I had been going here for a couple years for batteries and alternator parts. There service used to be very good, in and out, no hassle. The last couple times I have been there, they treated me like it was a chore to help me. I wanted a set of brushes. The first time they were full of it, and told me they couldnt sell them. The next day, I had to wait an hour (they told me to leave and come back). they sold me brushes, but the wrong ones. I asked for the correct ones and they refused to look for them, and did not offer a refund on the wrong ones after 2 days and 3 trips to town.

Went in to get new connectors nd new battery. Was treated very nicely. Battery and connectors are replaced and my car is now starting up great everytime! Thanks!

New owners, same employees. Remotely decent if buying a battery, just keep your fingers crossed that you dont have a problem with it because thats when the terrible, terrible attitudes come out and I got treated like I was an idiot. They tested their battery and they said it was perfect but held tester so I couldnt see what it tested. Took battery to 4 different businesses and tested with my $250.00 Snap On battery tester and all 5 shows battery is bad. This is not the first time this has happened. Ive tried to spend my money with them but cannot stand for the terrible attitudes and service if I have a problem. BUYERS BEWARE.
