I visited Adore Designer Resale boutique last week for the first time, and I bought several awesome and stylish sweaters. There is so much to choose from.I was looking for a black tote to put my laptop and work stuff into and found this beauty. Its just right, and it was in a perfect condition. Ive been following this lovely store through Instagram. I have had the consignor and buyer experience. Both of them have been transparent and very successful. I bought a Louis Vuitton purse and a leather jacket that I had only seen in pictures. They were shipped to my home in Ohio. The second I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello and both girls were quick to help with whatever I needed. I was looking for a nice dress for an event I am going to next weekend and one young girl, Hannah, picked out a stunning selection of dresses for me to try on. One dress she found for me was perfect AND it was on sale!! Amazing prices and amazing customer service.. you need to come to Adore!

I needed to find a prom dress for a sweet teen that I mentor, it was her first prom. When I walked into Adore I was greeted by Alex and I knew I had her attention as she could tell that Destiny, the teen I had brought was so nervous about finding a prom dress because it was her first prom. Alex and her co-worker went to work finding the perfect dress for Destiny! They made her feel so special and fussed over her while somehow taking care of the other 8/9 customers that were in the store! They not only found an affordable beautiful prom dress for Destiny but also shoes to match! How about that! I absolutely adore Adore and Im so thankful that they took the time to make one young lady feel so special.

I have both shopped and been a consigner at Adore. I am always greeted with great customer service as all the ladies there help me with anything I need. All the clothes are in great condition and I can always find a great deal on designer items as well as a huge selection of such. Im always getting complemented on the items I buy there. After relocating from Los Angeles to the triangle area in 2011, I searched for a resale boutique. I found Adore! Adore reminded me of Rodeo drive and Melrose boutiques on the west side of Los Angeles. My daughter and I met Nancy and we knew this would be our #1 boutique. She is warm, friendly and shows genuine interest in our shopping experience. Adore boutique is welcoming and the staff are equally cheerful and helpful. Adore continues to be our first stop for Louis Vuitton and Chanel purchases. We love Adore!!!💜💜💜

The two young ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable about the handbags in the boutique. I was very impressed with the service. It made my shopping for a gift fast and easy.

I miss coming back because of the distance; for over 2 years, it was my favorite stop and I am planning to be back. Friendly, yes, I love shopping where I feel valued as a human being and as a customer. I get it here. And the pieces are unique, I got a dress 2 years ago and still today, every time I wear it, I got stopped for compliments. Keep the good attitude.

I was extremely excited to check out this boutique. The lady opening made it a big deal about having to unlock the door at opening for us. She stormed off behind the counter, without any greeting or acknowledgement. That is horrible customer service. I walked in and right back out. Her attitude pushed me to not even want to shop. I will not be back or recommend to anyone else.

I found the perfect gift for my Grandmothers birthday here. Alex and Hannah were wonderful and took their time learning about my Grandmother before finally suggesting some things to get.

I never shopped at a consignment store before but had a few minutes and so I decided to browse. WOW. I found a variety of great things.... like a skirt and several beautiful tops - that I would never be able to afford. The salesperson, Jackie, was very, very helpful. She honestly told me what looked good and what didnt and helped me look through the racks. Now that Ive shopped there, I will go back and I am proud to tell people where I got the clothes. I have a different opinion of consignment stores now.

5.18.19 Unfortunately I am not able to provide 4 stars for this review. While on a mini vaca. I decided I would research a couple local boutiques and based on the look and reviews I decided to visit Adore boutique. Customer service should be the heartbeat of all businesses but it was not for this clothing store. I was in the store for 33 min and not once was I greeted. 50 secs after being in the store I made eye contact with both young ladies and still neither one said a word to me. One young lady even began to straighten up and sweep around me, still nothing. She didnt ask of I needed help or to let her know if I needed anything she was available. Nothing. I watched and heard them speak/greet 2 other women who came in and one woman received some styling opinions. The first time communication was made with me was with her back turned to me asking if I was ready to check out. And further no other communication took place until the transaction happened. I still chose to purchase a clutch because its cute, but definitely hope that this review and the honorable mention on IG can be used a lesson in customer service. It is EVERYONE.

Very disappointed. I was expecting an upscale consignment store. Clothes were very out of date and most items I looked at were very over priced. The merchandise was organized and shoppable. I would not shop here again or refer to anyone

I did not go in to purchase an item but to drop off a dress for consignment. I was shocked how rude the woman behind the counter was. She was obviously involved in some sort of project and would not take the time initially to even stop and look at me while I was talking with her. I finally stated I would wait until she was done to which she replied just keep talking Im listening!! I brought in a brand new dress from Ann Taylor which still had the tag on it and had never been worn and her response to me was Well Im sure we will never sell it but youre welcome to leave it here for 90 days (which of course would leave me out of luck to try taking it to another store since items are taken in based on the season). Upon asking if I needed to leave it the full 90 days she gave me all kinds of facial gestures to which I finally said its a very simple question - yes or no. Finally she stated the contract says 90 days. At that point I was so annoyed I told her I will go elsewhere thinking I wouldnt leave the dress with her simply based on how rude she was. Regardless how nice the items are in the store, I would never again bring anything there for consignment nor would I return to purchase anything. There is never an excuse to be rude or arrogant to a customer.

The Raleigh location is a great store with a huge variety designers and the items are in mint to near mint condition. The staff is friendly - they never fail to great me with a smile and sincere hello. The inventory is constantly changing so I like to check in frequently. I have purchased formal wear, dresses, sun dresses, jackets, blazers, shoes, boots, flip flops, handbags, wallets, jewelry, belts..... I could go on and on. Their prices are awesome as is the selection. (some brands I have purchased.... Jimmy Choo, Lilly Pulitzer, Diane Von Furstenberg, Michel Kors, Dooney and Bourke (some of it vintage), Sperry, 7 for all Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, etc) Love this store!
