Im so tired of getting expired meats in my online pickup orders, over and over and over and over. When I call, they cheerfully say just bring the item back for a refund. Theres no questions about what the item was, what the order number was, or anything at all that would help them fix the process that allowed me to get expired meat in my order in the first place. Then it happens again the next week. So yea, they are pawning the expired meats off on their pickup customers and apparently nobody there cares.

Have shopped at this Target since the day it opened. I have been to Targets all over the country and I am always excited to come back here. Much of the staff has been here for years and they treat you like family, ask how your kids are, how you are doing, etc. I can’t say enough good things about them. From my experience, this comes from great management as well. Thanks for all you do and especially through the crazy year it has been.

Google has asked to share my experience with target. Well let me tell about working at this Target. This target specifically currently has no store manager so they are constantly running around figuring out who is the Manger for the day, every leader with exception of a few do not know what the word RESPECT means, they do not care what you are good at or what you are not good at, what your past experience is, they will stick you wherever they see fit, that benefits them the most. Most of the Genersl merchandise employees who were very good at there job left because the manager of the back was very rude to the employees including me. Does not care about accuracy of inventory of products or if products are actually priced correctly or in the right location. They are more concerned about getting product out on the floor as fast as possible no matter if the aisles look terrible or if guests have questions Im not suppose to help Im suppose to focus on getting out product out on the floor. Meanwhile I have specifically said when I was hired I have an extensive background in sales and I am very good at it. And yet they continue to get mad at you for doing too many things during your job. This place is disgusting. I also have a military background and 90% of that store has not worked as hard as alot of people who struggle to have a life. Its despicable and the leaders should be ashamed of themselves.

Had an excellent visit today as a vendor coming to do work in this store. Manager Cleo was phenomenal, and when I walked in, he was handling a young 20-something woman’s complaints and anger very well; This irate woman was telling Manager Cleo that she “didn’t want to hear any more words out of his mouth” and was trying to silence him, perhaps because of his gender, perhaps because of his race, perhaps because of his age, or perhaps because she was just very upset and was not considerate or thinking of anyone other than her own self and her own problems in that moment. But Manager Cleo let her vent, did his very best to address her issue with merchandise, got the security rep to talk with her in a calm way, and then Cleo walked away from this angry woman when he realized that she was no longer listening to him and when she would no longer respect him. And yet Manager Cleo still showed her respect and respected her space. I was very impressed by his handling of a very difficult situation. Staff at this store are very fortunate to have a well-mannered and patient manager.

I love shopping the clearance items. I have found a really great deal here on more than a few occasions. The girl at the Starbucks counter is bright and cheerful and always brings a smile to my face and even asks how my kids are doing! It’s always clean and always stocked - great place to shop!

I love Target...who doesnt. This is my primary target because its closest to my house.Pros: the beauty section is always fully stocked and has everything I usually need. The staff is always friendly and I can tell they work SO hard.Cons: this is a smaller target, always packed, hard to keep things in stocked unless you hit it at the right time, lines at check out are always super long.But the reality is...i will still go to this target and love every second of it.

The safety precautions are not enforced on customers. This place is unsafe during normal hours. If you need something essential and want to be safe from anti-maskers, or at least remain 6ft from everyone, dont go here.Entire families with out masks show up here. People try to avoid the center walkway by using the narrow pathways between departments, so those get congested too. This means if you go here just for the pharmacy, you will still be exposed. Stay safe ❤️

Had a great employee help me find multiple items today i’d give him 5 stars i can’t remember his name though. he also politely asked this family to wear a mask but they refused and said they got harassed and tried getting him fired!!?? my father recently passed away due to covid and it’s sad to see people still refusing to keep themselves and others safe. i wish this store had a mask requirement to shop here.

Cashier had to clock out by 8 due to her age. Not a problem. But the supervisor comes over and kicks 3 parties out of line, yall gone have to self checkout. Fantastic, not a single other line open and my rambunctious 2 year old is crawling all over the place so that makes self checkout a great idea. Oh, half the self checkout registers arent working? Good thing I now ended up at the back of the line when I was next for the other register. God Bless the supervisor who was running around kicking people out of line instead of taking over the register and getting the customers taken care of. If I wanted that treatment Id go to Walmart.

The shopper picked moldy strawberries! When I called to ask for a refund, the women said I had to bring them back in to get one. Why would the shopper pick moldy strawberries to begin with? Why inconvenience me for your mistake? I’m chalking this up to a $2.50 lesson learned... don’t buy produce from Target! The rest of the order was great and they brought my items out timely.

