Abraham is one of the best customer service people Ive ever encountered. He spent several hours on the phone with Total Wireless customer support fighting for me and doing everything he could to get my phone back up and working. When we discovered it was indeed an issue on the carriers end, he stayed on the phone with the agent until everything on my account was cleared up. Even escalating the issue up to a supervisor when the first line agent wasnt getting the job done!If you have ever considered visiting or maybe you have other needs such as laptop repair, Abraham is your guy!! He will do a very fine job and take great care of you. Again, I cannot offer enough good kudos about his character and willing to make the customer experience right.

Abraham cares about helping his customers. I met him today when switching my service carrier to Total Wireless. He was very friendly and helpful to me and other customers that stopped by. Do not let negative reviews from people who might have had a bad experience with a random customer service representative from Total Wireless (not connected to this store) keep you from doing business here. This is a locally owned and operated store and Abraham is an expert offering repair, phones and service through multiple carriers. My experience was excellent and I think yours will be too.

Data not working on all phones on my family plan. Spent over an hour and multiple calls to get this fix. No help. They expect me to continue to pay and not get data. I dont think so. Then the CSR told me it is my devices. All unlocked new phones. I dont think so. Dont waste your money.

Their customer service agent was good. There was nothing that he could do from his end. The issue I have is with the Total Wireless company itself. I literally just bought my phone and started my service plan through you all online and the phone is defective. The speaker does not work and I can only hear if I put the person on speaker. The service connection doesn’t work most of the time either. I put the new Total Wireless sim chip, for my new phone I just bought from Total Wireless, in to my old phone I have because it works fine and there’s still service connection issues. Most of the time I only have one bar or none. I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work and I also paid for a defective phone. There is absolutely no way that Total Wireless is connected through Verizon’s towers unless Verizon has gone extremely downhill and they have extremely spotty service now. I was told to take my phone to an Apple store, the closest one is a long drive away, to have my phone (the one bought through Total Wireless) looked at to be fixed. So, I bought a phone for no reason and I changed my phone service provider yesterday for no reason. Neither works.

I had an issue with transferring my phone number to a new device that I bought from another store.The guy at Total Wireless went above and beyond to make sure my number wasnt lost.

I had a huge issue with total wireless. Called the customer service and even escalated it to a tier 2 engineer but I was told to get a new sim. So I went back to the store which I got my initial sim and meet Abraham who was the one who converted us to total wireless and within 2 seconds my issue was resolved without no new sim..I am high happy at his empathy and level of understanding of his network. He is the reason why we are not switching to another mobile network.If you have any issue just ask for Abraham im total wireless Raleigh office.

Great customer service! It was the best phone service set up that I have ever experienced. Mr. Abraham was helpful in assisting me to set up new phone and port my current phone number from my old Metro PCS phone. I will highly recommend the Total Wireless Store to my family and friends.

My wife and I were looking for a prepaid phone service for us and two of our grandchildren. Abraham went above and beyond helping us to activate our new phones He helped us by transferring our data and phone numbers. He even stayed after store hours to get customer service to handle the service change. Thanks to Abraham we did not lose our phone numbers or data.

I stopped by on my way home after my phone quit working on vacation, I spoke with Abraham and he helped me out along with the rest of his crew to get be in and out in timely matter and back on the road home. I was having trouble trying to transfer my familys 4 phones to Total Wireless using their website, so I figured I should try dealing with a real live person instead. Abraham was extremely helpful and friendly and got everything switched over for me in short order. Would definitely recommend!

Abraham is the only good thing about total wireless. If you encounter any issues you should try to allow him to solve them first.

Had to do a system update on my phone and a factory reset so they were nice enough to let me sit in the store while my phone rebooted and reload all my apps and waited for me to make sure that I got all my contacts and info. So a nice place to sit, free WiFi, and checking phone health before leaving, height recommended, thanks Abraham

Dont go to this store. The man running it (Abderrahim E.) sold me a SIM that total wireless said was an invalid SIM. Even after hearing the rep say that it was invalid he refused to exchange it or refund my money. When I got upset he stated that Id have to leave because he needed to lock the door and go to lunch while threatening to call the police if I didnt leave. So now Ive got an Apparently useless sim with a valid phone and a valid airtime card. Total wireless customer service refused to help. After 45 minutes on the phone they just hung up on me.

One star is generous. I went at 3:30pm on a Wednesday only to find a back soon note with a number on the door. Sat there for 30 min and then contacted the rep who responded they would be back in 5min. 30 min later there was no show and I decided to just give up.I wasted my only afternoon off that I will have for the next month. Took me 40 min round trip to get there plus I had a sick infant with me. Great job on the customer service. Change your online hours if you wont be there the whole time.

So I got a galaxy s9+ from store which he ordered. For the last 4 or 5 days total wireless couldnt get the picture messages or internet to work. I take phone back to him. He gets the internet to work plus picture messages to work an then kindly tells Total wireless how to fix this problem for future customers. Because I wasnt the 1st customer to have this issue with different galaxy phones. Talk about customer service at its best. I will definitely be getting all my future phones and service at Mr. Abraham Ermaidi store. Thank u for ur time an effort to go above an beyond
