“Express” service on my truck, scheduled for 8:00 on a Monday. I arrived at 7:30 thinking I’d be in and out (was actually told by a previous service advisor if I get there first thing Monday, it’s a quick in and out service). Oil change, tire rotation and recall work to replace gasket for small 3rd taillight. I left at 9:45. Yep, express. Get what you pay for, I suppose.
I needed a new vehicle after mine had been totaled. They worked to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted, with even the smallest of details covered. In addition, they were able to give me an incredible interest rate and even got me refunds on the warranties from my previous vehicle-money that went into my new vehicle. I never would have even known about that if not for their customer service and customer care. This is my third consecutive vehicle from there and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Came in for an appointment i scheduled 2 weeks prior, on time. Waited no less than 3 hrs for them to finish an oil change and an inspection. This is the second time that i have fallen through the cracks going here. Those exact words used twice. The fellow that took my case was a nice guy, just sounds like they are short handed or have some efficiency issues, Im not sure. Either way- 3 hr wait was a complete waste of my day. I had other things planned to get done and couldnt do any of them.
Each time I bring my car into Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, they always exceed my expectations. My service guy Roland is simply the best! He’s so nice, and really helps with great advice, service and is so knowledgeable! What a great asset to their service department. Everything I’ve had done to my car has always been done right, affordable prices, and very professional!! Going to the dealer to get my car repaired just makes sense, instead of going to a third party garage. I really am very happy with the service I get at Fred Anderson Toyota, and will keep coming back! And I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Just an outstanding service center. Very professional. Clean modern facilities. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced, and car washed. In and out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. On a Saturday! It is a pleasure to part with a little of my hard earned money here. Thanks again!
When I got there, the person who helped me asked what I wanted to get done, and I explained that I got my oil changed but wanted to ensure that my car was running smoothly. They told me it would be 150 for labor and seemed to be in not the best mood (it happens, not that big of a deal). While waiting for the car they told me my check engine light was on and asked if they should reset it? I said If nothing was wrong with the car then sure reset it. (But I’m at a dealership shouldn’t you know if you should reset a check engine light?) At the end of the visit they was incredibly nice, touched my sweater (without asking), and told me that it would be almost 200 (?) dollars for labor and that i need a new transmission. It really felt like they only saw me as a paycheck, and then overcharged me for labor. The tech did talk to me, about the car, and when I was leaving I could hear them talking about me and about making the sale. Overall I’d say my visit made me incredibly uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning.
If you own a car, you want good people maintaining for you; people you can trust to tell you what needs to be done. I bought my Camry here in 2002 and Ive been bringing it here for service ever since. it now has 280,000 miles on it and I still drive it - maybe not every day now that Im retired, but it took me back and forth to work for 16 years. Maintaining a car is not cheap, but if you want to keep it in top condition you have to be willing to spend more than $20 to put oil into it every other month - which I dont because my car doesnt leak. The service department at Fred Anderson has its act together and while I know I will need to spend money every now and then when something wears out (and it still costs me less than buying a new one), I also know the Service Reps wont be trying to pad repairs just to jack up the cost. I dont hesitate to recommend them.
Have purchased and serviced vehicles at Fred Anderson for more than 15 years. Great customer service. Attention to detail. Flexible hours and scheduling. Highly recommend. Latisha in service is fantastic. She’s knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. She brightened my day!
Everyone there is nice and professional and I’ve been happy with the service! Just be prepared to wait a while. I’ve never been here for less than 2 hours, even if the estimated time is 90 minutes.
The family plan in which they provide an oil change for free but they get you with extra services that are required in order to take advantage of the free oil changein particular tire rotation was required although I already have a free tire rotation and balance on my tires but will still require to pay the tire rotation fee and Fred Anderson this is one of many examples of how I will warn you not to enroll in these family plans or even buy Fred Anderson products they will get you every time.
Problem was promptly diagnosed and explained.Repairs to right and left axles had been completed by the next afternoon. Service advisors were courteous and respectful.
I had an appointment to get a state inspection and my tire pressure checked and they made it all happen before the time I asked. Service was quick and professional. Jarvis is such a big help and always answers any of my questions truthfully. He never tries to push items or sales in me.

