I called ahead of time and asked if their photo department works they said yes when I arrived I noticed a woman working helping somebody else out I waited patiently trying to work the machine . I press the button for help but the woman was more worried about counting her draw rather than acknowledging my presence I found that she was very rude to me so I went ahead and reported her to the Better Business Bureau because the store like this should help people out not make them feel like they shouldn’t shop at walgreens.

This is by far the worst Walgreens. I placed an order for baby formula. Its stuck pending so Im trying to call to see if theyre out, if so I can take a refund. It seems like these associates dont even know how to pick up a phone. Ive been calling for the last 2 hours. The funny part is if they do have the formula then the associate should get fired. How hard is it to take 1 item and put it in a bag and let the customer know its all set for pick up. I will never do business with any Walgreens ever.

The store staff is wonderfully helpful as are MOST of the pharmacy workers. There is, however, one pharmacy employee who is absolutely dreadful. Shes astoundingly dim, has less than zero empathy/customer service skills and seems to go out of her way to make every interaction problematic. She has NO problem solving abilities – not even for the tiniest of issues. Sadly, shes usually at the counter – I can only guess this is because she cant be trusted to fill an order correctly.Because of this one employee, though its more expensive, I switched to CVS.

My go to Walgreens when I need to buy lighters because they are usually 2 for 3. I love how fast you can rack up Walgreens points especially when it comes to the pharmacy. The pharmacy at this location is the best one in Quincy. I drive out of the way just to go to this Walgreens Pharmacy every month because they can always fill my prescriptions with no hassle. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

This is the walgreens i most frequently shop at. The staff is always helpful - in every way possible - at the photo kiosk, finding products, pharmacy questions. The manager (Kathy, i believe) is always circulating in case you need something - very helpful. And, the checkout line always moves right along.

Kudos to the manager on duty for going above and beyond for releasing my Fedex package on 01/02/2021 @1:15 pm. I appreciated your outstanding customer service. You made my day! Thank you very much!!!

The passport photo quality is outrageous. The associate there has to find out how to use a camera and software properly. Took the photos only because I needed them ASAP

The beauty department at this Walgreens is really nice. The woman at the beauty counter was super helpful to me. They have more stuff in stock than other nearby Walgreens and CVS.

Employees are very helpful and so gentle. Good place to shope
