someone else, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional; especially considering the fact that we were there for an hour and Brittani (the one we booked with) was not doing anything other than standing around joking with other associates the ENTIRE TIME and was even doing her OWN MAKEUP while we were there; so why couldn’t she do a clients full face again? The associates at the MAC counter upstairs were extremely sweet and apologized for our experience downstairs. Brittani was unprofessional! The least she could have done was come to us and explain that there was a booking error. I don’t care how great you are at applying makeup, professionalism goes a long way! I wish I would have got the name of the two girls & guy that work at the makeup counter upstairs; they were great and I’d highly recommend them.

I went here with my boyfriend and we were just looking around and I was looking at some concelers and this African American lady came up to us and looked over us the whole time like we were gonna steal somthing .Then she asked if I needed any help, and I said no, Im just looking for a concealer and she brought it upon her self to sit me down, try a wrong color of concealer. And I wasnt planning to buy it or anything but she literally was like Ill bring it to the back u can me meet there will it be cash or credit and I was like ......uh. It was a bad experience. And I dont plan on coming back

Northland Mall (Det.) Southfield, MI great customer service. Here Terrible service. I went into the store 3 separate times an no one greeted me. Finally the last time I went in I stood in front of the cashier for 10 minutes before a greeting, the employees literally walked an talked around me....just rude....one worker was done with the customer an still did not help me instead she comments on only having 5 minutes til closing. I wanted to buy a bunch of make up....I will stick to online

My first time ever living in North Carolina and decided to go to the mac store and have such a awful experience all I wanted was a Selena lipstick and no one would help me I open up a draw like I should know I shouldnt like never been and one of the employees said no so rudely and so mean and then ask if I need help. But not only that she didnt care to help me took her 15minutes to get what I wanted she decied to fiddle around we stuff that wasnt makeup! I have never in the history of my life ever seen that from any makeup employee! I should know cuz Im a representive for one!

Terrible costumer service!! I just left the freaking store because that lady was so mean with me. She said not right now!! Im by self!! Im the one spending the money and she gets mad because I was trying to buy something. so disappointed with this location...
