Found some things I was curious about, but the prices are a bit higher here than they would have been at general purpose stores. The place was clean and the employees are helpful.

Oh my gosh, I had the BEST experience there today, thanks to kindest and most helpful employee Ive ever encountered a home depo! Jacinto went far above and beyond to assist me find what I needed and allow my shopping trip to go smoothly. Truly a gem of a person and I will definitely be back again!

I would not recommend any type of special order through this store. They do not have systems in place to give you correct estimated dates and they cant tell you where your order actually is. Their customer service department is severely understaffed and the shortest wait time on the phone has been 20 minutes (and Ive had to call everyday for about a week and a half).Their customer service staff are all very sincere and want to help, they just arent setup for success. Their customer service employees get 5 stars!

No matter where life takes us this place always has great prices the wont break the bank. We popped in to get wider transition strips for our home. They were very easy to locate. As well the store was nice and clean. This was the same for thee parking lot.

Home Depot has exceptionally poor customer service but today it has moved to a new low in bad customer service. I went in to make a payment on my bill. This should only take minutes. However today when the cashier was done helping the person ahead of me he then spent the next 15 minutes flirting with the associate and telling me one more minute. After I got my payment made I then went to purchase a vac-sander. This is a common tool used all the time in drywall and painting. I tried and tried to find it unsuccessfully. I tried and tried to get help finding one and everyone was way too busy to help me. I then looked in two other departments for it unsuccessfully. I finally managed to stop an associate and ask for help and her immediate response was go to Homedepot online. She then hurriedly tried to get away. I stopped her and said Im here now, this is a common tool. You guys should have one. She then directed me to another associate telling me that he can help. I then spent a half an hour trying to ask him for help. He was way too busy to ever help anyone. This whole process has taken me an hour, and I left the store empty handed. Went across the parking lot to Lowes. Left there in under 10 minutes with my new sander.

Sherrie in the appliance department is the sweetest lady and most helpful person ever. Me and my family had a great time and was totally taken care of. These people went above and beyond to make us happy.

Home depot Puyallup.I will never buy from home depot again. I went in to the store and ordered and paid for metal roofing. This was a week before a 3 day weekend that we were building a patio cover. They showed they had everything in stock and I was to pick it up on the Sunday of the 3 day weekend. When I got there the order wasnt ready and they didnt have my roofing. They had taken the money out of my account 1 day after I ordered. The person helping me and the manager blamed it on Covid. I blame it on the store!They should have had the product pulled and ready and I should have been called about not having the product. You lost a customer that has spent a lot of money with your company

My car had broken down in the parking lot of WalMart next door. I bought a new battery, and changed it in scorching temps. In the process, I lost an important nut for tightening the terminals. I dont remember his name, but an employee went back and forth from my car to the nuts and bolts aisle until we found the one that fit. He did everything he could to make sure my 5 year old and I could drive away safely. Thank you

Absolutely the worst service possible. I have called 4 times to customer service to be transferred to garden and been hung up on all 4 times. I called back and asked customer told customer service this is ridiculous and all I got was that sucks but we are busy so nothing I can do about it.

Enjoyed the sunny day ☀️ wandering around the garden section of Home Depot. Trying to decide what to take home. They had such a vibrant display of flowers 💐. Cute little pots of succulents. A nice assortment for everyone.

Whenever I need something immediately for our house, I head on over to Home Depot. I usually will quickly go on the App first to make sure its in stock so its not a wasted trip. They have a HUGE parking lot and have never had a problem with parking and LOVE that fresh cut wood smell when first walking in. Most staff are knowledgeable of where hard to find items are even though the app will tell you. For instance, I was looking for Insulation batt hangers and could not locate them. They were exactly where they were supposed to be, it was just that the box was turned sideways and no labels were showing, lol. Anywho, Home Depot has it all and fair priced. A definite 5 star rating from me...

No one knows anything. Not even where things are and most employees stand around on their phone or talking to each other. While people are waiting they stop to chat about nonsense. Get better employees

Compare to other home depot locations, in here the employees are faster in help you with your needs, they load your pallets pretty quick too.

We normally have a good experience here, but this morning was bad. There were no flat carts available, so I went out deep into the parking lot to get one myself. When looking at shelving, someone named Colton walked past us and we asked him for help. He said its not my department, but Ill find someone for you. We waited 5-10 minutes, no one came by, so apparently he did not find anyone for us. I walked around asking for someone to help in shelving and couldnt find anyone to help. Finally, someone from plumbing named Kaitlyn did actually help us. Disappointing and frustrating visit.

Waited for 30 minutes and asked 3 different people for help with a picnic table. I left. They kept saying theyd get somebody right there, but nobody showed up. 😡

The isles are correctly marked, you cant go wrong in finding something. The staff are helpful and the price is friendly. I like shopping for hardware here. Amble parking and enough space for shoppers. Good place to shop

Okay service. Asked for peat moss. Man said he never seen it before but it was literally right behind him. I believe he was new so he was learning.

If I could give a zero I would. Found what I wanted, spent over half an hour trying to find someone to unlock it. When I finally found someone they had to go find a key. Left and ordered the item on Amazon for $50 less.

I love their garden center. Their prices are great for garden soil and veggie starters.

Many greetings when I walk into Home Depot. Its good to be treated that way. Especially when youre always spending a lot of money. Ron is my favorite. Hes always hanging out between the hardware and the key maker.

I have been to the store three times in the last 2 weeks to order a new window for the bedroom. Each time I heard them request somebody to come to Millwork. I waited 15 minutes all three times. No one ever came. Going to go home and try to convince my husband to go to Lowes. You might want to work on your customer service.

