Always a nice place to go for things and most are decent quality tools,zip ties dishs all there staff is normally very polite

The Dollar Tree was clean and organized. Really nice people work here. Lots of stuff at this store. Wish we had a big store like this in our area.

Clean store and friendly staff. Big store so there is a nice variety of goodies. Isles are decently spaced so there is no crowding and social distancing is easy. Nice job. 4 stars is due to the overly chatty checkers. One of the keys to good customer service is knowing when and how to politely close a conversation and move on to the next customer to keep the flow going.

The store was very busy and they were obviously short staffed. When one checker had to leave, the only other open check stand became very busy. The line grew to 10+ customers. All the while another employee Scott was obviously frustrated and snapped at the women running the only open check stand, when she asked politely for help. He continued to do several other important chores before eventually opening up another check stand. Obviously helping customers was NOT on his priority list. The checker who checked me out was very nice and apologized for the delay.

Fast lines today it was great and well stocked.

Always enjoy this dollar tree. Usually stocked with our favorites and some new items we dont see at other dollar trees.

Everything in the store is fully stocked, and what amazed me they got frozen foods in the fridge in the back all kine variety that I like very much. Plenty for kids to learn and play. Always have plenty seasonal products n varietys to pick from. Loving the Dollar Tree Store💯🤙

Nice items,great for crafts, also good for quick items to get you through to payday, staff been polite and helpful as needed, isle are small, the store is really in a place thats to small for all that frequent the store. It would be great to see corporation move the store to a larger store front. Or redesign the shelfing and isle to accommodate the 6ft spacing with covid-19 recommendations otherwise its a bit crowded.

I love this place always friendly associates and can always find what i need due to a very clean store. I love going here to get supplies to do all my crafts.

Despite the pandemic and current labor situation the craft isle is always full stocked its also the largest out of the three dollar stores in the area

It seemed more disorganized than usual, and busier. Inventory appeared to be the same as always, was very well able to get what we want for. Staff was friendly, several checkers working... It was fine, just messy in the isles.

The south hill Dollar Tree is by far my favorite. Staff is awesome! Checkers are fast! Theyre helpful! And if theres any way possible, they dont let lines build! Tonight, i purchased A LOT of items there. 196 items to be exact! The cashier, Cierra, didnt bat an eye. She rang 196 items up faster than a Wal-Mart checker can do 10! She was super sweet, wrapped all my glass items in paper, gently bagged them, and even set them into my tiny cart. All the while, the very rude lady behond me, and her 2 snotty daughters, made rude remarks, laughed, and kept not so quietly asking how anyone could possibly spend over $200 at the Dollar Store. Before ieven had a chance to say a word, the cashier looks at me and says looks like youre starting from scratch. Smart to buy these items here for a dollar each rather than at Wal-Mart for $5 each. Hope your new place is great! Then turned toward the 3 ladies with a look i can only describe as disapproving meets dont let me catch you in my off time. Cierra, yer awesome!! And i appreciate you!!! See ya soon! Probly for a smaller order though! 😃

I was in the store buying wrapping paper and an old working woman yelled at my son to stop playing with paper but I was going to buy it and it was not my place to yell at her she told me to leave that she did not care about this lack of respect I told the client to the manager and I hope she does something about it, I never go back to this store while this person works ..

This business is easily seen from the street and has plenty of parking. Also, has many handicapped parking spaces available. You are greeted by the cashier as you enter the store. Very well laid out with wide isles, and clearly marked isles above the isle and at the end of each isle. Many items at this store. Too many to list. Good, quality items for only a dollar. Worth every penny. Not to crowded, and the check out lines are quick and efficient.

I went in yesterday just to get a few things, and grabbed a cart. The cart was visibly filthy. I asked a sales associate for sanitizer. No, she said (although it was right there at her work station). I said okay, how about a wipe? No, we dont do those. I asked her do you clean your carts? No, we dont clean them (stating the obvious). So, I grabbed sanitizer from my purse and cleaned that cart, if for no other reason than to protect the next people who would use it. This store should take better care of its customers. We all have a duty to protect each other from the transmission of viruses and bacteria. This store needs to clean its carts and receive training on infection control. Seriously, I hope the management closes the store temporarily and requires cleaning. There are many vulnerable people who depend on this store and who bring in small children. I feel for them!

Dollar Tree will always be the place you want something quick and cheap to get things done satisfied a snack hunger need or want at the time. Nothing to stress over and the service at this one is pretty good. They make the effort to be respectful and kind. Thank you Dollar Tree for hiring good people there.

Evrything was on sale for $ 1.00

Everything is $1.00. Good store to buy greeting cards, party supplies, gift boxes, wrapping paper, storage containers, reading glasses and seasonal items. Got a few really cute indoor and outdoor flower pots that would have ran me five to fifteen dollars any other place. A clerk went out of her way to help me find something when I couldnt, searching herself and then asking the manager. Great customer service. Handicapped parking and building is handicapped accessible.

