These people are awesome! I am always on the go and dont have time to browse the store. I use their app and order things I need and they have always been in stock and willing to run it out to me at the curbside pickup. I have never had an issue with this location and everyone is extremely friendly.

Literally a joke.... My story is too long to describe. My advice is, if you want a system installation, do research first. I bought a package deal ( subs and amp ) I showed up to my appointment, and wouldnt install it because they cant garentee the installation if I was to turn my amp up too high! ( Well, yeah... Thanks for the warning) Best buy wanted me to return my amp, and replace it with one that costed 500 more than the one I bought, and buy different subs ( the subs I purchased from best buy in this package deal are non returnable they are brand new in the box. They told me I would have to wait 2 months for an appointment to get everything installed. I asked for my amp and install kit that I already paid for, and they will not return my money for the installation I didnt receive

Terrible customer service, and their advertisements are, at least somewhat wrong.The story goes like tthis; I watch 6 employees casually walk past me as i wait for help. They end up selling me a $40 phone card (tracphone) and im supposed to get unlimited talk/text plus 8 gigs of data.I coudnt get online so i called Tracphone, they said there is no data with the plan.... just 2 months of unlimited talk/text.Best Buy employees said that it isnt refundable and i need t contact tracphone. THATS WHERE I PUT MY FOOT DOWN, NO! I told the manager Find someone that can refund me then, because the sign says I get 8 gigs of data. I need my data, or my $40 before i leave this store. I feel like ive been bamboozled, and I dont appreciate it.I got my $40 back (although Id be happier if they, somehow, got me the data.)Its been a week and they still have their incorrect sign up. Its sick.

I went to Best buy to get my screensaver changed cuz I bought a lifetime warranty. But when I got there we couldnt find the warranty and the girl that was helping me went above and beyond anything and everything she could do to find my warranty and get my screen saver. It was a very nice experience and the people there seem very knowledgeable and really really friendly. Thank you Best Buy staff for going that little extra step to assure me that I would be taken care of.

We got sent to the back of the store after being greeted! Several employees here but few are engaging in helping customers. Sent to Windows area and nobody there! We found what we needed and went up from to pay. Registers not open to take our money. Asked door greeters where to pay and they said follow the tape on the floor (3 different colors). Customer service cashier didnt thank us for our purchase.Why do we even shop here?Amazon has our business from now on.

Great place to just walk around and find gadgets to spend money on. Very friendly staff ans great deals. I bought a 5.1 channel Samsung surround system for $799 and it came with a $250 gift card. You cant beat those deals.

Ordered a dishwasher online. Picked it up at the store. It was the wrong model and it had no door. Asked for an exchange, 2 weeks later they brought out a door. And the door doesn’t fit with the wrong model dishwasher. So, 2 1/2 weeks later they were supposed to bring the correct dishwasher, were so sorry. Nope, called and said we don’t have it, sorry. I asked for a refund. 3 weeks to pick up the mistake and refund my money and can’t just take it back to the store. Not good

I placed in order for pickup. I waited 30 minutes after the hour wait to hear from someone and I got nothing! I tried calling the store and no one answered. Walked in and was left waiting 15 minutes for someone to help since they were to busy talking. I was told the have the product in store but they wouldn’t give it to me since it wasn’t the same SKU! The manager was beyond rude and snappy at me, I’ve been waiting to here on my order for over a week and nothing.

Always have a great experience here. Ive bought all of my tech here, from the same two employees. I went in originally for a phone, and due to the service and prices, ended up buying 2 flagship samsung phones, two sets galaxy buds pro, galaxy watch 3, a Samsung tablet, a laptop, and a TV, just yesterday I pre-ordered the new iPhone 13 pro max. I felt comfortable doing so, because I knew I was getting the best prices, and great service. They are really good about helping select the RIGHT tech for each individual, not just trying to sell the top line regardless if you need it or not. Wish more businesses were like this.

Best buys are certainly not what they used to as now everyone buys everything online. I saw the drastically cut down their section on games, cds, and dvds. I was surprised when i couldnt even find a cd/dvd storage cases. We came to look at laptops though as i desperately needed a new one. We ended up buying one but had to go to their federal way location to pickup since they didnt have it in stock. The staff was very friendly though and very eager to help. I hope they can stick around cause its harder and harder to find places with the stuff you need in store instead of buying online.