Fred Anderson service is the best. They are continually investing in new technologies and ways to make the experience as easy for customers as possible. Yes, it costs more to have the dealership service your Toyota, but at least at Fred Anderson you feel like you are getting a premium experience. I have had nothing but positive experiences here.
Due to the pandemic, I would have liked to seen the lobby area a little bit more cleaner. The area I sat in was not clean and I noticed tissue papers on tables that was left by customers. My suggestion is to have someone every so often to make sure the area is kept clean. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed by the professionalism that was carried out with the service that was provided!😊
I was surprised at how much the service cost. I had to get the repair & asked if I could get the cost down closer to 800.00 rather than 900.00. I paid 825.00 which helped when you are not expecting car problems.I was visiting my daughter in Raleigh & notice my engine light so call the dealership. They were very accommodating & got me in quickly.I appreciated the quick response.
The best car service experience I have ever had. Tyrone was professional, friendly and understanding and his communication skills are what every person in Customer service should strive to be. It’s the first time it was an actual pleasure paying the bill. I have never had a customer service representative who had far exceeded my expectations as he did. I live in Charlotte and will happily drive the 2.5 hours vs the normal experience at other Toyota dealerships. 10 star service!!!!

The price for services is quite high. The staff is really helpful and we’re very professional. My biggest issue was that for what they are charging, you would think there would be an assurance quality check. I was definitely charged for a tire rotation, but it was not completed. Now I have to take time out of my day on top of paying the over-priced services to make sure they complete it. This dealership service department out of the many that I’ve been to now is the most expensive for sure, but also the least thorough in terms of what you get. I will say, they have this new video thing where they send you a short video explaining what the issue is of your vehicle as it’s getting serviced if they find anything. That’s actually really cool and it’s the only place I’ve been to that does that. My service rep Danny was a boss and was really helpful and communicated with me throughout the day. I just picked up my vehicle at the end of the day and noticed that a portion of the service was not completed.
I had an appointment for the 45,000 mi maintenance for my Toyota Camry LE. I also had an ongoing issue with my car that 3 other mechanics thought was the issue. One mechanic tried to correct the issue but was unsuccessful. So when I brought my car to Fred Anderson Toyotas Service Dpt, I explained the issue to my service technician, Tab, n also talked to Mr. May, one of the managers. They put me at ease n said they would do whatever they could to try to find a solution and they did! Plus the solution was not a major costly one n I was happy about both the repair and the cost! I highly recommend using their Service Department for any maintenance and service issues you might be having! I went home a happy camper!!
I brought the car in at nine and it was done at noon. Very speedy I thought. Everyone was very pleasant and they even washed the car for me. Got the car there and would use them again.
I dropped my car off Sunday night for a 1pm appointment on Monday and Randy text me by 8:30am to let me know the work was completed. The tech also sent me a brief video going over my vehicle letting me know how my brakes and tire life looked along with not finding any leaks. Excellent service provided by all!!
I felt very taken care of at the service center here. Lonnie was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful and I also worked with a new trainee Cory who also was great to work with. The videos from the mechanics is great and really helped me understand what was going on with my car and helped me make decisions. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will be using them again in the future.
Im very disappointed in how I been treated lve try to be a team player I feel that will have to contact toyota headquarters to my understanding I bought lemon that should have fix. Or replace.

My vehicles oil change service was completed but they ruined the interior and exterior of my vehicle. Plus, a part of the passenger interior siding was removed. Im NEVER getting my vehicle serviced here again. I called multiple times to speak with a supervisor but as expected my concerns were ignored. Its definitely worth the extra mileage to have your vehicle serviced somewhere else as this service center neglects the integrity of customer vehicles.
My service manager Matt ensured the regular maintenance visits were done with quality and customer satisfaction in mind. He is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely trustworthy. Matt made getting my Toyota serviced a positive experience.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now for maintenance. I tried one other place once and came right back.I’ve always been treated with respect and the staff is professional and friendly. I’ve never felt pushed to have unneeded services done to pad a bill. They are always on time with their time line given to me of when they’ll be done and the video sent going over your vehicle is a nice touch. Sure, a dealership is in general usually more expensive, but these guys are actually worth it. I’ve been to other Toyota places where the staff was less than friendly as well.
Had a wonderful visit yesterday with my service specialist, Matt. Matt was very patient and offered his expertise and knowledge for my vehicle. He gave me a variety of options for new tires and explained each brand one by one. I never felt like I was just another customer in a fast food drive thru line. My appointment was not rushed and all of the service I had completed was also discussed. I never felt intimidated to ask Matt any questions. He was so kind and I appreciate that he took the time to explain things. Excellent customer service from Matt and the rest of the team! Even though I just bought my 4 runner from here three years ago, I definitely will be a Fred AndersonToyota customer for life.
This particular Toyota car dealership really has their customer service in order for when we need servicing. Way to go! Very organized and helpful in making my experience a good one. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help with their Toyota to use this car dealership. I had another re-call on my passenger air bag and they took out the old one and replaced it with a new one again. Thank you Toyota for staying on top of your game to keep us customers safe.
The quality of the actual vehicle service has always been wonderful. The scheduling of service is always a pain because the online system works intermittently. The sales service staff are also hit or miss. If my husband is with me-they will listen. If I’m by myself-sometimes the sales service staff listen sometimes they pressure me and won’t listen.