Love this dollar tree.I live in Bonney Lake and this one has alot more things then the one by my house. I love the bigger selection.If you are wondering why people shop at the dollar tree. I recommend check out the diy dollar tree videos. I have made a couple things off those videos. Plus some cleaning supplies are just amazing.

I love this place. Always end up spending way more than I thought I would. Theres a great variety of things. You can even buy food here! I buy stocking stuffers during Christmas and valentines day cards and candy. Easter eggs, Thanksgiving decor, and everything in between. I love this store and cannot recommend it enough!

Its sad when you go to the DOLLAR store & the stuff youre looking for is stolen. Specifically, they need to lock up the perfume or keep it near the registers. Ive been looking for the scent I like at Dollar Trees all over Tacoma, Kent, & Puyallup for a couple months now & I was so excited cause they had one box. I picked it up & it was empty! So disappointing! Other than that, its a decent Dollar Tree store.

There definitely upgrading their merchandise its not just non name brand items also a lot more space and its clean in there definitely something for everyone.And they have very good customer service I shop there almost daily.

This location has updated their floor space it appears to be lighter and easier to move around and the product is better organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there are just not enough employees and the line is very long to check out. As this is one of the smaller stores they still have a considerable amount two choose from

This is a dollar store just like any other, except for the employees! They greet everyone that walks through the door, always have a smile and the lines move very quickly. They do have a lot of interesting seasonal items, Ive seen the same item sold at Walmart for three and four times the price. I always stop there to get the silk flowers, and the cute little window clings that are seasonal.

People who work there were really great today. They showed an enormous amount of patience with the three children their mother set loosen to trash the store. Too bad that mother wasnt made to clean it up!

Theres a lot of dollar tree around, and even though this one is far away from me compared with 2 other stores that are between 5-10 min away, I prefer this one the most. The employees are super friendly, there is more variety in general, and is always clean and organized better than others.

I am a Dollar Tree fanatic. I go in for a couple items, and always leave with far more than I intended. Lucky for me, everything is One dollar.

Its a Dollar Tree... unlike some dollar or .99 stores, every thing really is $1 or sometimes even less. If youve been to a Dollar Tree, this location isnt much different from most others, it is well kept up. Its a good store to get party supplies, including lots of different foil balloons they will inflate for you, seasonal items, decorations, craft and basic household stuff for less. They have different colors and styles of smaller plastic bins that can be pricey elsewhere, especially if you need many. They have a variety of health and beauty items, makeup and hair stuff, some actual brand names, some not. Either way, its generally a much better deal than it would be at a drugstore, especially some of the off brands, packaged in multiples...how much you can get for $1 is pretty awesome, comparatively. Ive been into this location many times, and the associates have always been appropriately friendly.

There was one cashier, 12 people in line. One customer in line drop a drink and it spilled everywhere. The cashier did not stop and address it or call for someone. The spill literally stayed there for all 12 transactions. The cashier himself was super slow. They obviously didnt care about their job or safety of customers

So irritating. I walked out and left all the stuff I was going to buy. They closed my register after I finally made it to next in line, and they wanted me to go stand in another line that was 10 people deep after I had alway waited to get that far!!! Nope!

Big dollar store traveding through the store found what I wanted and in the freezer section found a chicken barbecue sandwich for my lunch! Good small sandwich left me wanting some potato salad!

I actually really love the Dollar Tree.... you cant go wrong, everything is a dollar. You can even find brand name products in there sometimes. The only thing that drives me crazy are their long lines!!! It wouldnt be so bad if people would be buying just one or two items, but you have people buying 10 + items because EVERYTHING is $1, this makes the waits in the line crazy... I think what makes matters worse, is that sometimes theres only one or two cashiers, and thats why the lines are crazy long!They need to hire more cashiers, or have the associates that are on the floor walking around come up front and work on the registers to at least help the cashiers out!

Love Dollar Tree for special finds! Amazing stuff you wont find anywhere else. Hazelnut Coffee?! Yes! $1 for 6 oz pkg ground. De-Lish!Kettle Chips? Yep! BBQ and regular. Nice spice selection including chopped garlic. Check it out!

Too long of lines

I like this store but unfortunately one staff member insisted I had to buy everything I touched while I was looking at the canned food. He then proceeded to stand next to me and watch me while I continued to look at the canned food. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I hope the next experience at this store will be better.

Clean store. Staff are always on guard acting like your coming in to steal. They came around often to ask if i needed help and for the 5th time i was like no! This loses your shopping experience. I may be young but im not sketchy at all. Just leave me be. If i have a question ill come to you.
