The staff members in this store are delightful and always helpful. They carry a great variety of NC products and make fabulous gift baskets. The retail shop is small but power packed with great quality upscale products. Highly Recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is not wise to write down a persons credit card number, have it on paper before fulfilling the order with the promise of shredding the credit card information. This is not a good business practice. Fraud is rampant so I did not feel comfortable with that approach, and opted not to use the shop for my delivery. In addition, I found the customer service person who answered the phone to be severely abrasive, and lacking in customer service skills.

I ordered an NC sampler basket for my Mom in Indiana for her birthday. She was thrilled and couldnt stop talking about all the goodies. Thank you for excellent service and quality!