I’m on a road trip. I showed up with no appointment from out of state. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Positive attitude from the moment I arrived. They fixed my problems within the time they said they would. Very happy with my experience. Enrique was the person helping me and he was great.
They said it would take 1 hour and 45 mins. I waited for over 3 hours. I just wanted them to do whatever needed to be done for my maintenance light to turn off. Why does that cost $165 when the oil change is free on the Family Plan? I also asked them to wash the car, and they obviously didn’t.

Bought a white (blizzard pearl) 4 Runner on 4-17-2021. Lindsay was our salesperson whom I met online and she greeted us at the dealership. The 4 Runner I wanted was a limited and Kerry Mitchell (also a salesman) made calls to try to locate one in the Eastern Region of NC. Lindsay was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions patiently. Everyone was professional and polite and no one used pressure tactics for the sale of this 4 Runner. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be recommending Fred Anderson Toyota to friends and family.

I took my car in for diagnostics, unfortunately I could not afford the $2,000 repair at the time but I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received surrounding diagnosing the problem and arriving at a solution to the problem I experienced with my 2007 Toyota Camry LE. The Assistant Service Manager Geoffrey A. was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took great care of us and kept us informed every step of the way. We had requested that many services be done to our car that day such as state inspection, oil change, four wheel alignment, air bag recall repair and others. Terry has been our service contact since we purchased 2013. We appreciate that continuity. We’ve always rec’d great service from the department & today was no exception. New this time, was a video showing our brake wear, battery readings, etc. all of which was helpful in our decision making. We can purchase a vehicle at any dealership but the service department is a big part of why we’ll return to Fred Anderson
Fred Anderson Toyota always does great work. My 2015 Tacoma has had 100% of the routine maintenance and will continue to have it done there for the life of my truck (which will probably be until the end of time).
They did a full checkup on my car to make sure everything was good and corrected what needed to be corrected in a timely manner. Great and I will only be coming here for anything car related from now on!
I typically go to the Nissan location and theyre so nice there. I scheduled it for Toyota because they had a time slot I needed. When I arrived the service rep was very rude and unprofessional. It took twice as long because they snapped one of the studs on one of my tires. I wont be coming back to the Toyota for services.
Ive been coming here for almost 20 years. It started when we bought a Sienna back in 04 when I was 9 or 10, and now that I have my own car I come here for every service. The service advisors are always nice and helpful, and the technicians always do a good job. I never leave feeling disappointed or duped. Would highly recommend

They help you out if they can and are very honest and straightforward - they dont push things onto you for servicing but they keep your safety in mind which is amazing. Terry Underdue has been our service advisor for years, and we are so grateful that he has always been there for us. Because of the way he treats us like family, I will never go anywhere else for service. I know that when Terry recommends any service, I can trust that its needed.Terry has always gone out of his way to help us. Ive even called him from road trips to ask him questions/advice about car issues, and he always promptly and patiently helps me out. I even called him one time from a Toyota dealership in Texas because of the high cost quoted for some repairs to be done there. He actually called and spoke with their service department directly, saving us a few hundred dollars! (Who else would do that for you?!) My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have a service advisor like Terry!
I called and requested an appt for a recall and had it scheduled. I arrived and told the gentleman I was here for a recall. When I came back to pick it up, no one helped me for 12 minutes and then a gentle man assisted me and told me that I owed money for service that I never asked for or was told about. No phone call was given to see if this needed to be done. Very unprofessional to do work on a vehicle without the permission of the owner. I asked to speak to a manager and they weren’t there. Still waiting for a phone call back. Do not recommend this service department.

