Bought a Jeep Wrangler which I found later had 8 year old tires. During inspection it was found they are coming apart between the treads. It was nice to buy a vehicle with tires ready to fall apart.

Never buy or service from this scam dealer. Bought a hunk of junk. Extended warranty. Had to take to another dealer to fix the moon roof because they could not find the leak at little jess.When I bought the new car I had to fix their error in license paperwork for disabled veteran plates sense they had never done one they stated.Factory mistake on glass on windshield that broke while nor even moving, service manager who didnt even look at vehicle told warranty it was from an object to get claim denied, then lied to my face about it when the warranty line played the recording for me. Then was told the company would not service my vehicle, so they will tell you what u want to hear to buy their junk but they will not stand behind it and will even lie to your face. Worst dealership experience ever.

We bought a new RHD Wrangler from Little Jess Motors and we delighted with the experience. We are from our of state and all of the business was taken care of over the phone. Rodney was very professional and courteous over the phone and answered all the questions I had with clarity and confidence. I was put at ease with the whole process in our conversations. He made me feel like I was first in his priority list. My wife and I especially enjoyed being picked up at the local airport in the new Jeep by Rodney! Chris took care of the paper work for us and had all the forms filled out and ready for us to sign. We spent more time swapping stories than conducting business. In all, we were done in 20 minutes, and like I mentioned, half of that was socializing. Excellent experience!

Purchased a 2020 jeep Cherokee. Rodney johns and chris bolt were excellent. Would recommend them.

They told me that I got approved for the loan and now they are saying either take the newer vehicle back and get my old one back or wait until Wednesday and see if he gets the refund. I would not suggest going to them for anything.

Bought a used compass long time ago, then traded for a used Patriot almost 6 years ago. Finally bought a new Cherokee from Natalie. I have enjoyed all 3 models, Cherokee is my favorite. Pretty sure I got a really good deal with 2019 clearance discounts and year end incentives. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, I keep going back for more 🙂

I was on the search for a new car and JT made the experience wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and never made me feel pressured to buy.

We traded a vehicle in for a brand new vehicle, the dealership then lost the title to the trade in and made us replace it and did not reimbursed us for their mistake. They then would not honor the first oil change free, any other dealership and vehicle brand would offer the first oil change free especially if it a brand new vehicle. Very disappointed in this dealership.

They sold me a Durango with an evap leak. Salesmen told me that they would get the check engine light looked at before we left with it and when he did they said it was an old code that they had reset it and it went off. Filled the tank and it kicked back in. Was told they would fix it. Took it in to get it “fixed” they only reset the code again and it flip right back on when I left. They told me that they would “fix it” yet it’ll cost 500+ for them to fix it because they talked to the salesmen and he SAID IT WASNT BROKEN WHEN WE BOUGHT IT! I have always been against buying from little Jess but I loved this Durango so I figured I would tuck my tail and take the hit and I couldnt regret it anymore then I do.

Ordered parts still havent come in month later, no call, nothing.

Scott and JT were great to work with. I bought a new Wrangler. Good guys and made the experience a pleasant one. Ill be a repeat customer.

I had my vehicle brought in, it was there for 2+ weeks, paid over 2000$ car still wouldnt start on the lot after I was told it was fixed. Left it there for another 2 hours and was told it was fixed. Less than 24 hours later I still have the same problem, vehicle is not fixed.

We just got through purchasing a vehicle with Little Jess. The sales crew is awesome, especially Jeremy. He was low pressure and extremely helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with our car - he has taken time out of his own off day to come over and go over the high number of smaller features (we covered the important ones at the dealership) with my wife, which is just amazing. The best car shopping experience Ive had from a dealer. The Finance Manager (Mike) and other salesman (Tony) were also great, working late to help answer all our questions and make sure we were getting what we wanted. Thanks!

We called them with a problem on our Jeep Cherokee. They said they were booked up for 2 and a half weeks, but bring it on in, and well get someone to take a look. Place is such a joke. The staff does not even seem to want to be here. The service area is a complete mess. The cars they sell they have no clue about them. They can never give you a straight answer. The manager was rude and only seemed to want to correct me and tell me the prices I would pay are wrong. When in fact it was what I was quoted at a dealership in STL. But I walked out when he started laughing. Do not need to be in the car business . Take your money elsewhere. Your sanity and commonsense will thank you.

