Our experience here was phenomenal. I wish I knew the young mans name but he was dark skin, football built with thick twist/locs. He was working so hard he was sweating. It was packed in there. He helped my husband order the cosmic sneakers due to them not having his size in the store. He said we can get them to come to your front 🚪. Enough said it was purchased. My husband was pleased. So thank you young man for your help, knowledge, patients. The entire staff was working hard getting people in and out. An every last one of them spoke. They acknowledged you. Great customer service 🌹

Mr Jabari is a wonderful employee he helped me find a pair of shoes that I wanted and even shipped them to my home town to pick up he went out of his way to help me and I very much appreciate it employees like him are wonderful and I wish there were more of them very kind and helpful

Good selection and friendly staff but the store was dirty and run-down.

Great customer service from the young man who helped us find my son his first pair of Jordans. Even hyped my son up a bit!

They required me to wear a mask to enter the store. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Please get merchandise from the early to late 90s. Selection was terrible taste wise IMO.

I went in today not really sure what I wanted, but a super nice girl brought out a few different pairs of shoes she recommended for me and I ended up leaving with two pairs! Vapormax flyknit and a pair of ultraboosts. She was awesome! SUPER excited about my shoes too! Sad I didn’t catch her name.

Thank you for the employees who were putting up with me not find the right shoe I wanted original and then finding a substitute but then couldnt find it in my shoe size (size 13) and then it just kept on going until I found these lovely pair, Im so thankful, thank you so so much .

Salespeople have an annoying habit of hovering over you. I understand you ask when I come in but when I say Im looking right now leave me alone. This annoying guy kept coming back to me. After I told him what I wanted he still came back with the wrong shoe.

I have literally called this location 25+ times in the past 2 days to ask one simple question about a sneaker release and theyre not answering. I called the triangle town center location to confirm it was the correct number and they answered in 2 rings. They also confirmed that I had the right number. I understand being busy, but I do not understand letting the phone ring for minutes MULTIPLE times.

They could’ve been a A bit friendlier and more attentive to the customers. Bunch of people standing around nobody doing anything. Take a look at what’s going on in the garage maybe you can beef up the sales

Horrible customer service! Although there are a couple great staff members, the customer service of the management staff is very disappointing. The staff member Doug is always helpful and very interactive whenever I visit this location... And I visit quite often because I buy lots of shoes. I also shop at other sneaker retailers and never get the type of customer service I normally receive at this location. I really dont have the time to detail all of the customer service issues I have encountered at this location with the management, but it is very unfortunate that this is the only House of Hoops in the Raliegh area. I would definitely choose to shop at an alternate location if there was another House of Hoops located in the city.

Just visited this location to exchange a pair of shoes gifted to me which were bought at another Foot Locker, and this crews excellent attitude and patience while searching for a couple of sizes and managing an illegible receipt made certainly warrants props(sorry for not getting any names)

I called from Winston Salem looking for shoes a specific pair of Stephen Currys for my grandson. Jessie was so friendly and so very helpful! Relieved some Holiday stress and that was very much appreciated!

I wear a size 15 shoe so it is very hard to find shoes inside of stores. Foot Locker always has shoes my size in stock, so it makes feel much better. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. For any and all shoe shopping I recommend Foot Locker.

Terrible selection of sizes. My son asked about five different pairs of shoes in a size 9, they didnt have a single one in his size. Doesnt do much good to have 40 different basketball shoes on the shelf if you can keep them in stock in a standard size.

My daughters and I entered the store one afternoon ready to purchase $100+ basketball shoes. After a full 10 minutes of wandering around the store searching for shoes, we still were not approached by a sales staff person asking us if we needed help. After we had to go to the register to request a shoe, it took another 5 minutes for someone to bring them out and at that point, we were disgusted with the lack of customer service and we walked out. Not customer-service oriented at all - their staff appeared to be more concerned with personal conversations between staffers rather than assisting customers who were willing to spend money. BIG MISTAKE to quote a line from Pretty Woman.I will never set foot in another Footlocker.Karen DeHartChapel Hill, NC

Crappy customer service, went in trying to find a shoe and all the employees were walking pass me and never said hello or Ill be right with you. They were not even busy the time I went in and I waited 10 minutes before I left.
