Would have loved to visit this store but it’s closed to the public because they’re understaffed. Seems kind of crazy that a store who probably gets 90% of business during Christmas is closed 2 months before Christmas. If you’re not allowing people to shop in store, please modify your store hours on Google because it is very misleading.

We intended to just browse. We were given a tour, with explanations of how the wire frames were created. Very interesting. Friendly staff.

The holiday light store provides nothing but the best quality holiday products. They have made numerous pieces for my Christmas display. They have custom made some of the coolest pieces that my family will forever cherish. Cindy is the best. Almost every wire frame piece in my yard has been built or refurbished by the holiday light store.

The website lied about how big the store was and they didnt have very many outdoor light or other lights. It was a very small place. Not a lot of inventory to select from. It was quit sad considering that we drove a half hour away just to go there.I dont recommend this place to anyone that lives far away or is just passing through.This is only good for people that live close and have money. The lights are expensive. Your better going off to Home Depot or Lowes and even Walmart.Dont wast your time.

Great place for outdoor decor, not much for indoor decor.

I have bought numerous Christmas displays from The Holiday Light Store over the past few years. The work quality and customer service is fantastic! Everything they sell is made in their shop, so you know its done right. They have made custom items for me and repaired my older items. They make sure to keep you happy with your purchases. One of their competitors is located much closer to me, but I drive to Raleigh (or have shipped) to purchase the better products from The Holiday Light Store. If you are in the market for a Christmas display, I highly recommend this store.

Absolutely great website. It is very easy to navigate and there is a wide variety of items. Anything you could think of to decorate for Christmas, they have it. After needing new lights to fix a wire frame decoration and searching numerous websites, I found The Holiday Light Store. It has everything needed for wire frame decorations, including the perfect wire frame sculpting lights. The friendly and helpful store staff responded quickly to all of my questions. They were very helpful over the phone and made the ordering process very easy. I could not be more pleased with the way the sculpting lights look on my wire frame. It looks brand new.

This is a super amazing store that makes extremely well made Christmas light displays right here in Raleigh. If you come and visit, you can check out all of the cool stuff set up in the back. They also sell strands of lights and some other smaller things. Staff is super helpful. Its open all year so if you are in the area definitely stop by!

Cindy and Lin are honest, hard-working, friendly people. They sell custom, unique and affordable holiday light solutions that will make your home stand out.I purchased my first lawn decoration, Santa on a Harley, about 10 years ago and mounted it on top of the arbor on my patio. It looked so good there, that I soon moved on to mounting an animated Kicking Santa on the highest roof peak. Cars started stopping and I realized that parents were bringing their children to see the lights.I have since purchased many other pieces for on the house and around the yard. Lin also helped me design and install permanent rope lights on the trim under the gutters around the entire house. It looks great during the holidays and I can leave it installed and out of site the rest of the year. I no longer mess with installing, removing and storing icicle lights.Every year parents tell me how much enjoyment their kids get from coming to see the lights. The Holiday Light Store has been there every step of the way.

I have ordered products before and was very pleased. I recently had an issue placing order online due to shipping charges that were calculated. I called the store and Cindy was able to assist with order. Great Products & Great Customer Service!

The most unique place to go to get original Holiday lights. If you dont see exactly what you want, they can design it! Maintenance and follow up on all lights is superior. We have been buying our lights there for the past 7 years and we are always pleased with the store and their service!

If you have any problems years down the road [burnt out strings, etc., they will help you through it and get it working again. I have bought from them for almost ten years, adding each year. Have not had to replace but a couple of LED strings or controllers. They even did a custom order for me that was great. Make your yard unique. Many of the winners, and competitors on the TV Holiday Light Contest have used their products.

I have been shopping with Lin and Cindy at the Holiday Light Store for at least 10 Years now! They are the best! They are most Helpful and make the most beautiful decorations-made at home and NOT in China! Check them out - you will be glad you did!

I first ordered from the Holiday Light Store in late 2016 when I saw the 12 Days of Christmas when I was in Chocktaw, OK. Took me a few searches to find where they got these from. Oh the compliments I get on these. I have ordered twice since then and already have another order ready. Check them out for all your holiday lights (all occasions).

Amazing experience with the holiday light store. I live in Canada and they helped me so much to pick the right product for me. The quality of the product is very well done, doesnt rust and takes very little space to store. Its been 6 years and never had an issue.

Ive enjoyed getting to know much about the Holiday Light Store in Raleigh, NC. over several years having helped with their web site so I suppose Im a little biased. Frankly, I dont just give great reviews unless a client deserves and earns it!In 2009 I got an animated Merry Christmas yard decoration which was just too cool and got quite a few comments from my neighbors. The display was more beautiful than what the picture on the web site could possible portray!Gee whiz, its a tragedy that anyone would consider buying the really cheap lights from one of the biggest *-Marts that sells more Chinese than American products these days. I suppose thats not a bad thing, if you live and work in China ;)The Holiday Light Store is a great company with a physical brick and mortar store that just happens to sell on-line too. I highly recommend shopping for Christmas lighting with the Holiday Light Store!

I had been a long time customer of another vendor for my holiday lighting. Over the past year their customer service has become rather poor. I decided to try Holiday Light Store. Received a new piece from Holiday Light Store. Service was very fast, with excellent communication. What already I really like is that the LEDs are individual and thus replaceable. What I had been using from the other vendor were sets where you couldnt replace the LEDs individually, but rather the entire string. Very high failure rate of the blue. With the Holiday Light store motifs, that concern has gone away. I will be ordering additional pieces from this excellent store.

Cant say that I actually interacted or visited the store because they closed over and hour early. Drove by on a Wednesday just after 7pm with the wife and saw where they close at 7pm. Figured we missed them and we would come back the next day. The wife and I get home from work and head right over, we pull into the parking lot right before 6pm and see the interior lights turn off. I park and the wife goes to check the time to verify that I read right, they do close at 7pm. This doesnt stop a guy from going to the door, locking it and turning around. He couldnt even crack the door and apologize for closing an hour early.I know this is a small shop and if foot traffic isnt there go ahead and close up. But, if the owner sees this know that a young couple who needed EVERYTHING for christmas went down the road to Lowes and happily dropped $200 at a store that stays open until their posted time.Let me just add that the fact that the man couldnt even speak to us and gave us such a cold treatment is what truly angers me. I have worked retail in small and large size businesses, ignoring a potential customer in this manner is NOT how it is done.
