Brew to Brew is a cafe with a WIDE selection of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, smoothies, beer and wine! They also have a variety of pastries and other goodies. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. They’re locally owned and operated! They also have a location in Clayton.

Ive been here a couple times and always had a good experience! I eat gluten free, and they have a great variety of food and pastry options. I usually get a coffee and whatever GF sweet is available, and it has always been good. I love getting to support a local Cafe while eating delicious items that work with my required diet.

Just ordered through DoorDash for the first time and everything was delicious. The quiche was outstanding. I stick to a keto diet so its nice to have a restaurant that is able to accommodate that. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the eggs benedict and it wasn’t the best, so I decided to try it again the next day in case it wasn’t made right. This time I ordered, it was even worse. I also ordered the sausage and gravy biscuits and the smell was disgusting. You could literally tell it was just heated up in the microwave. My dogs ended up eating it.But the coffee was good.

Coffee is good. The shrimp and grits its really good ( and well priced). But my last visit I ordered the tamales. It tasted fine but it was just one single small ( like size of a taquito) tamale and a small egg for $6 is pretty crazy. Maybe change the name to tamaleAlso pretty long wait

My family and I ordered from here through Doordash and was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality of the items. We all had plenty to eat as the portions were generous and the coffee was way better than any of its fast food counterparts.

Good and almost consistent. I say almost consistent because when visiting B2B, my order is often the same. Shrimp & Grits + Waffle & butter/syrup + double-shot espresso (which I was originally told was actually 4) on my Vietnamese coffee, but depending on whos behind the counter, the value changes. Besides this small quirk, the place is worth a trip at least for me who lives in Wake Forest and drives 20+ minutes to get my Vietnamese coffee.

I will say that the coffee was delicious here! Unfortunately, I dont think ordering food from here is really worth it. My friend and I ordered the breakfast sandwiches which took 30 minutes to come out. When we got them, they were extremely cold. The cheese on mine wasnt even melted. It definitely looked like it had been made early in the morning, refrigerated, and then wrapped up. They microwaved them for us when we brought it up, but at that point it was just disappointing. I think their menu is just a bit too diverse for the amount of staff that they have to prepare it all.

The coffee beverages were delicious. However, the eggs benedict was pitiful. It looked like it was prepared in a school cafeteria by a 4 year old. I dont think you should be able to call it eggs benedict. You need to toast the english muffin and put TWO eggs not just one. I cant believe you sell that for 7$. I think if it cost two dollars that would be okay but you shouldnt be selling that and trying to pass it off as eggs benedict. Please google the recipe for eggs benedict and try to improve your recipe. The shrimp and grits were okay but the grits needed butter and salt.

Ive been missing independent coffee shops since I moved to this area so was excited to find this place. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. The first drink I ordered off the menu wasnt available and as I was browsing the menu I must have said something out loud because the barista pounced on that and rang it up. I didnt want to make a scene so paid for it. It was expensive and had a nice description so I expected something good.....she gave me a cup of hot milk! It was horrible. Combine the bad, expensive drinks with the total lack of ambience and you end up with one star.

Probably some early growing pains but some really slow service for a sandwich shop. Took about 30 minutes to get food. It was good but just a crazy amount of time for sandwich’s..Update the kitchen though my order was for a pimento sandwich instead of the quiche. So 30 minutes for a quiche and chili cup.Seems to be a real big breakdown in logistics of the operation for now. Look forward to updating in the future.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talking to her about her homemade desserts and dishes. I have been here a few times now and I have tried something different every time, I am NEVER disappointed! My favorites so far is the chicken salad sandwich, the iced Dalgona, and the key lime cheesecake with fresh strawberries YUM!!!😋

Great food! Sometimes seems like they dont start on my online order until I get there which can involve a longer wait. However, the food is worth the wait and this may just have been due to their new opening. Overall fabulous and have recommended it to all of my friends!!Definitely recommend the chicken salad and the hot roast beef sandwich

Excited to try a new place especially with great menu, came away hugely disappointed. Ordered salad with avocado, avocado was unripe and crunchy like carrot, when I asked for another I was told thats all we have, I would have offered something else or at least addressed new customer concern as part of management. I also ordered $4 Turkish coffee with no sugar instead I got one with 2 tablespoons of sugar with no offer to correct, I did ask for espresso and was given that ... The Hippie coffee is amazing ... All in all food is just ok and staff certainly could figure out a better way to address client concerns at a minimal level to avoid this review ... For what its worth this is only time I have given a review to a restaurant under 4 stars as Im easily pleased with most things ... An Avocado should not eat like a hard crisp carrot and if someone doesnt ask for sugar in beverage you shouldnt serve them a cup of sugar.

This was our first time at Brew to Brew. The atmosphere was nice and COVID friendly. Employees were all wearing masks, cleaning & disinfecting tables and seats thoroughly after any were vacated. Service from Adrielle and Julie was friendly and excellent!! Adrielle recommended I get an iced Hippie with almond milk (off menu); super tasty, and I highly recommend it: espresso, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon! My husband enjoyed his blended Caramel Bliss as well. We also recommend the shrimp and grits, which comes with shrimp, bacon, fresh garlic, and chives. Lastly, I have to talk about Julies recommendation for a bakery item... that she bakes herself each day... it was Sooooo TASTY! Imagine a sticky bun on the bottom with all its caramelized, sugary, pecan goodness with an iced cinnamon bun on top. Get it warmed, and its incredible! (Sorry, I was enjoying everything and forgot to take pictures. )

I find it odd and deeply troubling that the main review on here from Julie Row is the owner of the bakery pretending to be a customer. Why don’t you allow your actual customers to write a review about their experience and not fabricate one yourself. My soup was slightly cold and the cream had curdled from having been reheated in a microwave. Even the deli meat on my sandwich tasted as if it had been frozen and then heated in a microwave. Never going back to this place again, the owner needs a reality check.
