Don’t even bother!! They made us wait 45 minutes for a prescription because they’re “super backed up “ but there’s literally not a single person on line, moreover 10+ employees…Service here is terrible, don’t waste your time.

Worst pharmacy possibly in Massachusetts my Doctor sent a prescription over to walgreens where I usually get them, due to insurance changes walgreens sent them to that CVS so they could be filled the, telling me that CVS pharmacy would know what to do, I got there one of their pharmacist told me they were going to take care of it and call me when its ready, I waited them whole night no one called,I called the next morning waited again on the phone for over an hour no body even bothered answering the call, went there to see what the peep was going on they couldnt even find my name let alone the prescription not at all professional, the place is so dirty papers all over the pharmacy floor it is disgusting, I will never step inside that CVS again even in my death bed . Its too bad that I cant left them with zero star.

Minute Clinic-Not sure why they do not clarify that walk ins are only if an appointment is available. So you will likely get denied if you walk in without an appointment.

It is very convenient that its open 24 hours and did have most of what i was looking for and needed for my 3 year old nephew for Easter i did think little pricy and wasnt thrilled basket didnt come with candy except a few jellybeans the basket was 25 dollars i had to find other candy to get him for last minute like i said convenient but can be pricy but all.in all cvs is goid u get extra bucks back so u do save and hve sales very often on things i use and the extra bks help as well i will continue to go when needed .

If I could give it more star I would give it. That cvs is always clean and full of things, thats why I always find what I want. There are always enough workers who are super helpful super helpful always super happy and super willing to help you. I have no complaints, it is the best cvs out there. thanks guys you are the best workers and as a team. thats why I always come back.

So I went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes in that line. They tried to charge me 15 for my sons medication even though there is no fee. They forgot to put his insurance through so they asked me to come in and it would be ready when I walk in. First, the woman at the register gave me an attitude. Then they told me two more minutes. After 10 more minutes they called my name. Then they told me I had to wait in line again. Which took another 15 minutes. Absolutely the worst customer service and very unorganized. I will never go here again.

My wife is a very sensitive person because it is the most recent corona virus. Today we went to CVS to receive a flu shot While in the injection waiting area, she saw the gloves on the countertop and put the gloves on The staff Ada inside the pharmacy yelled not to take gloves on the table You are stealing something. At this time, there were almost a dozen people, and everyone looked at my wife with a discriminatory look. My wife is very panicked, and keep saying Im sorry, I dont know I thought I had put that on for preparing the shot The staff Ada keeps yelling that you are stealing The voice is loud Then I asked him if he wanted to call the police. I emphasized that she put the gloves on instead of putting it in her handbag, she makes a mistake and did apologize .the staff need to educate and be training for customer services he is be very rude

Staff always hard working never stopping pharmacy part is understaffed theyre going non stop now owner expects pharmacy to also fetch items from store in pharmacy drive through I feel working with medications and those distractions are recipe for disaster theyre working with peoples lives leAves too much room for error.If trillion corp.expects staff to do maybe elderly shopping whom cant get out of car I get that However think there should be a drive through for front of store as they are always overstaffed and not working with peoples meds. I was there on Saturday at 6:20 am to get my meds. I called a head for my prescriptions and they were ready by the time that I got there . The woman looked busy but still took the time to take care of me. I was in and out within 5 minutes. She was wearing a N95 mask and I was reminded that they were practicing social distancing. I never had any issues and definitely will be back.

Convenient location to pick up prescriptions from the urgent care down the street but it took me longer to get my prescription than my actual urgent care appointment! Had proof that the urgent care sent in my rx at 5:55pm and they claimed it wasnt in yet. Finally picked up my rx at 7:05pm after waiting and wandering around the store forever... Seriously understaffed. And the poor training technician was doing her best but oh my god. There were two male techs there that seemed absolutely useless.

To Dawn Sharpe... The woman in Cosmetics is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable in many areas. Its a shame shes bogged down there. I could see her working in a high-end retail shop on Newbury Street.My experience in Pharmacy is the same as everyone else. I suffer from a Traumatic injury and take a controlled medication to combat some of the reactions. I agree wholeheartedly that there is an air about the lead Pharmacist and that there are some negative vibes that ooze off that woman. Most recently, there seems to be a new tech there who is wonderful though! This place would have received 1 star had it not been for my interactions with the one in Cosmetics and the newbie. Thinking that I should have never switched from Walgreens.

Pharmacy is to busy, several employees behind counter but language barrier is getting in the way or they don’t know how to work the system. They take forever never had a problem like this before and if you ask questions, they will be ignored.

Most employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely love talking with the woman that works in the beauty department she was able to help me with my needs and help my daughter whos 20 yrs younger at the same time. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge

Put on hold for 15 minutes trying to ask about the status of my prescription for a badly infected spider bite, the lady on the phone then says they didn’t get the prescription, then says “bye” and hangs up the phone, even though I know the prescription was sent over. Call two hours later, currently sat on hold for 20 minutes.In short, don’t bother sending prescriptions here, go literally anywhere else.

Pharmacist named JENNIFER is an absolutely horrible person. Accused me of taking my medication improperly because my DOCTOR adjusted my prescription (I follow my Drs orders to a T). BOTH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MY DOCTORS OFFICE CALLED HER AND TOLD HER TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTION AND SHE STILL SAID NO. Called corporate and they said I did nothing wrong and that it was HER JUDGEMENT not to fill a prescription if she didnt think it was legitimate, but they still called and said yeah go ahead and fill it AND SHE STILL SAID NO. Now Im on night 2 without taking medication that IM NOT SUPPOSED TO JUST STOP TAKING BECAUSE IT CAN NEGATIVELY IMPACT MY HEALTH TO DO SO. GOOD JOB JENNIFER, THANKS FOR YOUR COMPASSION, DIRTBALL.

