I scheduled my appointment online, using their website, and I received a confirmation for the date and time I selected. Only to find out, on the day of the appointment, that what was on my confirmation and what was on their system was different. They asked me to reschedule to several weeks later, which I did. Several weeks later I arrive for my 3:00pm appointment at 3:08pm and I am told that because I am more than 7 minutes late they will need me to reschedule again for another 3 weeks later. I understand this is their policy and that I was the one who was late (by one minute), however I was never informed of this policy. Not during the first fiasco with scheduling, not during the rescheduling, nor at anytime other than at the moment I walked into the building at 3:08pm. Im not giving them a one star pertaining to their ability to provide quality eye care, I never got the chance to see what they had to offer and unless I want to wait another 3 weeks (6 weeks total) I never will. I am giving them a one star for their poor communication and lack of flexibility with their clients (especially because they messed up once and had to ask me to reschedule once before because of their mistake).

Super attentive, helpful and friendly love going here. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a permanent place to go.

The doctor was very patient with me and really wanted to help me get the right prescription. The most pleasant eye appointment Ive ever had. I strongly recommend Pearl Vision Racine.

I had an exam here and was prescribed a set of glasses. The glasses were giving me headaches and the doctor determined that the prescription was too strong, they then wanted to charge me over $100 dollars to replace the lenses with the correct prescription?? They were the ones that messed up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pair of glasses for me and one of my children. It took 2 months to get the correct set of glasses! 2 MONTHS! First my glasses did not come with the tint that I ordered so they had to be sent back after waiting 3 weeks and they got THE PRESCRIPTION wrong in my daughters glasses which also had to be sent back. This order was over $400 and the compensation for my trouble was a reinvestment for the $30 protection plan. Dont know how they are still in business when you can get a pair if glasses in 24 hours. Ive had better service at Wal-Mart. DO NOT GO HERE!

The check up and appointment went well. The new glasses arrived a little more than a week later. I went to the store to pick them up, I was the only person there aside from the attendant. As she got my glasses the phone rang, she put the glasses on the table in front of me then spent the next several minutes talking on the phone as I sat there. When she started to take insurance information I left. Rude and inconsiderate.

Friendly and attentive staff, good prices, and on site optometrist. Word to the wise, you will need to book an appointment if you need to see the optometrist though.

MIsinterpreted my wishs charged $300 for frames that cost $85 if you buy them from any supplier.