I’ve gone in multiple times about my stereo and each time I’ve been told it works fine. A radio that some times doesn’t even turn on and never connects to Bluetooth is not fine. I’ve voiced this concern a couple time and always disappointed in their actions afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for any stereos and their warranty was a waste. I should have gone some where else.

From entering the department to checking out was a miserable experience. We came in to buy a kitchen suite. No one was in appliances, so after waiting 5 minutes, we asked someone in another department to call someone to appliances. 10 minutes later. Still no one. Took 20 minutes to get help. Then their internet worked at dialup speeds while doing research. Just a terrible experience and will not return.

My only grip is it took me almost a half an hour to get ahold of someone in the store to help me find out that theyre store didnt carry the headphones I was looking for even though it said it was instock online. Staffing is starting to be an issue these days with covid. Store was stocked and proper. Staff took a little time to hunt down.

As soon as I walked in the person asked if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for, even though I didnt know what it was called. She told me what it was and where it was. As I left her, she contacted someone on the radio that I was coming over to assist. Another lady met me there grabbed what I needed and gave it to me. I went to the check outs and got back on the road am in 7 min. So great

Had washer and dryer delivered on April 5, came with big dent on washer, delivery guys called representative and they offered me $200 off if I keep the washer, ever since I never got any refund, but waste my time calling them back many times and driving to the store trying to get those money, I feel insulted, Best Buy name wrong, better be,, best liar,, . Today I called again and after spending half an hour on phone talking to someone named Paul, finally they hang up on me, also never got missing liquid detergent container, apparently that’s not only me got problem with those guys, look again before you buy something there

I love best buy, but these people never answer the phones, have TERRIBLE estimated shipping and pickup times. The stock is never correct. Best buy is great, but they need to get some better systems in place, considering they are a freaking top retail tech store. So if you need to do something in person, they are great! But if you need anything online, or over their non-existent phone lines, youre screwed.

Love being a plus plus member (whatever its called. )When ever Ive had to return an item I never have any issues getting such item return or exchanged. However my only issue is that I no longer have or bank with the provider of the debit card I had used they dont allow u to get cash back so I gotta wait for it in the mail.(apparently stated from some guy possibly the manager.

I ordered a laptop for my son and an email read that it was ready for curbside pickup sooner than expected. So to try and avoid the busy times and customer rush, I arrived just before 8pm and responded to the Best Buy email that Im outside waiting. The website would respond that there is a problem with my order and to checkout at the .com counter. I attempted this a few more times before finally calling the store. After being on hold for 19 minutes and counting, an employee approached my truck and asked if I needed assistance (I had rolled my window down and was about to ask for help, but he beat me to it). He typed in my order #, checked my ID and walked into the store. In less than 10 minutes, he was at my truck handing my sons Xmas gift to me! Please note that I had been lawn work and cleaning the garage, so I had not planned on getting out of my truck in the first place. I also did not have my mask handy. Im thankful to the gentleman who stopped by my truck to assist me and would have given Best Buy 5 Stars, but I believe their website customer service needs some attention to detail. The store and the employees are doing all they can, so the website service needs to be revamped to do its job! Thank you Best Buy!

When the doors opened on Saturday morning, there were people waiting to get in I waited until the line of people went in I went in got help from a employee. The order online and pick up in-store is fast! There are reserved parking spots and they even load the products in your backseat or trunk, so you can keep your social distance.The store has a pretty good selection, and they are competitive on price. The selection of cases for Samsung phones is pretty light.The employees are friendly and professional.

I went in to buy a surface pro x and stood around for a good 20 minutes. Finally someone asks if I needed some help but this younger associate of Best Buy certainly didnt appear to want to be at work and it showed. Every question I had was followed by an answer that sounded like he had no clue, which was backed by him looking it up. Often causing him to change his answer. Needless to say when he went to get a surface from the cage finding none he proceeded to walk off towards the rear of the store. With nothing being said to me of what he was doing or letting me know he would need to go somewhere else to get one and dragging his feet taking his time I decided someone else with better customer service deserves my business so I left. Too bad that one person can stop a $1000 sale just because he couldnt show just a little professionalism
