Wonderful customer service. Joshua was great, he helped me find windshield wipers for my car and installed them. He was very kind and patient, not just with me, but with all the clients I saw him interact with. I will definitely come back when my car needs something.

AutoZone was fantastic. I came in with a question on what I would need for a trailer hitch. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Looked up all parts and made sure that everything fit on my vehicle.

My 2020 CR-V had a problem with the fuse in the dashboard. One of the employees from this Autozone (Okey O.) was the one to get me the right fuse to fix the problem. On top of that he also help me replace it and fix the problem in just few minutes. Highly recommend this guy very friendly and helpful!

The store itself is really nice, and the parking lot was clean, especially for an auto parts store. However, the person that helped me was rude to the customer in front of me and wouldnt listen to me when I asked a couple questions.

Had an unpleasant experience on the 7th day of October simply went in to get a battery I said theyd meet me outside 25 minutes late and nobody came I gave him a ring said they were busy I asked who the manager was he said well right now we dont really have a manager

This AutoZone was great, I had gone to the Weymouth AutoZone and had a horrible experience with my boyfriend. So we needed to grab some stuff to fix our breaks and bleed the breaks and the guy at the Quincy store was so helpful and very knowledgeable about bleeding the breaks. He also gave us an extra 10% off our purchase. I will definitely be going to the Quincy location AutoZone for now on.

Staff not attentive to customers in line. Forces product/transaction process to customers, even if the customers do bot agree to it. Incapable of installing products to vehicles correctly, even though they volunteered to because they claim to know how to do it. Rude sales persons. Never coming back here. Amazon sells more stuff at a better price and quality, for cars. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Mark at AutoZone had tried to sell my Dada a product that was inferior to the product on the box. It didnt even look the same. Been shopping there since I was little with my dad and Ive been wondering how long they been doing it.

Every time I got to the Quincy Autozone I have a great experience with knowledgeable staff. Today I did an oil change on my motorcycle. The oil filter was stuck on and my oil wrench wasn’t working and happened to pinch and dent the filter.Upon arriving at Autozone I was greeted by Okey. Dude was super helpful when I asked if some groove joint pliers would work. He said vice grips would be better but unfortunately they were out of stock. Okey then said that sandpaper placed in between the oil wrench and filter would definitely work. He called it a MacGyver Move. So I got sandpaper (and pliers just in case) and got back to work on the filter. Within five minutes of using the sandpaper and oil wrench I had the stuck filter off. Okey saved my whole sunday!

Somethings like a scratch on you car, you can you used toothpaste to take it out any deeper youd need paint but they with sell you a scratch removal, unprofessional, fake and lowest form of people work there. REILLY S. OR ADVANCED IS BETTER

There’s a cute older Russian woman in charge and she’s a great help. Very professional. Then there’s like a rap video of guys who kind of size you up and you got to be kinda authoritative to get them to do stuff but once you light a fire under them there very good. If you’ve never been at a Black BBQ, not sure how to explain but basically you show, they are cool.

Would be 5 stars but they didnt have the lights on and it wasnt fun trying to select a set of wiper blades.

My boys down at the shop I’ll put you in the right direction and make sure your wallet won’t close when you leave because it’s still going to be full of money. Most all of my automotive equipment has come from this AutoZone, just a friendly bunch of people looking to extend their offerings into the world. Also who doesn’t want a snickers bar when they check out.

Super service and great staff. I went in for windshield wiper blades. While I was looking at the choices, Mario came over to help me. He found the right blades for me, and then installed them himself before I paid for them to be sure I was satisfied. Anything else I need for my car, I will be coming back.

You can take your used motor oil here for it to be disposed of safely. Most auto parts stores accept used oil so please do not place used motor oil down city sewers. The staff here is always helpful also.

Great friendly staff! This location is not usually busy. My go-to destination when my check engine light turns on to get my codes checked. If they dont have an item in stock they can order it and sometimes even be at that store the same day. The parking lot is nice and flat to check and add fluids. If for some reason you dont know what you are doing dont be scared to ask an employee Ive seen them top up peoples fluids and put on windshield wipers!

Would give six stars if possible. Paul was competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and did the heavy lifting to and from the parking lot in helping me swap my Mercedes battery. He checked that they had a replacement in stock (at $100 cheaper than the dealer for same CCA no less), then tested my old battery in place, he confirmed my diagnosis, and then made sure he tested the new battery for voltage (at least 12.6V) before charging my credit card. He then lent me the tools to change the battery in the parking lot, and came back out to bring the old one in. Great customer service with a positive attitude. Keep it up.

I will never be returning to this store again. The creepy stares, and the unwelcome vibes I got from the short man with blonde dreads. As Im walking through the aisles I can feel him following me, and making me very uncomfortable. Taking quick stares at my butt so I wouldnt catch him. This is how you guys treat your customers? Ill definitely be taking this to cooperate.

The customer service is awesome the employees are informative and helpful. The lady manager is a bit harsh, maybe its the nuances of different countrys. But, overall I rate the store to be excellent.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. You can borrow tools and sometimes they will help you install something like wiper blades or a battery. If your check engine light is on they will use an OBD tool and tell you what the code says is wrong - again for free. AutoZone also has a rewards program. They definitely get my recommendation.

The overall experience was okay. It seemed like one of the employees was visibly angry or upset during my visit, which kind of turned me off from this store. Some of the prices in store seem to be higher than they would be for the same product online. Parking lot is easy to access off of Southern Artery. All in all, you might want to utilize the Walmart thats across the street if youre looking to save money.

This location is great. The staff is extremely helpful. I dont know the guys name but he has been there every time and helped me. He remembered my truck and my issue after not being in for a few months. He seemed just happy to hear I was working on the problem and was getting close to a solution. Learned quite a bit from this guy just asking for simple tips and diagnostic techniques.

It was very good the manager was very helpful helping me with my purchase and very helpful at the register.

This is review specifically towards Russell Thompson, the store manager, for his incompetence and his attitude. When we were coming up to the counter, this scumbag was on his phone texting and told one of the other staff members to handle it. So fine, we talked to the other staff and wanted to swap the part because it was sold to us all scratched up and it was covered under warranty.This scumbag started blaming us for the scratches even after we told him we didnt even install it yet. And basically kept calling us liars. Were like what the hell is with this fool. The part is covered under warranty no matter what, theres no reason for us to lie.With his crappy attitude and definitely poor managing skills. Not only was the part scratched up, it was the only part in the store, so we had to go to another branch to get the part.All the other staff are nice and civil, but that guy is a piece of trash. Please fire the scumbag.

I went to the store about a fuse for my car they were very short with me although the store is clean the staff wasnt that great I wouldnt go back they sent me to another place and it was a tire shop had nothing to do anyway shape or form so for this particular I would not go back to the store I would pick a different AutoZone I dont like to be treated like I dont exist because Im a woman and I felt like they treated me like they didnt really care didnt even ask me the cars year make model or anyting I was in the store for less than 30 seconds before I felt very uncomfortable and basically they told me to go somewhere else I I thanked them even though they sent me to a tire shop when all I needed was a fuse they told me straight up that they do not deal with fuses and they dont carry them in a rude disrespectful manner go to a different AutoZone I have experienced everyones and theyve been very helpful and polite and Im actually dont work on my car for free to help me out