The lack of customer service was so bad (non-existent) on 4/14 that I left the store without buying anything. The associate working in blinds/carpentry near aisle 48 needs a customer service lesson. Not once did she acknowledge my presence. I had to practically chase her down to gain her attention and even then her attitude towards me was not professional. If you dont like your job then find another one.

More than 30 people waiting to get to one of 2 open registers SMH. what happened to stocking at night I gave up trying to get the product I came in for because the isle was blocked for over 5 minutes. Good thing Lowes is close by. Should have went to Lowes in the first place in and out in no time. No more home depot for me.

Standing in the plumbing isle I felt like I was on a deserted island with blueprints to build a boat, and no idea where to get what I needed or what I needed. Cue Tracy, a god among men. Tracy walked up and from my naive and poor description of my current setup, and where I needed to go, as well as a few pictures, was able to grab me everything I needed and walk me through exactly how to do it. Not only that, he was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. We had a nice conversation and walked around grabbing all the things we needed.Of course, with a project like this, we had to go back a couple times, and he was able to help us pivot and figure out how to work around the predicaments we found ourselves in. I would love to buy Tracy a beer as a thank you, but I also think he’d be a good guy to just shoot the breeze with.Every time I go here I’m impressed, but this time I was beyond impressed. Thank you Home Depot team!

Im having construction done on my home, and needed to look at some paint samples and some flooring samples.When I first got there, I spoke with a really nice young lady in the paint department, she seemed to be really knowledgeable on what types of paint I would need, and which would be the best to use for my project. I got my little books of paint color samples and was on my way to the flooring Department.When I arrived in the flooring Department I was met by a really nice woman who answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable in what type of flooring she suggested I go with for my kitchen/dining room, being that there would be liquids involved. She took me over to the section where there was a bunch of different samples of that certain type of flooring and lo and behold, the one flooring that I really liked, didnt have the sample for me to take home. She suggested I take a picture of it, so that I would have it on my phone, that way it might make it a little easier for me to see what it might look like in my home. That was a pretty good idea because I was able to see what it would look like up against my countertops and cabinets and I put it against the paint samples that I had gotten from there earlier.My whole experience in Home Depot was great! The two women that helped me were both amazing! They knew their stuff, which made me feel comfortable and helped me to easily pick out what I wanted!Mahalo Home Depot!

Found what I needed staff very helpful

I just went and bought asphalt patch, 60 lb bags. I asked if there was anyone who could possibly help load these bags into my car. I was told to pull up to lumber which I did. Gentleman comes out, older guy and asks why Im parked in the middle of a lane. I responded I was told to pull up to lumber for help loading. Clearly he was irritated by this; as his remark was you need help with these little bags dude I didnt ask for your nasty attitude I asked for help, needs some customer service skills

I dont normally give any less than 3 stars to anyone but my last experience with them was absolutely horrendous. Ordered a washer&dryer. Decided a day later to get the pedestals. They added it to the order and changed the install date. Two days before the install THEY canceled the pedestals for no reason. I went in and spent over 4 hours with them to try and figure out what happened. They accused me of cancelling them. Then figured out someone at HD did it. Had to cancel the original order and start over with a later install date. But they wouldnt give us the same price as before and the color we wanted wasnt available. No one ever apologized and now it has been three weeks and still havent received the credit for the original order. They said it might be another two weeks for that. Assistant manager was suppose to give a credit but never did that.Terrible service. No one knows how to get anything done there.

Bought a new stove on Presidents Day it was busy & I thought we were never going to get a salesperson to help but we only stood around for maybe 15 minutes and then we were helped. He was very professional and gave us the best deal. 👌

Home Depot is great for a lot of items for the job, however, you wont find specialty items and the lumber is sub-par. You need to pick thru it and hope. The staff is friendly and can be helpful at times.

Always been good except the paint department where the clerks usually seem to be jerks. They are not helpful and act like they dont want to be bothered. I have not had the same experience in other departments. I especially like their garden area.

I asked for some help got the help then when the guy went to go get what he needed to help me, he disappeared on me for about an hour. There was no one else around that could help me until I did find someone then the guy that I had helping me first showed up and still didnt have what he needed to help me. I will not shop here again unless I really have too. Lowes has more people that are a lot more out to help me and willing to go out of there way to do whatever they have to do to make me happy no matter what.

Well... They were out of stock on a normally stocked item, that I just happened to need. That in itself is not a bad thing. I understand times are challenging these days. How some people there handled that, when I tried to pursue that, was a problem.I asked if I could ORDER it... thinking when their order to restock their own shelves, that they could call me & put my name on one of those shelved items when they do come in... They told me what I would have up do is order it online at homedepot.com... that that was my only option. Confused with that. (1) Does that mean they are not intending to restock their own empty shelves? (2) If I had to order something from online that they normally stocked, then why should I come into their big box store locations... (3) Those just seem like common sense kinds of things right? Thing is, Im was a Master Carpenter for over 20 years... who just turned in my business license as a Contractor (as I phase into semi-retirement... I just recently moved to this area. Ive been in other areas/regions, and have always had good experiences with the company as a whole... for decades. Ive ordered stocked within a store. Ive ordered materials for building a house or other bids through the a Pro Desk... Or found items in other local chain locations. This was just a normally stocked item, right? Just thinking since I didnt walk directly to the Pro Desk, that... Well... Maybe just a location problem or an individual who didnt know that possibilities exist. Not sure a normal customer would think their answer of being brushed off, was not normal.