Great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota. I didn’t have an appt and just stopped in because I was in the area. Evan greeted me promptly and checked me right in. My car was turned around really quickly and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
No issues with the service or personnel I worked with, which was just my required oil change and required check up service.However, the delays in service and timing where terrible. I had an appointment at 8:15 and work was not started on my car until 10:00 AM. My car was not finished until 11:45. It took 3.5 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. They do not limit appointment sign ups and need a much better system. There is no reason to be 1.5 hours behind schedule at 8:15 AM.It should not be difficult to have a decent appointment system and this is not the first time there have been huge delays, but it was the worst time.
Took way too long for a scheduled appointment. Too be fair I was warned about this when I got there but I had no alternative. The waiting area is great but after 4 hours it gets old. Need to work non better turn around for appointments where I am waiting on site. Oh and I really miss the cookies.

I can to the dealership as a walk-in and try r service advisor told me t would be a 2 or 3 hour wait, I explained to o him that I was going out of town in a few ours and I could not afford to do the other services and I was told I had to do and we agreed that I would only do the oil change today and next week I would do the other services. I came pick up my car he had all the other services done and I had a bill due of 140. That was not what I agreed to because I was low on cash and I was going out of town to take care of family business. I’m never coming back to that dealership.

Service advisor was very professional and pleasant to work with. While there are multiple waiting areas, they were filled to capacity. Outside is a huge open air covered porch with several shaded areas that could easily hold 12 people socially distanced, but there was only 1 bench. I would like to see more outdoor chairs or benches provided.
I called to make an appointment for my 2019 RAV4 for a fuel pump recall. First I used chat & the lady made me find the recall number because she didn’t know which recall it was. Customer service should have this information. Then after chatting with her, she said she couldn’t schedule the recall appointment because she didn’t know if parts would be there so she was contacting the server dept. & they would contact me. I was scheduling a week out to give them time. So I called in to see if I could get appointment and that lady was able to schedule appointment for me. Then the service department called me & said I needed to call back to back sure parts were available. So I called a 3rd time to check about parts. The lady in customer service transferred me to parts department but they didn’t answer. Of course, my service advisor should be checking on the parts, not me. The lady sent alert to parts department & said they would call me to verify the parts were there. Of course, they dropped the ball & didn’t call me. I had to call a 4th time & that lady checked & said parts would be there plus the work would take 6 hrs so I told her I would drop my RAV4 off the day before so they could start on it first thing plus I told her how unhappy I was about the scheduling issues. It should NEVER take 4-5 calls/chats to schedule service and a customer should NOT be expected to check for parts needed or have to tell Toyota which recall it is.I dropped my RAV4 off around 3:30 on Tuesday & Matt told me he would have it ready by that evening which I thought was great. He did send me a video of my RAV4 & the recall was complete around 7. I told him I would pick it on Wednesday & asked him to run it through car wash since the car wash was scheduled w original appointment. I reminded Matt at 7:45 am to get car wash done & he said he would. When I got to Fred Anderson at 2pm, my RAV4 hadn’t been washed plus there were greasy fingerprints on my light gray interior on door. I don’t understand WHY anyone would give a car back to a customer like that. Fred Anderson service department completely dropped the ball.
Oscar and the Service Repair team are top notch. Oscar consistently impresses me. This visit was filled with bad news on my repairs I needed. Oscar gave me the truth in a calm, professional manner. He treats me like family which is the case with ALL OF FRED ANDERSON! They make me feel like a VIP because that is how they operate. I should also mention Kelly ... he’s a Rock Star! Thank you all for taking excellent care of my and my vehicle.
I made an appointment to have my battery replaced after being diagnosed by Fred Anderson Service Center that I needed it. I arrived 06/28. They checked my car in. 20 minutes later I received a call that I would not be able to get a battery because they are on back order until September. The service center should have known this and called me before I had to drive 40 minutes for nothing. A company that focus on providing great customer service would have alerted me about the battery before I arrived. Maybe I am expecting too much because I can’t even get a call back when I leave messages. Really disappointed with the Service Center and lack of customer service.