The store is nice, and Im not normally one to post or complain, but my cashier was talking to another cashier how she couldnt wait to get off, which isnt even what bothered me. I guess she couldnt wait to get off so much, that she forgot to give me multiple bags of groceries. I made a special trip to North Hills because its pretty far away from where I live. When I got home, I noticed I was missing three things, so I had to drive all the way back. Customer Service was nice, they let me grab my things again and go. But here it is the next day and I went to my refrigerator to grab something and realized I didnt have two more items that I was rang up for, so now I have to make ANOTHER trip tomorrow sometime to get my money back/retrieve the items.

Cleo at Raleigh Central Target is the absolute BEST customer service representative!!! Clearly, his #1 priority is customer satisfaction, and his exemplary service is over the top!!Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to return several items on time. Cleo worked with me to allow a return on all of the items, which were on multiple receipts. After talking with me on the phone, Cleo waited beyond his shift for me to arrive. Then he took care of my needs promptly and efficiently with professionalism. How refreshing and what a relief that Cleo cared enough to help me out in my situation! He personifies the goodness in humanity!Cleo is a role model of exceptional customer service for all associates, and he excels as a prized Target employee. Located in the heart of the North Hills shopping district, though tucked away around the backside. Lots of parking available.A clean upscale unit, that has lots of dry goods, with attractive displays. The grocery section is solid, but a bit limited, particularly the meat section.Often visit this store, as North Hills is my favorite section of Raleigh.

-Employee and Manager told me Target doesnt do exchanges on anything anymore - even with a receipt.-Took my item to another store and they did exchange with no problem.-I work at the guest service of Target at another location so I know we do exchanges.-This one is a mess always unorganized, staff doesn’t have proper knowledge, and the wait times are ridiculous.

This location is conveniently located and it has a lot of parking including covered parking. They should retrain employees on their price matching policy because I bought an item in store that I saw cheaper online and when I came back to price match, an employee told me that Target doesn’t price match with target.com which isn’t true. I’ve also tried the “car drive up” service and no one ever brought out my stuff. I had to go in the store to retrieve it.

I am highly disappointed in this Target. I went to get the 65 inch deal on Friday 11/06/2020 after I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. When it says your order is ready for pickup and that you have until Monday 11/09/2020, that means that they have already pulled it off the floor and it should be waiting for you. I went inside the store and spoke with a manger (whoever was on shift on 11/06/2020 at 6:15pm EST) and she proceeds to tell me that it was on a first come first serve basis which did not make sense at all. There were 3 tvs sitting at the floor and I said well if it is first come first serve then I should be able to get one of those and she said that I could not. I expected this from WALMART but not TARGET. The manager then tried to sell me a 55in for $200 maam that doesnt even make since when they are going to be on sell at WALMART on 11/11/2020 for $150. When she realize that I wasnt going to let it go then she just walked away. Then I received an email stating that we have cancelled your order per your request, as if I was the one who cancelled it, I definitely will be reaching out to corporate because this unacceptable.

I was so impressed with Maria who checked me out. Having never used the Target app, which I HAD downloaded already, she walked me through the steps of using it. Convenience and ease! I have a newborn and going into the store isn’t an option right now. This was amazing and the items were brought directly out to my car within seconds of arriving to the parking lot. This way of shopping is a complete game changer for new moms and busy individuals who don’t have time to go into the store to shop.

This is probably the worst Target in Raleigh. They are under stocked in basic items such as light bulbs, chap stick, womens cosmetics, and a number of other categories. Although the employees are helpful, when they can be, it seems that this manager either doesnt know how to order enough products for his customers, or he is too cheap to staff enough employees to stock in a timely way. I would rather drive across town to any of the other Targets, and I live in N. Hills.

The self check-out station is not as advanced as the ones I am used to using in the grocery stores, and I am not sure if I can use Cartwheel when using self check-out. For these reasons, I feel like I need to use the regular check-out. It typically takes longer than it should to go through the self check-out stations and there is usually no sense of urgency on the part of the cashiers or Management. The shelves are often not stocked on sale and promotional items for long periods of time.

Horrible experience at this Target, the representative at the service counter was not wanting to help anyone even though the Store was still open for another 5 more minutes seems like she clocked out early for the night. Really bad customer service. I asked her to scan my receipt from my Circle App and she said she needed the actual receipt. I hope I had gotten her name to write a proper complain!

