Its a good store that does the job. The cashiers were super friendly and helped my grandson pay all by himself.

Cathy at upstairs customer service department was so incredibly helpful today! She went above and beyond in helping me figure out an exchange that ended up being more difficult than I anticipated.

JC Penney used to be one of my favorite stores, but theyve gone downhill. Didnt have much to choose from.

Sadly Pennys looks pretty run down lately.

Clerks receive incentives when customers sign up for credit cards. I was pushed to open one and was promised 80 dollars off of my purchase. I was skeptical about doing it, debated it with the wife and clerk. I was pushed and again reassured 80 dollars would come off of my purchase. “Ops sorry, you weren’t approve. You will get 10 dollars off in the mail, you don’t get the 80 off now sorry”. So now I have a JC penny credit card and a whopping 10 dollars off.

Ordering very easy, good selection and prices. Ordered some to house and some to store very easy pickup!

Eh, the clothing seemed even worse than the typical overpriced and mass-produced junk you end up throwing away after half a season has passed. Not for me. It was clean and there were a lot of hand sanitizer bottle stations around though. Masks were required, thankfully. We were only walking through, but Im immunocompromised and cannot be vaccinated, which sucks, so I appreciate the people that wear masks, places that require them, and provide hand sanitizer stations at regular intervals.

Cindy was very professional in helping us pick out curtains for our rv trailer.

Creepy plainclothes security just stood the entire time watching me at the dressing room, then followed me to the bathroom. Other stores at the mall are more inviting.

Their home decorations looks classy! Good customer service from cashiers. I do think they need to have a sign in the front entrance to direct customers where to go return their online purchase.

HORRIBLE JEWLERY EXPERIENCE! Sent my engagement ring in because the same top part kept bending and a diamind was missing. Never got a call when the 12 weeks passed that it was supposed to be in. Kept calling for the next minth and a half and being told nope not here. So 3.5 months later turns out it was deemed unrepairable (and nobody called me). They never sent the ring back to give me the option to keep it and fix it somewhere else. They just gave me my miney back ON A GIFT CARD. ARE YOU KIDDING ME JCP?! I will NEVER be buying jewlery here again. Very very disappointed and so upset I will never get my engagement ring back again.

I absolutely love JcPenny, if you go at the right time you can really clean up. Previously I was able to buy $500 worth of clothes for only $200!! Thats right, I saved $300. Unfortunately they removed their maternity section and I was looking forward to getting some pants that fit without squishing me.

They doesnt have all sizes... almost all were size small. (Womens) they posted ... go online to order. I wasnt thrilled about that. I wanted to try my size before I buy.

Looks like they are moving or going out of business kind of atmosphere, nothing organized, inventory is pretty sparse, and checking out always seems like your at a black Friday clearance sale.

This JC Penney in Vancouver Mall always has a sale going on at any day of the week. The whole staff is friendly. The only thing I dont like is at the check out when the cashier asks for phone number for rewards then ask if paying using JC Penney card and if not, would I like to get one. Personally it is a wast of time for me. I spent more time lining up to pay than shopping for what I purchased. The Restrooms inside the store is most usually clean though some users leave a mess such as not flushing after use.

Found what we needed. Prices are fair. Customer representative was very nice. Will come back.

Went looking for some shorts. The staff found a pair in my size for me and then with all the discounts!! Ended up buying two pairs.

Found my size of Levis, but did not find a decent shirt to go with. Their selection of Levis has increased from a couple months ago. Sadly, the shirt selection has not. Most friendly cashier.

Ok I was shocked that I loved it that much. I bought a ring there for under $100. I was expecting everything to be over priced but it was not. The store was clean and staff was helpful.

I just tried to talk to the jewelry department and it took me 3 different calls, and almost an hour! And still no one came to the phone. I realize it’s busy but an hour and 3 separate calls is a little much. 2 times they answered the phone and I’m assuming just set it down because I could hear inside the store but every time I said something no one responded. So frustrating.

I am happy to see that not all JcPenneys are closed down! The one by my house shut down months ago! Cute trendy stuff... some stuff a lil over priced, but for the most part very reasonable. Bery friendly and helpful, but NOT Clingy or Pushy. (I cant stand that! Makes me not return to stores with staff like that.) Also the clearance racks and addtl markdowns totally make up for the over pricing... actually come to think of it... they are getting 5 stars! Thanks JcPenny! Im excited to try all my new stuff!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately their dressing rooms arent open right now which I understand. My only complaint is that the checkout process always takes waaay too long. They either need more people working the registers or to spend less time gabbing.

1st time I have visited the store at this location Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, Washington. Why? My store on 192nd closed, how sad. Wow, this Pennys store is big, 2 stories...I want to replace my necklace that was special went to Jewelry counter, the lady who helped me came from 192nd, I am home!!!!I replaced my necklace that a Radiology tech broke...Why special? It has a heart beat coming out of the heart. Symbolizing my journey from death to life. Life saving open heart surgery that most wouldnt have survived. I have only found it at JC Penneys.

Over the last couple years my family has started shopping at JCPenney regularly. They have great sales and great rewards for card holders. This location is always nice and clean. Ive always experienced good customer service as well.

Found some awesome clearance deals after purchasing glasses from the optical dept. Cheryl in the optical dept was absolutely helpful. Staff in main store were very helpful and friendly.

Great store. You can get some great deals if you pick the right time. Items bought there are high quality and last for a very long time. The best time to buy us either after Christmas or tight when the seasons change.

Still going strong. Make sure you download the JcP App for you phone. It always gives me good coupons for the store. The most common for me is $10 off a $25 purchase.

You can never find an employee available to help. The cashiers are extremely busy and many seem rather stressed. :(Their childrens clothing selection is wonderful!! And often very good deals . Also - Sephora is there!! A huge reason I even step foot into pennys.The bedding/linen department is terrible. A decent set of Queen size sheets, for example was $180.00!!The exact same sheets at Marshalls was $32! That is outrageous..

Found the exact one I needed. Went back a week later and she helped me with an upright freezer for laundry room. You wont be disappointed asking for Teris help. Got a great deal.

A link fell out of my watch after I had them take a couple of links out so I returned with it. The lady I dealt with stopped what she was doing and dealt with it right then and there. I was impressed. I expected to return later but never had to. Great service in the jewelry section!

Way too expensive for kids clothes. Their sale prices should be their regular prices. Theyd probably still be triple or quadruple the cost.

I was impressed by the girl in the beauty department for doing a makeover on my daughter, it looked really good. She talked to us the whole time. The last time we were there in the same department the girls working were rude and made us feel as if we were scum.
