They did a great job i got a new tires and windshield wipers they work so much better than the old ones

I had my oil changed here on July 18 and paid for the mid priced service. My receipt form stated the tires had been checked and all tires had the right amount of pressure. Two weeks later my low tire light came on and I couldn’t remove any of the caps by hand so I could add air. A friend needed pliers to remove the caps due to the oxidation around each cap and all 4 tires needed air. Since I now know they couldn’t have checked my tires, I wonder if they checked anything else they were supposed to. I won’t be going back.

I believe the auto center does a good job on changing oil and windshield wipers and doing other things to cars and tires and they have a big selection of items that you can buy for your cars and motorcycles

Its Walmart you cant expect much when the people them self dont care or have a positive attitude. Put a smile on. 😃

Nice people, but I think 2hrs. is too long to get 4 tires put on.I realize the shortage of workers is part of problem.

I called multiple times in one day to see if they could get my car in since I work in that area and no one ever answered the phone. It was very disappointing

I paid $45 for a full service synthetic oil change today, which is supposed to entail checking tire pressure and adding air if needed, topping off fluids, and a full vacuum of your carpets. Upon viewing my receipts and checking my tire pressure, I realized that they didn’t add any air at all to my tires, nor did they vacuum my upholstery. Instead, they entered the correct amount of air pressure in the system, and probably did the same with my fluids. I’m sure they’ll be low once I check that too. They also didn’t vacuum my carpets either. I could have done this all myself, but I paid for the convenience. Overall I’m a very dissatisfied customer and will not be returning.

Very slow yesterday... I was there four 2.5 hrs to get a tire changed... very disappointed!!!

If you guys cant put the right oil filter on then maybe you shouldnt be doing oil changes. I wont be back again.

We went early in the morning to have them put our tires on that we had ordered online. When we got there we were told there were two cars in front of us so we went shopping for awhile. We came back 2 1/2 hours later and they said they hadnt even pulled our car in yet. We sat there and waited another hour and a half before they finished. Good deal on the tires but the service left a Lot to be desired.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dropped my sisters car off to get the tires balanced. It was there for five hours, we went to pick it up and they said they couldn’t get into it with the key we gave them. THEY NEVER CALLED US AND JUST LET IT SIT THERE FOR FIVE HOURS. My sister has to go to Wisconsin in the morning back to College and they never got ahold of us. Literally the worst attitudes, customer service and work. I would definitely NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE.

Called Sat at 5pm was told they were open til 8 but they were totally booked. when i tried to get tires there a year ago the same thing happened. I went to Keokuk Walmart. they got me right in and were very pleasant

If I could give them a 0 I would. I am sitting in here for a tire patch. Simple pulg and go and have been watching the mechanics or lack there of work on cars for 3.5 hours. I have never been so fruatrated in my life. If i had the tools I could do this in 15 min.

Called around 4:45, specifically asked if they do oil changes on Sunday’s and if i need to set an appointment. The guy told me they do oil changes until 6 on Sunday’s and that I didn’t Need an appointment. Arrived about 5:20 (plenty of time to change oil). No one around, no one in the garage or at the counter. Finally a guy walks up, I say I’d like my oil changed. He says “ugh, we’re all full up tonight” Really? No cars in the garage .... won’t be going back! Terrible customer service

Over inflated the brand new tires I bought there and now they are almost ruined within 4 months. Also if you dont want to age at a nursing home this is the place for you. Youll age gracefully in the waiting room while waiting 40 hours for your vehicle.

I was there yesterday to get my tire looked at at 4:15 PM only had 1 car inside they told me they could look at tire but it wont b done till 8 PM when they close.. if u no weekends r busy have more people working because 4 hour wait just to have a tire looked at is plum crazy

Took over an hour to buy tires. They told they didnt have them and didnt know when they could get them. I walked away pretty upset, looked online said available for pickup now. Found a manager they checked found the tires and gave them to me for price online and 10% off. Every time we have bought tires from Walmart they have found a way to make it a horrible experience. That being said tgey still have the best prices. So we keep going back hoping that they have gotten their stuff together. The person working back there really needs to learn how to do her job or just go run a register.

They make it where you cant get a tire off when its blown. they put too much air in tires

Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. I took my car in to get new bulbs in my headlights and after arguing with the cashier to get me an appointment then waiting for FOUR HOURS. I finally get my car back with a paper saying they couldnt fix a simple headlight. Never going to this business again.

We are open from 7am to 8pm monday through saturday. Sunday 8am to 6pm. Our hours are not 12pm to 11:59pm.

Well hung up on once to get someone to answer to tell me they were busy hold waited 45 minutes to hang up.myself and call a manager waited another 20 finally got the price of the tire only to drive there and be charged more and had to wait three hours...employees were rude, wait time ridiculous, but they did replace the tire so...

Check your tires lug nuts might be missing

Went to get a couple new tires and a rotation, so I figured i might as well get an oil change too. should have listened to everyone because they managed to bust my radiator and 2 oil lines.
