Their services arent worth it. They do not disclose all the information when first sighing you up for services. No way was I anytime under the impression of a 5 year contract for someone to bring me towels & change out only one mat of the 3 they gave me every week for the cost of $150 minimum a month. When I called to cancel, in October 2020 to save money due to covid-19, I wasnt informed of a 5 year contract either. I paid everything up & the lady on the phone said she would cancel me & never said anything about a 5 year contract. Until the guy calls me to try to start things up again but I have to pay...DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. COFFEE SHOPS IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
I went in for an interview and they made me wait for 15 minutes in a waiting room I got a call which normally I wouldnt do if I was in an interview but because I was in the lobby I took the call and walked right out the front door also in the background I heard many unprofessional things like someone asking another one arent you too busy working to have this conversation with me right now in a very sassy voice I do not recommend working for a company like that.

We were locked into a contract with Cintas for three years by a former executive. Their office supplies are insanely overpriced (their high prices didnt even include delivery). Their drivers and customer service staff were very nice and professional, but the regional manager was consistently non-responsive. The fact that they still use antiquated contracts that require thousands of dollars to cancel should be a red flag to any potential customer. Comparison shop before you commit (hint: Amazon is 25-50% less expensive)!

Sketchy business practices. Beware of the five year contract which auto-renews at the end of your contract period for another five years, and automatic annual price increases.
What a pain to do anything with this company. Between delivery no shows and laundry just not returning correct, inconsistent billing we stopped the service. When we tried to just order uniforms outright it is impossible to get anything done in a reasonable time. They dont return calls or emails. I am not sure how this company stays in business. I would find another company to deal with.
I came here for an interview and found that parking was very limited with no clear indication where visitors could park. Other than that, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Worst experience with this company at my new job. Ive never had issues before. I never get my order complete and when i call customer service i get some bullshit excuse that isnt the truth. Just something for the moment to calm me down. I cant do my job in accordance to my company because of their lack of consistency.

Very professional!!! All the people complaining about races you have NO idea what youre talkin about...i had my trial interview and there were ALL kinds of ethnicity working there, stop hating JUST cause you lack the credentials.
