After having had several bad experiences at dealerships, this is the only place I trust with my car. Kris and his team are always professional and never try to upsell me. Theyve gotten busier lately, but Im willing to wait because I know my car is in good hands and I wont be pressured into buying something I dont truly need here. Im so glad I found this place!

EXTREMELY RUDE ... I am new to town and drove in for a oil change 30 mins before their posted closing time. The workers looked at me and told me they were closed and walked off as I was talking to them. Disrespectful for NO REASON. I definitely will not ever come back nor will my parents. Really unnecessary for them to treat a paying customer like they are annoying them.

Kris went above and beyond with taking care of my car. I was on my lunch break and he got me in and out and I was able to clock back in on time. Thanks again!

I called and asked if they had time to squeeze in an oil change on my lunch break. They shared that they were short staffed, but most likely could. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I asked plenty of (dumb) questions and didnt feel once like they were pulling a quick one on me. Great guys, professional too!

Never disappointed when I bring my car here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The wait is very reasonable - no matter if its an oil change or state inspection.

They get you in and out. The service is always exceptional. They did miss the vacuuming of my car in the front, however I was aware of them being busy. I do wish they had seating in the shaded area outside somewhere for customers with children or just for more customers in general. I will keep coming for service and recommending them as well.

I had originally put five stars until my last recent visitWhoever Kris is said my oil was over filled but car said oil low in NY and drove back to NC asked before I left to top off and they said it was filled up properly but got to NY and said it was low came back got oil change now car making noise bet if they would of topped off liked I asked I wouldnt be in the predicament Im in but let Kris tell it they did their job by not adding oil before I left to go to NY

Clean and efficient place. The staff was amazing. Wasnt sure which oil was place in vehicle help assist me and determined which type of oil to use for my oil change. Quick and effective even vacuum out my car!

Ive come here for an inspection and a few oil changes over the course of about a year. The mechanics are very fast and as far as I can tell, very good! Checkout is quick, they are courteous and dont bother you with trying to get every scrap of your personal info. I dont think Ive ever spent even 30 minutes waiting. Great business, I recommend it!

Pleasantly Surprised, Had a hassle free experience.. without the regular You got to change this... or you have do a transmission flush... etc even though it was not required . They did what I asked them to do and was very quick. I will go back there.

I come to that place for oil change all the time. Well today I received a very poor customer service. I pull forward like usually, the man was standing in front of me on the computer. He turned twice look at me and kept doing whatever he was doing, didnt move a bit. I waited a minute and I got out of the car. The man said can I help you? I asked if they are open today. He replied if you dont roll your window down and talk to me, I dont know what you want. I said I come here for my oil change and somebody always come to my car, but you didnt move. He was very arrogant. I am from Africa but that African guy was very arrogant. I will never come back.

Had my radiator replaced here on August,2016. Two weeks later my car was still overheating. Came back to them, Terry said oh I meant to tell you to bring it back if it still overheats (well, why didnt you tell me then?). That same day, I called them back and asked to speak to the mechanic, they said he isnt available, they took my number and told me he will call me back. Never got a call back. Had my car towed to Precision Tune AutoCare, and was told my head gasket and engine is ruined. If you need an oil change this place is great. Everything else dont bother.Update: Picture uploaded after Kris Brocks feedback stating We never heard back from you until this review. My review was written on August 7th, log shows that I called you twice on August 2nd (day after I came in and told you that it was still overheating).
