Matt and the Team at Capital City Collision were true professionals and an excellent company that exceeded my expectations. I had sustained front bumper damage in an accident on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I am very particular about my vehicles and who works on them. Matt was upfront and honest from the initial inspection that there was a chance there could be additional damages beyond what could be seen visually and that to truly provide a fair estimate they would need to remove the bumper and inspect. Upon completing this, I was presented with a fair and very reasonable estimate of all repairs, including using only OEM parts, and an itemized breakout of all parts, supplies, labor, etc.. Their final work did not disappoint. The repairs included fully painting a brand new bumper (which looks stunning, no paint imperfections, clean, and seamlessly fits in with all side panels and hood), Impact bar, absorber, and other misc. bezels, grilles, etc. They also handled communicating with my insurance company/ adjuster to make sure that all parties were aligned and there were no items missed. The customer service aspect was fantastic which included delivering my cleaned and finalized vehicle to my house. Overall, Capital City Collision is professional, courteous, up-front and honest, and their work/ quality is absolutely fantastic. Other members of my family have also used them in the past and I wouldn’t think of taking my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend using their family owned shop!

I had a large branch fall and hit my truck, damaging the fender badly. I used Capital City to replace and paint the fender and it looks amazing. You would never know there was so much damage. Their pricing is extremely fair and the customer service is second to none. They really did go above and beyond in more ways than one. I will never use another body shop!

These guys did an awesome job. My vehicle was at another body for almost three years. The other shop was paid over 16k by my insurance company and failed to complete the work. it took a law suit and sheriff dept to get it back. I was very concerned that another body shop would not take the vehicle because someone else started the work. Capital City took it in and did an amazing job and had it finished in about 2 weeks. During a pretty fragile time in my life I looked up Capital City Collision for some unexpected body work. After seeing the reviews I decided to pay them a visit. Shortly after I stepped in the door Matt came from the back and greeted me with the warmest most welcoming greeting wearing his mask. Can’t say enough good things about Matt, his team, and the work they did on my Jeep. With the COVID quarantine I figured it was a great time to get my bumper replaced. I assumed it would take a while but was surprised that it was back in my driveway in better than new condition in under a week. They only had it in the shop for 3 days! They also came to pick it up from my house, completely detail it, and drop it back off when they were done. I mean it when I say they did a spectacular job.

My wife damaged her car bumper leaving the post office last week in Roseville. I took it to 3 car collision place hoping for a reasonable estimate. The prices to repair a scratched (no dents) were outrageous! Not to mention any names but they have 2 site on Capital Blvd lead into Wake Forest..The wanted to charge me $1400, for a scratched bumper.Labor was $500 dollars by itself, needless to say all the other various charges on my quote.Capital City Collision almost beat the everyone else by half. My damaged bumper was fixed totaling $812.00Oh, I almost forgot they picked up car and returned it to me with 3 days free of charge.Thank you Lord!!

I was scared to go to a shop in Raleigh because I usually have my collision work done in Winterville, NC. I called around to a few shops and they either had an attitude, or no availability to fit my car in. I called Capital City collision and they look at my estimate and came and towed my car with no extraness. Even though my wreck was around the thanksgiving holiday, they had my car ready the day before thanksgiving! Wade took great care of me. He even took my rental car back for me with no questions asked. A few weeks later I was having issues with my car again and I thought it was wreck related. He came and picked my car up and took it to a specialist for front end damage. Found out it wasn’t wreck related and I needed a new back tire. He replaced it for me, brung back my car and told me Merry Christmas!!! I could not believe that I didn’t have to reimburse this man or anything. Great people! I would def come back if needed and I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

Matt and his crew did such a great job on my car. I was unhappy with a couple of blends from a previous paint job as well as needing some bumper cover, mirror cover and a few smaller issues addressed. Capital City worked on my 2012 Audi A8L W12. Someone backed in to the bumper. Their paint job was phenomenal, it really takes a close inspection to tell its not factory paint. It is indistinguishable from ten feet away. I also paid to have the rims refinished - that took a little extra work, the subcontractor (Rimguard) missed a few spots. No big deal, Rimguard also took care of it. But, working with Matt was great, great communication, great job. I have three other cars that all need some cosmetic work - I am a perfectionist about my old pristine cars - and I will take them back there. This shop has earned my business.

There is no fancy waiting room, coffee, or TV like the big guys who treat you like a number; instead, you get a small, family-run business that does one thing and does it well. I took my car in for an estimate, and Matt handled everything; the insurance company, the rental car, all of it. My car looks NEW. Really great job, and great experience. Big shoutout to Matts dad, Wade; who needs a TV in the waiting room when you have him?

I met with an accident and went to these guys. Matt was awesome, he took care of everything. He spoke to my insurer, he get me a rental car booked from my insurer, he dropped me at rental car location. In fact I couldnt get my car repair with Matt, as my insurer told its a total loss.

Found this shop purely by looking for somewhere close to my office, they offered a competitive price and the customer service was great so i gave them a shot - still you always feel like its a roll of the dice when taking your pride and joy for repair. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, incredible quality of work, great communication and the service from Matt was 1st class. Have since (unfortunately) used them for another 2 repairs for mine and my partners car. They seem to take care of a wide range of regular and high end cars, in case you are wondering ours were a Camaro and a Focus - both nearly new.

I would highly recommend taking your car to these guys! I was rear ended and the driver at fault had horrible insurance, but CCC made sure that everything was taken care of. They really went above and beyond their responsibility to make sure I had as little stress as possible during the process. Im not sure how they did it, but they matched the metallic silver paint exactly (2008 Vantage). My car looks amazing--just like new!

My truck was hit by another vehicle Sunday night June 4, 2017, and 930 Monday morning I was at Capital City getting an estimate. Matt was professional and fast, and he told me they could finish it by Friday, in time for my planned road trip out west the following weekend (he ended up having it done a day early, Thursday June 8). The truck looks great, better than new, and was cleaned up inside and out when I picked it up. Matt drove me from his shop to Enterprise to get a rental car and waited with me to make sure it was all set before he left. He picked me up there on Thursday after I returned the rental car, and drove me back to the shop. Matt owns the shop and answers the phone, so youre not talking to a revolving cast of different employees when you call (you talk to the boss). I had a great experience with this repair. I always wonder when I see so many 5-star ratings for a business (are the ratings real?), but my experience with this shop was an authentic 5 stars.

Excellent work, done right the first time. I had rear bumper cover that needed to be replaced on my BMW, and Matt and his team did a perfect job. The paint on the bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly, something that people often complain about with other body shops. He even negotiated with my insurance company in order to use an OEM bumper instead of a reconditioned part. They returned the car to me nice and clean, and overall the service was friendly and efficient. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and got it back on Thursday morning, which for me was quick enough. Thank you, CCC!

Maserati of Raleigh recommended Capital City Collision and after reading the nice reviews...I thought why not trust them with my Maserati QT. I must say, my experience with Matt was far from the nice reviews i read on the website. Matt was Very unprofessional with inquiring about my petsonal businesss which had nothing to do with repairs to my vehicle. I mention my concern to Matt and he apologize for over steping his boundaries. However, things continued to go down hill from there including Maserati of Raleigh providing Matt with my paid invoice with out contacting me for approval. Long story short, i would never do business these two establishment. Capital City Collision dont deserve a star but it was the only way to post my experience. The Abosolute Wost Experience!!!!!
