I really appreciated the comfort and care of the attendant as she pierced my nose and help me find jewelry I will probably visit this place again and I recommend it for ear piercings and nose piercings

I spent $50 on plain gold ball earrings for my 1 yr old daughter ear piercing and asked the employee if the back locked and she said yes. The earrings dont lock! I miss when Walmart did ear piercing.

Overall experience was ok. The lady who was working the kiosk kept letting other people in front of us. We were there to get our 4 month old daughters ears pierced. A person came up after us. When it was our turn she asked who was next. We spoke up and said us. She then went over to the group that came up after us and asked them if we really were next and luckily they were honest and said we were next. She then came over to us and told us she was going to pierce the young man in that group first because babies tend to take a little longer with then moving around. She then pierced the guy and a lady walked up in the meantime and wanted to make a purchase. She came over to us yet again and stated that she was going to check her out before she would check us out. We had planned the trip during a time that our daughter was just waking up from a nap so she was less alert/mobile, but as we waited and waited and waited she became more and more alert. Overall, the piercing experience went well and our daughter was able to get her ears pierced. There needs to be a better system in servicing customers in the order in which they arrive, because regardless if our service took longer than other peoples we should have been serviced in the order if which we arrived. Imagine if you had went to Target, for example, and the cashier notices you in line and the person behind you has 2 item and they tell you,the person behind you who walked up after you only has 2 items so I am going to check them out first. It will take you longer to check out. Wouldnt be fair....and neither was our experience.

DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED HERE!!!! The first time I got my nose pierced, the nose ring fell out the first day and I never saw it again, so I got it redone and it kept falling out to the point where I lost that one too, and I wasted $60 only for the nose ring to occasionally fall out and eventually disappearing.UPDATE: I went to a different piercing place and explained what happened, it turns out that they were not supposed to use a piercing gun for the nose because it causes infections and that it wasn’t sanitary, plus the nose ring didn’t have a backing so that’s why it kept falling out. So yeah don’t get your nose pierced here!

My first experience with this shop exceeded my expectations. The customer service that Ms. Sandy showed me was beyond excellent. She solved my issue with empathy and no hesitation. I definitely will be returning to do more business!

Lady on the phone was super rude. She didn’t want to answer my questions, cut me off while I was speaking, etc.all I wanted to know was if they used a piercing gun or if they used a needle (because piercing guns are supposedly very bad for your ears) and all I got was attitude and a lack of answers.I’m never going here.

If you are looking to pierce a toddler or newborn’s ear I do not recommend this location. The ladies at the counter were super friendly but the woman who pierced my daughter’s ears did not come across knowledgeable despite the website suggesting their employees have X amount of training. There were a few things that were off during our visit, from the employee complaining about the quality of the gloves available to the marker running on my baby’s ear, therefore making it harder for the piercer to see exactly where the accurate marking was. I should have stopped the session after the 3rd time she tried to position the marker. As the customer, I shouldn’t have to guide you on where to put the marking. I’m not the expert, you are. …long story long, one piercing ended up being higher than the other, which was quite frustrating.Thankfully, I took my daughter to the other location in Crabtree for a 2nd opinion, and the young lady (McKenzie) was amazing. She removed the earring and told us to return in a few days. We did, and she correctly repierced my baby’s ear.After this experience I HIGHLY recommend searching hard for a pediatrician’s office that does medical piercings (many will not service you if you’re not a patient…keep searching though) OR visit Cary Dermatology (I found out about them after the fact). Don’t hesitate to travel a little if you need to.First few pictures posted are of accurate earring placements and the 4th picture is my baby’s piercing that is far too high.

Do not go here for cartilage piercings!! My sister and I both went to get cartilage piercings in our ears. When we went the first time, we didn’t have enough time to wait. The second time, we got our piercings but they did both of our right ears’ incorrect and completely sideways. The third time we went, we stood there for 30 minutes and not a single employee was there. The cash register was on, lights were on, and no employees. The fourth time, we got our ears repierced but the piercer did mine incorrect again and then had to take it out and re-repierce it. They also use piercing guns which are more painful and less accurate. Next time, take your business to a tattoo parlor like we should have from the start.

I dont even know where to start. I got my nosed pierced here and never getting ANYTHING done here again. The lady pierced my nose with an EARRING 😡

I went to piercing pagoda to get 2 piercings on 1 ear. They pierced it way too close together. Very unflattering and cluttered. She said after a few hours I can push the piercing in so it won’t look so close together, but WRONG. I can’t even twirl the back of each one for cleaning without them both turning all kinds of ways. I do not recommend this shop.

Staff is very friendly even when they are swamped! And there are usually specials for the jewelry they sell BOGO 50% off and such. Ive been able to find several items as gifts and for myself here at very affordable prices. They also have free ear and nose piercing!

I have a suggestion. To keep down confusion and arguments. I know your in the middle of the mall. After a customer has looked at the products there may need a line form or pick a number to keep up with who is next to serve. Im a nice person, but please dont be rude to me. Another customer was rude to me today and I did not appreciate it at all, and I did apologize and let her know how I felt about her actions. Your employees are not an issue. They are very kind.

I got 4 piercings here and i’m so glad i did! super quick and easy and the staff were very welcoming and fun. they also have a very nice selection of earrings to choose from!

Jo and Rici were so amazing with our 5 year old daughter! I would send any of my friends here. They were kind, patient and did it so professionally piercing her ears. We went to two Claire’s at Crabtree and Triangle and she was too afraid, but Piercing Pagoda they helped ease her fears! I wanted to hug those amazing women there. Thank you!! Great choice of earrings (better stocked than claires.)

The staff was so nice. it was done very quickly, there were 2 girls and they pierced each ear at the same time so it was over very quickly. i got my second ear lobe piercings. id recommend it for younger kids too because they are very friendly and its done very quickly. the used a machine to pierce which isnt as safe or as recommended as a needle but since t was just my ear lobes and they are less likely to get infectioned it was no problem.

I really dislike leaving bad reviews but the customer service here was terrible. I walked up to the kiosk and the worker was with some else which is understandable. He never even acknowledge that i was there. Usually they say Hold on a minute, i will be with you shortly. I received nothing of the sort. He continued to help the young fellow that looked to be around his age. I just walked away. I guess as a 32 year old woman my business wasnt needed here.

I got the worst piercings here... they were so uneven & when i looked at them in the mirror after it was done i let the guy who pierced me know they were very uneven & he replied no theyre not i got home and took out the earrings because i did not want this bad piercing to heal & yup they were so uneven one was at the top of my lobe & the other at the bottom. horrible piercers.

Im not having the best of time with my new ear piercing and even though I clean it reguarly and correctly its still gotten infected, in my opinion probably due to the use of the piercing gun. nice enough place

WORST EXPERIENCE! They said I could switch out my piercing after 4 weeks which I did, which I now know is terrible information. After I switched out my piercing for a ring instead of a stud, my piercing got extremely infected. When I called and asked for advice they recommend rubbing alcohol and tea tree oil to help the infection, which in fact made it 10x worse. I now have a terrible infection and an awful keloid. I don’t know who you have running the store or what type of information you have your employees give, but something needs to change. The only reason she wanted me to switch my piercing out so early was because she wanted me to come back in for their 50% off sale so they could just make more money off of me. NOBODY has offered me credible advice and they have ruined my piercing.
