Today we had our furniture delivered and installed by Javon and John and they did a great job! They arrived within the window of time they promised, and they even gave me a phone call to let me know they were on their way. They wore masks, were very professional, and were efficient with assembling our pieces and placing them where I wanted in the nursery. And asked us to check everything before they left to make sure we were satisfied. Not only that, but the pieces are gorgeous! All around a good experience with Tots to Teens! Would highly recommend to others.

Tots to Teens has a broader and more unique selection of children and baby furniture than your main stream stores. Prices are reasonable, and with Memorial Day sales, we saved a bit more. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. We had two pieces delivered (which was very convenient and only took about a week), and John and Zack were very courteous and efficient assembling and installing them in our house. It’s a fun place to look around and will probably be back when it’s time to find big kid furniture!

Visited today with my daughter and daughter in law to look at nursery furniture. Found quality sets. We even left there just to get a look at comparisons at Buy Buy baby and there was no comparison. We returned to Tots to Teens to purchase a set they loved. Erica answered all our questions, gave great recommendations. We didnt feel rushed at all. Looking forward to furniture arriving in in Oct ahead of our Feb due date.

Blake and Joe’s customer service (really their chivalry) was amazing! At 38 weeks pregnant I could not do any heavy lifting and I only paid for a delivery not instillation. They not only brought the delivery in my home during a pandemic, they brought it up the flight of stairs to my child’s room as well. I used Tots to Teens to purchase nursery furniture for my upcoming little one. Their website was nice and allowed me to browse different types of cribs, dressers, etc. My husband and I took a trip to the store. It was very helpful to get to see the furniture setup and get to see the color in person. All of the people we dealt with in the store and calling to order were super nice. I remember dealing with Amy several times via phone. We ended up ordering the furniture and it was supposed to take up to 10 weeks due to being on backorder from COVID. The furniture arrive in ~8 weeks and was delivered the same week it arrived in store. The 2 delivery guys (Im sorry I didnt get both their names) were both amazing. They made sure nothing got damaged/scratched or anything while unloading everything. They also called when they were roughly 30 minutes away so that made it nice to have a better time estimate. They also specified the color vehicle they would be driving so I would not be alarmed. If you are looking for nursery furniture for your little one, definitely make the trip to check out Tots to Teens! It was definitely worth the trip and the furniture is beautiful!

Loved working with this place for my sons new bed and side table. Blake and Justin are fantastic. They are SO helpful, so polite, worked quickly to carry everything in and set it up then carried the new mattress up from the basement when they noticed it wasnt in the bedroom - excellent service.

They were super helpful assisting me to find the features in the chair I wanted (power + recline + gliding ottoman + on sale) in the color I wanted, and worked with the supplier to get it to delivered in a quicker timeframe than expected. Blake and Ionathan delivered the glider to my house and were professional, on time, and even sweet to my dog! They brought the chair and ottoman in to the nursery and set it up for me. We love Tots to Teens. They have great service and lots to choose from in the store. Blake and Ionathan handled the delivery wonderfully. One item did come damaged (nothing to do with Blake or Ionathan), but they were on top of handling the next steps. Wonderful experience with Tots to Teens! Our furniture was back ordered because of COVID and we were in the middle of a move when it came in. They were nice enough to let us store it in their warehouse until we were ready. Unfortunately, when the time came and our furniture was out for delivery the third party driver was in a car accident. While our furniture ultimately ended up being fine, Amy took it upon herself to reorder the furniture immediately to minimize our wait time, in the event our furniture had been compromised. The customer service was phenomenal. She kept us up to date through the entire process and got our new furniture delivered to us immediately when it arrived. Blake and Caleb delivered the furniture and did a fantastic job putting it together for us! There were several unfortunate circumstances outside of everyone’s control but Tots to Teens handled it in such a wonderful manner. I would recommend them time and time again.

Terrible Customer Service. Delivery date is not met and there is no communication about the delay. We called three times and then got to know about the delay. After the delay the product is not what we expected. And there is no response to the email we sent with video of the defect piece we got. We had to follow up by calling. They tried to correct the issue, but still it’s not 100%.We had to shop here because this is only place that carries Romina furniture. We planning to write email to Romina Furniture about our experienceOverall I would avoid shopping here.

