Had a very nice conversation with an employee who was very helpful.hes earning the whole 3 star review but hes a 5 star person.Biglots only gets 3 stars because they put out Halloween decorations and have very little.I was informed not much Halloween stuff will be out from big lots this year.

I shop at Big Lots from time to time.. never for anything specific. But I always find something interesting to buy. This place is always clean and the staff has always been helpful and very pleasant.

Always a good place to get great deals. A very helpful staff most of the time when you can get someone to help you. Also, most of the time, the product you want is in stock.

Theyre friendly courteous and very helpful I was able to get what I needed and out real quick.

Our associate at the checkout Lois was very polite and friendly.

Love Big Lots. The prices are great, but the sales are even better. Got their already-great priced toys all 50%off today! Christmas shopping is done and it isnt even Halloween yet. Get the Buzz Club and keep your eyes on the emails. Sales are usually short notice, but really good. Usually at least 20% off. But I honestly dont even mind paying full price there. Unique finds, but also a steady spot to get basics and gifts. Great shopping environment, clean store, great stuff, and friendly staff.

A pretty good location overall. Good inventory considering being slammed and slightly crowded at the time.A nicer layout than many of the usual big lots buildings and even the bathrooms are newer and nice.Prices are pretty much what youd expect although theyve lost the good discounts and promotions they used to have. Sadly you have to shop a little more carefully to avoid overpaying.Still, its worth the stop.

In the lotion section, twice, i witnessed ladies opening lotion to smell and try on their skin, put the lid back on, and return it to shelf. then purchase the product that was not opened or contaminated. It was gross to witness.

This Big lots is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are compliment with covid-19 regulations. They also have masks available, for purchase, with and without designs for adults and children. This location also has a large furniture department.

Items are almost always priced unlike some of their competitors. Workers are helpful and friendly. The store and restrooms are kept clean and stocked.

This place is never busy, always has what I am looking for and more. Associates are helpful and kind. The public restroom here is always clean!

Big Lots is evolving, carrying more furniture, but still with a big selection of inexpensive household items and lots of foods, not just snacks (we go for coffee pods). Inexpensive but not necessarily cheap, as long as you are not dedicated to buying domestic products.

A fun place to go to find knick knacks and odds and ends that you may not find at major big box stores who sell at premium prices.

I enjoy shopping at Big Lots. Im a new customer there, and am pleasantly surprised by the selection, which includes name-brand items in addition to off-brand items. The pricing is excellent -- I can find OTC medicine and toiletries for significantly less than grocery stores, and when I explore through the store my shopping cart becomes heavier. The customer service is great, too.

Great place to shop

Here I am at the loading dock in the back for the company next door to Big Lots. I just watched a Big Lots employee come out to the dumpster and throw a shopping cart’s worth of food away into the dumpster. WHY IS THIS NOT BEING DONATED TO THE LOCAL FOOD BANK??? It’s shameful to be wasteful...

Always fun to stop in Big Lots and walk through the aisles many things to look at and sometimes you can find a good bargain dont miss out if you havent been there for a while the store has changed

It is reasonably priced, staff are friendly and seem to be well trained by how efficient they are. However, they must be moving or switching it up in there because it was pretty warehouse looking in the front of the store.

Recently remodeled and very nice. Feels more upscale than former layout.

Still the same as the others, its just that this one was practically out of stuff. I talked to one of the cashiers and she said that they were really busy the day before. So there was not that much stuff left. Big sale days leaves other days with out so much. Still great customer service and good people.

The staff always greets you and if they are walking by the ask if you need any help. I bought a mattress for our spare room here and love it. Its a great place for groceries too and many choices of Home Decor or Furniture, Outdoor Items, Seasonal products, etc. Reasonable prices for all items.

Way I and my husband was in line. We where next. The cashier came around and took a customer from another line to go ahead of us. This man was shock and said he was not in a hurry. But she still ha him go in front of us. She was so very rude to us. I never had a problem at this store. I am so upset and hurt. I did nothing not one word. We just stood in Shock.

They have a variety of merchandise but the shelves are pretty low right now. There are a lot of sofas and recliners.

Big Lots was full of only the finest wares. And Im not just some guy, so take my word for it. The clientele was also impressive. Not alot of low life, bottom of the barrel bargain hunters. They had on name brand jeans and everything.

They remodeled this big lots and it looks great! I love all the all the deals. I can find gifts for everyone here!

I love that this store has a little bit of everything. This includes food, candy, home products, indoor and outdoor furniture, makeup, school products and so much more. I especially like that they carry alot of food products that I have enjoyed while in Europe. Many food products are discounted. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing deals!

Never know what you might buy when you come to Big Lots. Always some deal, or promo, or seasonal switch that makes for great deals. Wont always have everything the ad says because of supplies so call ahead if their is something you really want from am ad to see if that store has it. Really enjoy the friendly staffers at the South Hill location in Puyallup.

Stock was very poor compared to your Big Lots in the South (meaning Florida). It made me sad. Lots of empty shelves.

Every thing has chNged

Ive been going to this particular Big Lots on South Hill for going on 3 years and theyve always been very respectful & pretty much every employee has put some effort into customer service... There are some better than decent deals if you know what to look for and I highly recommend this particular store if you havent been to one yet.

The sales associates were wonderful, help with picking things out, finding things and pricing unmarked items, they went above and beyond. Prices so so but people were great.

This big lots is always so great to visit. I have not been here 1 time where they were not really nice to me. Granted I wish they had more Easter stuff, but its my own fault for waiting til a week after Easter to get things lol

Fun place to go shopping for nothing... You never know what kind of cool stuff you will find for a great price. I bought my 6 foot pre lit Christmas tree there for $30 it looks great and Im very glad I went early in the shopping season to get it.

What not to love about this place

Hate the remodels ! No auto Parts or stationery depts anymore. I drive 20mi every wk for 2-3 items & 90% of the time they are O/S. 😖

The new renovation is nice the people are nice but you really have to look hard to find a deal anymore

Have found many random items that I couldnt find elsewhere. A place you have to visit often because inventory is always changing. This location is frequently under staffed leading to long wait times to checkout. Still enjoy shopping here.