I normally love shopping at Target and am there several times a week;however, todays visit was very disturbing.. I had coupons that the system apparently rejected. Normally when this happens, the cashier will look at the item to determine if the coupon should be accepted. The cashier kept telling me the coupon said entirely different requirements than was printed on it. I can read, so I insisted she was incorrect (which she was!). but I think she thought because I am a Sr. citizen she could bully me. She was determined that she would not honor the coupon & kept making up excused as to why. When I tried to show her what the face of the coupon said, she totally would not listen. She called her supervisor over and she wasnt much better. I question their reading ability as the requirements were spelled out very clearly. After much discussion which resulted in a back up in her line and me in tears, they did what should have been done in the first place.

No rain checks available. Came specifically for cat litter. Store did not have the type I need in stock and I had already found 20% off coupon on CARTWHEEL that expires today. I went to customer service and asked for rain check and I was informed that you do not offer those anymore. Well Target, you are still a retail store, so I will be moving my business to a retail store that offers rain checks and will be terminating my RedCard account due to this issue.

As many of the reviews say, customer service here is either excellent or terrible. Last night, it was an example of both.I got off work and came to this Target as quickly as possible, arriving around 10:25 PM. I walked up to the door, and checked the hours just to make sure they were open until 11 PM and walked through the first set of doors. At the second set of doors, I was met with a cart machine directly in the way of the entrance, with a male employee attending it. As I walked up he didnt move the machine, just proceeded to stare at me. I said pardon me, and slipped around the tiny space between the machine and the edge of the entrance. The employee then loudly said to me, You better hurry up! We close in half an hour! Astonished at the comment, I walked away quickly. I quickly grabbed the bottle of wine and beauty product I came for, and chose a regular checkout since no one was manning the self-checkout lines. While waiting in line the people in front of me greeted the cashier in a friendly tone and he proceeded to ignore them and ring up their things. With a bad taste in my mouth from earlier, it only grew worse watching this interaction.Luckily, my experience turned around, an older woman (I believe her name was Laurie), opened up another register and I immediately went over to her with my two items. She was very sweet and very accommodating, typing in the number for my gift card when it didnt scan correctly and making pleasant small talk. She also wished me a good night on my way out - EXCELLENT customer service. (I hope Laurie gets the acknowledgement she deserves!)But I think good customer service is few and far between at this Target, as the other couple times I have visited this Target, Ive been met with unhelpful and uncaring employees.Not sure what is up with this place, but Id rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the Cary Crossroads Target than be met with rude employees again.

Nice Store with a great selection and underground parking. I would rate them a 5 except the North Hills entrance can take you 2-3 times at the light waiting to turn left into the complex to enter the garage. Do not try to go at Lunch the mall is to busy you will be late! Also watch for North Hills Events this makes Parking difficult!

Tried to call customer service, phone number would not let me choose any options without it saying options were not available. On line chat person just apologized for inconvenience and offered no solution, other than money would be refunded within 1-2 business days. Absolutely absurd this company!

This is a pretty standard Target, Very clean and well laid out and its right next to the parking deck so theres lots of parking. The only thing that I would say is that it is underneath a shopping center and has no cell phone reception in the store. (At least for T Mobil) Other than that its pretty normal! Yes, it has a Starbucks!

Tucked away in the corner of North Hills, this Target has pretty much anything you need. Its laid out the same as all the other Targets which makes it easier to find what youre looking for. Unfortunately I went right after college kids moved into their dorms for the year and alot of stuff was not fully stocked on the shelves.

I attempted to take advantage of one of the Black Friday deals at this location. Due to corporate incompetence, the well advertised doorbuster item that I had waited in line for hours to purchase was not available. People had been in line well over an hour in advance asking questions about this particular item. Instead of informing the waiting customers about this so they would have the option to pursue similar deals at other stores, the store management and staff chose to do and say nothing. Additionally, they refused to provide a raincheck or do anything to remedy the situation once the customers were allowed in to discover this deal. The staff that I spoke to at the guest services desk was also fairly dismissive of the problem, only offering a half-hearted apology. Peoples time is worth money, and this store wasted a lot of that today. I wont be shopping at this location anymore and I encourage other people to do the same in light of their poor service.

The store is fine....but its the mobile center that really made my experience a nightmare. The manager Josh has no knowledge of some type of great customer service. He was very inaccurate of information and wasted me time and money. I recommend anybody going to this target to just ignore the mobile center
