Quality Plus is just the best! I previously used the Wake Forest location but for the past couple of years I have used this location primarily and the service is always fantastic no matter what location.They offer an oil change special that is roughly $30 that includes an inspection on your vehicle to look for any repairs needed. And none of those extra fees that you encounter at quick oil change places!The inspection alone can cost $100 else where.They will explain everything that’s going on and work with you to decide what’s most important to fix because they understand it isn’t always possible to fix everything at once. They have a great new feature that texts you a report on what going on with your car that even includes pictures as well as a detailed explanation. Their repair costs can be a little pricey but that is because they use quality parts and you get the job done right the first time!They can also send you an invoice digitally so you can pay before you pick up.Brad is great and has helped me so much over the years! I tell everyone about quality plus, you can trust in what they say!

They are true to their name. I have an older car -- 2004 Toyota HIghlander that has 341,000 miles on it. Toyota dealership told me my car was done and wanted $3,000 to replace power steering pump, hose, and rack. They said they didnt want me spending that type of money so i need to look for another car. I found Quality Service for 2nd opinion they fixed my car by just replacing my hose for little over $500 (pump didnt need replacing nor the power rack). Quality Service went over and beyond to help me and didnt lie about anything. Also, I had breaks put on, and they also gave me loaner as they had to keep the car over the weekend. My car is running better now and no longer has the noise. I will continue using Quality Service as they have excellent customer service skills, and go the distant in getting the job done with high quality. WAY TO GO! SAVED ME as I wasnt quite ready to buy a new car.

It was really nice. My first time ever using this service (new to the area). The dealership didn’t have appointments for almost a month and I needed an oil change. I searched online and found this place. They didn’t respond to my online inquiry, but when I called the next day, I was scheduled immediately. They drove to my home to pick up my car which was super convenient since I work from home and couldn’t take off work. My car was returned before the end of my shift, so I wasn’t stuck at home waiting on my car to finish. They called me to inform me that I needed some additional work and could take care of it same day, which was nice because I hate having to rebook if I’m already getting a service. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and returned my car without any issues, scratches, dents, etc. I will use again for sure.

This was my first time to have work done here at Quality. They were so thorough. My 2007 Prius was scoured from back to front even though it has 230,000 miles on it. Quality Plus has done great service for me dating back to 2015. I leased two cars in 2017 and bought one off lease in 2020. My first and only call was to them for all 30k work plus tires. I could have done $30 better on tires in total, but not on detailed quality of over all sevice and reliable delivery of that service. I am glad to see that their song remains the same after four years.

This is my second time using this company! And 1400$ later I do not regret it at all!! They have been respectful, professional and honest. If I had a question it was answered appropriately and I was confident in the response. Brad has been absolutely amazing... I had a radiator replaced followed by another break down... He responded and fixed it immediately upon being told. I then went back to get wheel bearings and it was completed by 9am, he then called to see if I needed or wanted to get my oil change completed.

I brought in my Odyssey to do an engine flush and oil change which went well. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and found that our timing belt, water pump and drive belt hadnt been changed. At 130k miles it was a ticking time bomb, they saved our van!

I recently purchased a Lexus and was referred by a longtime member. The Customer Service is awesome, the promised quality of work was on point especially the headlights. I had to purchase a new Battery for the car, which was installed backwards by another business. It fried the new Battery and blew many fuses.After an attempt to repair was made, I had it towed to Quality Plus. They found the problem right away and saved the engine from further damage. I have referred them myself and would recommend their business to anyone!😊

Quality Plus is amazing! They are the best auto-body shop I have ever been to. If I ever have major repairs that need to be done, they bring me out onto the floor to show me whats wrong so I can make an educated decision. They are also very honest with recommendations on what repairs need to be done now and what can wait another 20,000 miles. If I do need a major repair, they have driven me home before or loaned me a car for free. They also leave cookies after every service :)

I was referred by a friend and called Quality Plus to arrange for my car to be towed to their shop. I was completely flustered and called the shop several times with random concerns and they never hesitated to give me the best solutions to my problems. After speaking with Brad, a tow truck was sent to retrieve me and I was given a full report of every issue shortly after my car arrived. My car is older and had a large amount of issues, which they began to take care of immediately. I drive 35 minutes to take my car here, rather than to closer shops, because they are so incredibly competent, trustworthy, helpful and responsive. Their integrity is unimpeachable. I feel very lucky to have them.There may be times you can find something for a lower price somewhere else. However, in my experience, price is only one aspect of choosing a shop to work on my car. I have never felt that they recommended something that I did not need while I have found that cheaper places are always telling me that I need things that will hike up my costs but I do not need. I have never felt treated in a way that was condescending or bullying, while I have felt that from other auto places that treat me like the little woman. I have always felt that folks at Quality Plus took all the time I needed to help me understand what they were recommending and why, as opposed to other places that just give me a printout.You get my drift - I believe that the prices at Quality Plus are competitive but, more than that, I believe that their value - the value I find from dealing with Quality Plus - is much higher than I find anywhere else. I went in 10/2/2018 for a inspection because my car was making a noise. My front driver ball joint needed to be replaced - I paid $425. Three days later I started to hear the same exact noise coming from the opposite side of my car. I went back and the mechanic said I now needed the passenger side replaced. He never mentioned this prior 10/2/2018. So not only was I hearing the left side of my car make a noise I was also hearing the right side - it’s just that the left side was louder than the right at the time. Also, I am not a mechanic, so how would I know both should be replaced at the same time? Instead of informing of the the worked needed to be done, the mechanic was recommending a $500 radiator fan and it’s 40 degrees in NC. An effective conversation would have been “Hey Skye, not only does your left ball joint need replaced but the right side too.” No one ever told me that until I returned for a second visit. So the mechanic offered to not do the $80 - 90 alignment - which by the way was something I was told was required the first time I went there because they have to take apart the suspension to replace the ball joint. AND offered to replace the ball joint at another $214 for labor and $85 for parts...not including tax. I have no problem paying for the part, but an additional $214 for labor to take apart my car AGAIN when you were already doing that the FIRST TIME. So basically it would cost me a little under $800, two visits to this shop, and time off of work to get my car repaired fully.
