Didn’t fix our car! Paid for a part that never came! Kept our car 4 days and never finished the job! Had to go and get our car! They took it apart when we went to get it! We watched them put it back together and left!

Drove their tow truck through my front yard. Left huge ruts in my yard, cant even cut my grass. They did this attempting to tow the neighbors vehicle not mine. I let them know they had destroyed my yard. They promised to come fix it and of course never did. Typical shady lazy people, imagine what theyll do to your vehicle. I would definitely avoid them. The owner told me he would lie and avoid any accountability if the property owners reached out to them to fix it. Real nice

My stepson brought his car here, the guy said it needed a new engine he paid 5,000$ for the engine and it blew the same month he got his car back and they said he didn’t put oil in it. Which was a lie. Then gave him the run around and now wants to put a lean on the car for storage fee. Don’t ever take your car here!!! Going to try and get a lawyer involved, I knew something wasn’t right as soon as I saw some of these reviews and the guy blew him off wouldn’t talk him for months about what was going on with the car

Took my truck Thursday for oil change and tune up and it was running fine, beforehand, just routine maintenance was my reason for bringing it. My Truck Broke down the very next day. Bad communication about towing and servicing for the issue. I personally do not recommend and will never return.

I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to this place, I took my car to them on a Monday they gave me the run around for a whole week & 4 days. Paid my deposit & they still let my car sit to assist other ppl wit they cars. Got attitudes when i called asking about my car & when would it be ready. Told me my car would be ready one day & told my mother another day, After a week & a half my car is finished but still see dents in my back door. Took my car back (THE SECOND TIME) they gave me the run around about fixing my car told me to bring it on a Monday then switched it to Wednesday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! After fixing my car the second time my car look the same as when I dropped it off to them. The man Daniel or Danny (That paint & does the body work) told me “ my car would not be back perfect “ after I PAID HIM MY MONEY !. Same thing happen to someone I know said CAROLINA AUTO BODY REPAIR INC charged them 700 & they messed his car up also. Receptionist told me the owner would call because I wasn’t satisfied with my car but it’s been days & he hasn’t even reached out to me about nothing. I have dents & scratches on my car now & they weren’t on there before I took my car. I KNOW THE NEXT TIME I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR NOTHING 💯

Worse place ever, took my car to replace bumper, returned it with same old bumper but painted.ot took me about 4 months to finally get my car repaired somewhat right. Would never recommend this pplace

Very unprofessional. I have been asking for estimate since middle of January. Brought car to shop three times and still have not received estimate. When I walk in for estimate he just looks at me like a deer in headlights. Dont waste your time with this shop.

I have a car that has sat at his shop for 2 months, ive called and texted him and all i get is ill hit you up. Very unprofessional shop NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE ill make sure i spred the word