This was once my preferred CVS. However, a lot has changed since then. Specifically, the bald manager, Scott comes off incredibly unprofessional, cold and quite odd.Today, I was looking to purchase a routine item of mine (which I have paid the same amount for, for 3 months now) only to be told that this product, along with the exact others behind it were mistakenly placed and did not belong there..Instead of owing up to the employee discrepancy, Scott began speaking to me CVS retail lingo and pretty much told me to go away.Will stay away from this location from now on. I’d much rather drive extra couple miles than deal with ignorant employees.

I just called the CVS at 626 Southern Artery, Quincy, MA. I could not believe how unprofessional and rude the woman I spoke to at the pharmacy was. I asked her if she had my medication (adderal, 15 mg.) I told her I had the hard copy. She said she could not give me this information over the phone. I explained that I did not have a car and would have to walk approximately 3 miles to get to this pharmacy. I mentioned that Ihave arthritis in both knees and I knew I could not make the distance. She would not relent even when I said that I could not afford a taxi. But, the really mean thing she said just before hanging up on me was, “We don’t have them anyway.”I had used this CVS in the past, but never again. Nor will my friends, neighbors or relatives.Ann M. I live right down the street and switched all of my prescriptions from here over to the Shore Drive (excellent) location.Southern Artery CVS is an absolute war zone with broken registers, infectious patients wandering around coughing (THANKS MinuteClinic!), irritated addicts hanging out, rude pharmacy staff, etc, etc.

They never pick up the phone... expect 10+ minute wait on hold at least, and then if they do pick up I can never get a straight answer. Expect to wait DAYS to get a prescription filled. Currently waiting 6+ days with no answer as to why. Keep being told one thing after another .... it will be ready... then oops... we dont have it in.... someone will call you back and have not received a call from anyone as to what is taking so long. Never going here again.

Google User: People make mistakes. Live with it.But this pharmacy really is not very efficient. They also made an extremely irresponsible mistake with a script of mine.The people make mistakes certainly doesnt apply to the pharmacy department. I should give one star or zero. However, it didnt really upset me, because I think there is some due diligence on your part to double check that everything adds up. I am alive and I didnt turn into a unicorn or the tooth fairy.

Just absolutely some of the worst customer service around. If you have a life, work, go to school, or just even like to spend your time being a couch potatoe then this isnt the place for you. Even to pick up prescriptions that are already filled will take 20-30 mins when store isnt that busy. Ive seen that have to be told to stop taking out the trash to wait on customers waiting just to pick up their meds. Phone calls to the place are even worse.

Went to collect my meds. Sign in the door saying CVS is closed due to leaky pipes. Nothing else, no back up, no reassurance about when pharmacy will reopen so I can collect essential meds.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever. First waited about 45 min just to TURN IN my Rx. Then was told it would be a 2 hour wait. came back after 2 hours and it still wasnt ready. It was Bedlam...They lost someone elses Rx, pharmacist was fighting with my boyfriend after he waited there another hour and still not ready. Didnt get Rx till about 4 hours later way past the time the dr wanted me to take. Someone should report this place to the BBB. They should not be allowed to handle medication this could be life or death for someone.

Pharmacy sucks. Dr called in a script at 5pm. At 7pm I had to call because I never received a notification. Im told its not filled but should take 15 mins. At 8:15pm I go to pick it up and the rude male at the window says its not ready and itll be another 10 mins. Totally unacceptable. I work in customer service and healthcare. Poor excuses and slow. Never coming here again and in the am calling the dr to switch my pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy.Need to speak to someone?? You will be on hold for 45 MINUTES before you get your call picked up.Need to refil a perscription?? They will say be here at 3pm and make you sit around and wait till 4:38pm to give it to you.Want to speak to a manager?? LOL this CVS is run by children not even old enough to drink.If you can go somewhere else you should I know I am.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy. They use bottom-of-the-barrel, cheapo pharmaceutical companies for generics with pills that dont do what theyre supposed to do and the staff that work there are rude and completely self-absorbed. The wait times during phone calls or when picking up medications are completely unreasonable.I just came from there with a simple prescription to fill (ave size crowd of people waiting) and was met with Youre just dropping off right?. When I said I needed to wait for the medicine I was told Well the wait right now is over an hour. When I asked why she turned around, pretended to look up the medication I needed, and said Yeah we dont have this medication. Its on back order. handing me back my prescription and telling me Ill need to fill it elsewhere.

The Pharmacy manager Mei has no idea what she is doing....... I dropped a prescription off and was told by the person at the window I could come back at 3pm and pick it up, I didnt receive a text message letting me know it was ready so I called the pharmacy to make sure it was ready and I spoke with Mei who informed me that I was a day early for my medication and that they wont have enough medication to fill my prescription because there are now people ahead of me..... I asked why didnt someone call me about this? I am leaving on vacation and need my medication. She told me she thinks a tech tried to call me which is not true because my phone has been next to me on my desk the entire time. When I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager about the service Mei informed me she was the pharmacy manager after she said woops I forgot to tell the tech we wont have nay more to fill your script anyway.... WHO PUT MEI IN CHARGE OF THIS PHARMACY BECAUSE THE WOMAN NAMED MEI I JUST SPOKE WITH HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER...... Funny enough I know a lot of people in CVS corporate which might do some good :) Good Luck using this pharmacy....

Worst customer service ever, rude, smug and not helpful at all, I grew up down the street and have used this pharmacy for as long as its been around, I will be never walk through be those doors again, its a shame they are letting the wrong people run this store into the ground, I was friends with the manager who used to run this particular store until he relocated, how far this store has fallen since then, repkarepl the pharmacy department would be a great start
