Terrible owner, I fixed their computer and moved their files onto a external hard drive and allowed them to hold onto it so they may transfer their stuff to a different computer then they wouldnt return the hard drive back. I was a student at wake tech just attempting to make money as I went to school and they robbed me. Everytime they stated he would be at the store he would always leave. Not a trust worthy person and has terrible integrity. if you enjoy someone worthless as that then this is the place to go.

I find it hard to recommend a tattoo business that partakes in publicly displaying bigotry and hate posts on their business Facebook with no accountable professionalism.I find it even harder to recommend a tattoo business that can barely spell their own posts right, let alone their tattoos.

I have never had a tattoo in my life I doubt very seriously I ever will but John Savage and his wife Sarah help with a poker run today four brother biker that lost his left foot to a butthead to say the very least they went above and beyond anything that they had to do and I personally will be forever grateful it shows the quality of both the man and the woman and their commitment to friends and family Johnny Sarah thank you ever so much for everything you have done today Im sorry I dont have any other way to contact you but I just needed to let you know this God bless you both

Got my piercings done here, lady was really nice, environment looked clean. They were very helpful and was quite cheap. Only downfall was my piercing came out uneven, but she marked them before so it’s my fault for not double checking .

Mr. Savage is the best tattoo artist Ive ever known. He is patient and works with you if you feel pain. Hes supper energetic and loves his job. I did a full arm tattoo in one 4 hour sitting and he always asked how I was doing and if I needed a break. I didnt but the fact he cares about his clients means a lot!

Had an appointment that I made a month in advance. Came to my appointment an hour early (my appointment was at 7pm) and the shop was closed. Waited an hour until my appointment time and still no one came to open the shop.. after waiting another 20 minutes, some man opened the shop, when I walked in and explained to him that I had an appointment, he said he does not know where John is and is not able to get ahold of him because he does not have a phone.Very unprofessional and will never waste my time on this place again.

Went to Savage and Heads tattoos in the 90s when they were on S.Saunders st. In Raleigh, for a tongue piercing. Then for a tattoo, when they were located downtown, they are all friendly people. Very satisfied with them. Johnny is a great artist. Thinking of coming to his new place, for another tat and piercing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My arm is so messed up in so many ways. Savage ruined my entire arm. He also put his signature hidden skull in the tattoo, without my permission, or even talking to me about it. That is the most disrespectful thing that has ever happened to me. I wasnt even aware it was there until another artist pointed it out and told me he does that to most everyone. Never coming back here, and I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. I have many other issues with this shop, but Ill keep them to myself.