Today was an amazing day. My first grandchild’s beautiful furniture was delivered by two of the most amazing young men, Blake and Ionathan. They were prompt, very nice and customer service oriented. This is my daughter’s first child so she had several questions and Blake was kind and so patient with her. He took the time to listen and answer all of her questions. The store is very unassuming when you pull up, but once you walk inside the it wows you. We went to several other big-brand stores in search of baby furniture and were disappointed with the offerings. Tots to Teens had tons of high-quality options. The sales people were great too. They had a sale going on, but we were told that there would be an even better sale the next month and that we should wait to put our order in to get a better discount. That was great customer service in my opinion. We were orginally told that it could take 7-9 weeks for our furniture to be delivered, which was fine with us because we had 4 months before the baby was due, but I got a call not even two weeks later to schedule a delivery. The men that delivered and set up the crib were great as well! They came on one of the hottest days of the summer and got the job done quickly and efficently. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this store to anyone!

When shopping for nursery furniture, we tried the big box stores first and were frustrated with the selection and the experience. Then we found Tots to Teens! It was honestly like a breath of fresh air. Not only is the selection of items impressive, but the store is also decorated so tastefully...it just has the perfect ambiance when shopping for baby! BEST place in the triangle to get ANYTHING you need for your family! My wife and family had such an amazing experience here. After visiting several local baby/child stores and seeing the different quality and prices available, we were SHOCKED when we got to this store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about every item in the store and the prices are excellent. The cribs we found at other stores were nice, but the quality here is the highest for a CHEAPER price than local chain stores. Wait until you see the play-sets here... I am a grown man and wanted to play on some of these things. They are very unique and 100X better quality than most retailers. Overall, our experience couldnt have been any better. Kareem and many others at T2T were so kind and helpful even if we werent deciding to purchase that day. They answered all our questions and made us want to return weekly just to say hello and browse their HUGE variety of child toys, cribs, beds, play-sets and more! GREAT PLACE!

Every time I walk through the doors of Tots to Teens I am overwhelmed with a sense of happiness! Smiles on friendly faces are there waiting to greet you! Id give them 5 if it werent for how they initially handled a communication error on what I purchased. Probably lower if Kareem hadnt eventually relented to meet my expectations. Only reason I am doing the review is because of their installer Aaron. Top notch guy and took pride in his work to make sure the playground set was perfect. He got in at the later end of the schedule and stayed late till it was all done. As for the store, yes the staff was helpful and even saved us a bunch of money on a Rainbow playground set by letting us know there were last year models they were closing out. They have extremely nice furniture that Id go back and look when the kids are older. They also have a modern style trampoline that wouldnt look half bad in the yard.

WOWZERS! We came here looking for a crib for our little one, & we found everything we were looking for and much much more! The quality of the furniture is great, you cant find the brands they sell here anywhere else in the triangle. Compared to ALL other baby stores in Raleigh that we went to they had the best selection & the best prices. Tots to Teens is a wonderful store filled with everything you will need to furnish your childs bedroom from infancy to teen size -they also have an amazing selection of outdoor play things for kids - slides and trampolines - the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They also have a party room with big slides for the kids (and adults!) that can be rented for birthday parties or any family special occasion. I would highly recommend Tots to Teens for everyone.

Just had my daughters 2 year birthday party in their Rainbow room and it was awesome! Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, children had plenty of fun, very large area with a lot of tables and games. You can connect your phone to their main sound system to play any music you want. The price was great and I would definitely do another party here.

We couldnt have been happier with the quality, the friendliness, the whole experience. Even the young man that helped wrap and load our furniture honestly seemed to care a great deal and made sure everything was perfect. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the selection. Other then that their customer service is terrible. They tell you it will arrive in 4-6 weeks. At 4 weeks I called them to see if I could get an update. They said it should arrive next week. Several weeks later and several phone calls later it doesnt get delivered till 8 weeks after I purchased it. Dont except them to call you with updates. The delivery place is a separate company and they dont integrate their systems. So they dont know when something can be delivered they have to call them, then call you back. Which they arent very good about. Or simply promise it will be delivered on a certain day, then call you two days later to change it. In response to all of this. They say sorry but thats it.

We had an excellent delivery experience. John and Jovan did a great job bringing the furniture boxes in, assembling the furniture, that even helped us move some of the old furniture out of the way. They’ve been to our house twice this month for deliveries and did a great job both times. We have shopped at Tots to Teens countless times over the last three years since moving to Raleigh.