Oil Change, wind shield wipers replaced, fluids topped off, tire rotation. All went smoothly, except my front right tire was low on air (no big deal.) Tire kept getting lower so I filled it one more time and parked it and carpooled with co workers. Checked it out. Nail in the tire and it’s unrepairable. Leaving it at 3 stars
Overall Fred Anderson did great with explaining cost and created a great video sent to me by text to show what they did to service people my vehicle. The only reason why I did not rate them as five stars is because the service guy who checked me in said the job would be about 2 hours, well 3 hours later and I was still waiting on my vehicle. But if quality work takes longer then I guess I had no choice.
Very helpful staff, always good communication. Nice environment to wait in. They always take time to explain findings and why they are making specific recommendations. My questions always get answered.
I had a flat tire, got replaced with spare one with the help of AAA. Next day I took my car to Toyota Service center to fix the flat tire. My appointment was at 3.00 pm, arrived at 2.55 pm. The service rep checked me in and made me to sit in the lobby. After waiting for an hour, I walked up to the rep to find the status, he said it may take another 30 min. But there was no update even after 30 min. I walked up to him at 4.45 pm, this time he said there’s a hole in the tire which can’t be fixed, need to change the tire. I decided to change all 4 tires as there was a buy 3 get 1 free deal.The rep said it will be done by 6 pm. But the car was not ready by 6 pm, neither there was any update. Once again I went and asked him, he said it’s still getting ready and there are more people ahead of me. The entire service center was getting empty, except me and one more person every one walked out with their car. Finally at 7 pm got my car and this time also I was the one to go and find out and the rep never called me to inform. Over all I had a very stressful experience this time. As I bought my car in this location I prefer to go here for any kind of issues, but the service provided this time was very pathetic. I spent 4 hrs to change my tires. ☹️

I have been a customer at Fred Anderson service department for several years and have not had a problem until now. I recently had preventive maintenance on the car, which was more expensive than I was told when I dropped my car off. When I noticed an a problem with the car at pickup, the service personnel were disrespectful, disregarded my concern and told me they cannot help me. Later another service advisor contacted me, listened to my concern, and explained why it was happening and that it was expected. I am not sure that I will come back again after this experience.
I have been a Fred Anderson customer since 2003 with multiple cars. Now they are charging you $8 for misc services. They best explanation of what this is for is shop rags, not disposal or stuff like that. However in this 2 page detail invoice this cost is not listed. You guys are better than this!
I had an appointment scheduled at 10 am on 4/29/21 for vehicle maintenance. Arrived on time and checked in. Was told by service rep the vehicle would be ready in about 2.5 hours. After 3 hours, I went to find service rep. The vehicle maintenance had not been started yet!!!! No one had thought to notify me of the backlog. I could not stay another 3 hours. I asked to have my vehicle back, talked to the service manager, and left. The service manager seemed much less concerned about me than the difficulties he was facing to remain staffed during covid. And I understand that. But the lack of effort to communicate to maintain good customer relations, both while I was waiting for my vehicle that was not being worked on and during my conversation with the service manager, left me with a very bad impression and a vehicle that still needs maintenance. I do want to say that I have been using Fred Anderson for almost 15 years and, in general, I have been satisfied. But my experience yesterday has me thinking about alternatives.

It was not good on this time when my car was not repaired right just got home after repairs Saturday and my car would not go forward nor backwards just a lot of noise service was coiuld not even back it in my driveway my neighbor had to push it in driveway 610.00 just for labor parts was 157.00 and still had to have it towed back to Fred Anderson missed my Sunday service at Church because of it I am still highly up set first time. With problems like this

I brought my Corolla in for the scheduled maintenance. The service agent was very friendly and patient. He took time to answer all of my questions. My car has 120,000 miles on it and still running like it did on the day that I bought it. The service agent provided updates on how the car maintenance was progressing and it it was still on time or not. This is my second Corolla that I have purchased from this dealership. My son and my nephew also purchased their cars from this dealership. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a new car purchase to check out Fred Anderson.

Latisha Nixon was my service operator and she provided phenomenal customer service. She was very considerate of my time and she even paid attention to and addressed a note that I typed when I initially booked my appointment online. She was not pushy at all when it came to the recommended maintenance work that I declined. She was very respectful and understanding of my requests and never made me feel like it was about an up-sale, which is something that I greatly appreciate. I will definitely personally book with her in the future and I would absolutely recommend her.

I purchased a new Highlander Limited AWD here in March and came today for my 1st 5,000 mile service. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was very impressed with the drive in feature and prompt attention. Even more so that my puppy was allowed inside with me when I expected to have to wait outside. This was a good thing since I was told right away that even with a scheduled appointment all service is expected to always take at least 1-1.5 hours. Wow! This service only called for a basic inspection plus tire rotation, but still took 50 minutes. This was better than the expected wait. The exterior car wash that’s included was awful. It washed all the dirt to the bottom half of my white car making me have to go wash it right afterwards.
I needed to have a right front axel repaired. The part was in stock and the repair was done on the spot. Terry was extremely helpful.
Everything went well. Lonnie does a good job keeping my car in excellent condition.
