Much larger selection than the same store in southpoint mall. I found a pair of reasonably priced Brooks. You can save money by going here, however they may not have the size you are looking for. Would go there again.

Great service from all staff members! Very friendly and helpful and they even complimented me. I didnt even feel like they were being overbearing about it. The shoes all looked good quality and were somewhat reasonably priced. Large selection as well especially for someone with big feet like me.

The lady that work there is racist and she’s black. I am black. She was only asking to the white people if they need anything. I was looking for gold heels. I couldn’t find one. So I went to her and said «  excuse me ma’am can you help please » I had to call her several times before she looked at me she did even talk. She was looking at me like I did something to her. So I was like «  do you have any gold heels left I can’t find one ». Her answered was « no we don’t ». She was done. I was so frustrated. I will never go back there. You should watch who you put on your store. I am still thinking about the way she act with me this is so sad. I am really frustrated !

I went to this location for my daughter shoes. However the employees here were not very helpful. They seemed to be on their own schedules. The store was dirty and messy with boxes messy everywhere. Needs better management to manage the staff better.

The service wasnt great. Im an adult with small feet, and I have a hard time finding my size in the store. Typically if a shoe store doesnt have them, the cashier will order them for me in my size. Not here, I have no problem ordering the shoes myself; however there website would not let me order the shoes I wanted, it said it had to be bought in the store.

This store is okay. It had some good options but almost every time I never find something I want. They dont have too much variety in my opinion. It was also a little messy. There were some shoes boxes here and there. I also noticed that the staff werent really around especially when I needed help with something.

Always check the price of the item you are planning to buy in other local stores via google. I visited this place 3 times and was debating between 2 different shoes. The price was 39.99 which was same like what other stores were charging for the particular shoes. Third time I went to this location and the same shoes was on some promo and it went up by $10 and now it was $49.99. The cashier said the tags must be wrong. What a shady business. I really had to have those shoes at that moment so had to buy them eventhough one day earlier I saw them for $39.99 at this place and next day they were $49.99. I dont think I will ever shop at this rackroom again. I hate when people jackup the price and then run a promotion, acting like they are giving you a discount.

The few times Ive been there its hit or miss with their service. Last time I was there I asked an employee where a pair of boots were because they were in the wrong pledge and I wanted to see if they have a different size. Her response was she didnt know and walked off.

Spotty inventory. 2 pairs of one style shoe, 100 pairs of another. Wasnt impressed, but give them a shot. You may find what youre looking for.

Limited stock no options for other sizes

Their stock was low for womens sandles. Lots of empty shelf space, and limited sizing. A little disappointing unless 5 heels is your thing. Not mine.
