I do more on line shopping with this store which is so easy to do and quick to receive your merchandise but when I do get the opportunity to go to the store I find the staff to be very accommodating and attentive. If you say you are just browsing they give you the space to do so. If I have a question or checking on inventory they are right there to help. In His Name is a great Catholic store and highly recommend them for your religious goods. Marguerite, the owner, makes you feel like youre an old friend. Its a nice place to go to!

Great Staff! Our Parish has been long time customers of this wonderful store. Their customer service and product quality are excellent. We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. We are based in the Outer Banks, and I am always impressed with how quickly we receive our merchandise. Kudos to the entire staff!

As an adult Catholic, in a family of Catholics, there is a single store I go frequently to find my religious symbols, pendents, crosses, prayer cards, and other items to help me spread the word about my Catholic faith, and that is In His Name Catholic Store. It is a wonderful place for me to go to, the people that work there are very kind and always willing to help me find what I am looking for. I especially like to buy a supply of prayer cards and crosses to give to homeless people I encounter along with some money to help them get back on their feet. I always find what I need and if they are out of a particular item, the kind woman who run the store always places an order for me. I have often spent my entire months savings on items and do not feel at all poor afterwards, because I believe I am doing what Jesus has asked of all of us, which is to feed His sheep. This wonderful store helps me do Gods work. :)God bless this store and the good people that work here.

Not happy with my online order at all. First, it took almost a month to get to me. Then, the rosary I ordered looked nothing like what was pictured on the website, its so chintzy and poorly made. Definitely not worth what I spent on it. I dont know if they sent the wrong item or what. I wont be ordering from here again. I am very disappointed, as I am a Catholic who collects rosaries and sacred medals.

In His Name is a beautiful store. The first time I ever used them was to make a purchase online, it wasnt until after the initial purchase that I realized they local!My first experience at the store I walked in about 10 minutes before closing. I was in awe at the size of the store and the variety of religious items they had. Everyone was so polite in greeting me when I entered the store. As I wandered the store although closing time was fast approaching I never felt rushed to leave or that I was annoying the staff while I took my time browsing. They were all wonderful to oblige me when I inquired about different books and helped me to find them. Even as they were cashing out the other registers they patiently kept one open for me. All the workers were so friendly and carried on conversation as I was checking again. Again even though they were trying to leave for the day I never once felt rushed or unwelcomed.On a later trip I brought my mom to the store, who was visiting from Vermont. They have a small Catholic Store not at all near the variety that this store has. She too was in awe at what a beautiful store it was. All staff was patient and friendly with both of us and quick to answer any questions or help find any products.This is a store that I wished I lived closer to but, its probably better I do not or Id be there all the time. It is a store I will continue to use in the future and am happy to support such a wonderful business! I actually just placed an order with them last it!)

Dear responder, btw...I WAS NEVER ANGRY...JUST PERPLEXED, but thank you for attempting to clear your name and my apologies for any misinterpretations of character on my behalf. But your statements are not factual. I only got on my phone as I was exiting your establishment! And as I recall, there were three to four people at the front and ONE customer. Certainly one of your employees could have offered assistance. Especially one of the two who approached my direction as I too did not want to interrupt. And, up to 12 min in an establishment wondering seems to me like ample time to be asked if assistance is needed. No worries, I went elsewhere and was not only greeted right away but was asked if I needed assistance in finding anything (and was in and out in under 7 min) something Im accustomed to when entering someone elses place of business. God bless you and your company!I am being generous giving them ANY stars mainly because there are no lesseroptions, like NO stars. Not sure if my color mattered, but upon entering this store @40 min b4 closing and being the ONLY customer in there at the time, I was TOTALLY ignored and NEVER assisted even after wondering around for nearly 15 min.

Living in Pittsburgh, I needed to purchase some items and have them delivered to Duke University Hospital as quickly as possible on a Saturday so that my friends new born son could have them before he was Christened. Killian had been transferred to Duke from 2 other hospitals with major heart issues. As his condition was not stable at the time, I wanted his parents to have a few things to remember his baptism. Lisa was WONDERFUL!! Her understanding of my situation was so compassionate. She helped me pick out and purchase items over the phone and gave me the name of a courier service to deliver the items that very same day. She was kind enough to even call me when the items had been picked up by the courier to let me know they were en route to Killian. She also told me that they would keep Killian and his parents in their prayers. As if she hadnt done enough already, she called me again that following Monday to make sure that Killian and his parents received the items and to let us know they were still thinking of and praying for our friends. In His Name and Lisa went above and beyond to assist me. Lisas calm and reassurance were very comforting as I cried my way through the order and delivery service. I cannot thank them enough for the kind words and assistance. Their actions truly reflect the stores name. Thank you!

Great store! Clean, incredibly organize, and well stocked with everything you may need. The staff is amazingly friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for. As I was in the store, one of the young clerks was on the phone helping a customer, and when she realized that the store didnt have what the customer needed, the clerk found another store for her online to order from!

My wife and I shop here frequently, especially for books. They have an excellent suggestion of Catholic books - non-fiction and fiction. They are also able to order anything that you want. The store also sponsors readings by local authors. A wonderful part of our community.