Tried to work with them on a trade in and used vehicle. They were unwilling to work with me based on how much they had invested in their vehicle and the low balled me on mine. Went to Poage in Hannibal and got an equivalent vehicle for less and a better value on my trade. Had a similar issue in the past.

Service team was very helpful with my recall replacement and everyone was friendly, but I was disappointed they missed calling me when the parts first came in (thankfully I checked back with them otherwise I might still be waiting)

Bought a used Dodge Journey from them. It is supposed to be converted to right-hand drive. They said it would take 1 and a half to 2 weeks. It has been 4 weeks now. They say hopefully it would be done within a week. I found out after 2nd week they contract the work out and have no control over it apparently. Thanks for the headaches Little Jess.

I bought a RHD Jeep Wrangler from these guys a year and a half ago and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Every time I have the slightest problem or question they seem to go way out of their way to help me. I rarely leave reviews but when I do it’s usually for an extraordinarily good or bad experience. I decided to do so today because I have a battery issue, and the car is just barely out of warranty by 2k miles. I spoke with Tammy and she took the time to explain in great detail how my three warranties are related and I was having trouble understanding. She was beyond patient with me, very unlike most people would be in that situation ( She had to repeat herself a few times ). Not only did she go through that but she went on to explain how I could look for a dealer that may let it slide with the battery just out of warranty and get it fixed or replaced. She told me exactly what to say, how to say it, and also the process I should expect if thy decided to help me, etc. it’s been my experience that you can get a bead on what kind of business a place is by how patience, helpful and happy the customer service reps are. To put it in contrast I pulled in today at a local delaership, and had a similar bad experience as I had maybe a year ago. As I was parking there were 5 people all standing around outside and I was parking right in front of them. They were all staring at me the entire time I was slowly parking in the tight spot. Just by their posture they looked like jerks, giving me the side-eye look with their head tilted back a little as they looked down their nose at me like they were some kind of arrogant college clique. I was thinking maybe I shouldn’t park there, so I pointed down and mouthed can I park here? And they just went on staring at me. So yeah, I appreciate Tammy and all the others quite a bit at little jess.

Having purchase multiple Jeep wranglers with Little Jess, one of which was specialed ordered, I cant say enough good things about this dealership. The last two purchases the sales manger; Mike Appel, took care of us went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted!!! Anyone who asks about our jeeps we always tell them to go to Little Jess and ask for Mike. And the service doesnt stop there, we have had nothing but great help with the service Department too!! So keep up the great job!! :-)

Truely sad our community is stuck with this dealership. Years of bad reviews yet Crysler has let this dealership continue. I wish my service experience was an isolated experience. Many in the community have have had nightmare experiences at this dealership. Dont make the dealership owner mad at you by pointing out his family members in the back are making inappropriate repairs to your vehicle. He just might yell at you all the way across the parking lot to your vehicle. Truly a sad dealership. Ive taken 2 vehicles to this dealership for service and never will again. Just my opinion.

Maybe the worst dealership Ive ever been to. 20 years ago I took my wrangler there for warranty work and when I asked why I got such bad service they told me they would no longer work on my vehicle. My dad had the same issue 2 years ago. He owns 2 Chrysler products and I own 1. We wont buy Chrysler again because lil jess is so bad and Chrysler doesnt care

Bought a truck from here that they were sopose to fix the exhaust and they didnt fix it right. shortly after buying it I noticed it was ticking and they said they spent 400 dollars in labor, bolts and gaskets on the manifold, took it to the shop and said they never touched it. Tony was the salesman.

Call for warranty work on a vehicle they said to bring it over and they would see if it was covered under the warranty work But they do not tell you that theyre going to charge you almost $60 just to look at it and not fix anything what a rip off and a bunch of liars definitely do not recommend

If I could rate a zero I would. Never get to things when they say they will!!! 3+years dealing with them.. (bc of warranties it’s the only place in town my car can go to)Never once have I had a good experience! The place is a complete joke!

Purchased my current SUV from this dealership in 2016 & since then I have put about $600 into having things fixed that should not need done at only 40k miles! & when I have taken it in Im told I should take it to the Chevy dealership since thats the make of the car. Also know another person who has had MANY issues with a vehicle they purchased from this dealership!

Mechanics need more training I had to figure out the problem my self wrong relay was installed too small for circuit by some one ?
