Had a great experience with Shutters 9-1-1! The free quote was very detailed and David was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked many questions. There was an air conditioned (big deal in this heat) mobile showroom that allowed me to look at and choose the product I liked best on the spot. Scheduling was easy and the receptionist were very sweet. Juwan, Anthony, Andreas came to install our shutters and they were very professional and efficient with time. They spent time showing me how to maintenance them. Great staff all around. My initial contact was with Allison to set up measurements and a quote. After a period of time the panels were ready for install. There were a few scheduling conflicts due to backlog of previous work related to ongoing weather. I wanted to be present for installation so that added additional scheduling delays. I met Juwan and Anthony that morning. Two great guys, courteous, knowledgeable and their work was very good. They were careful as to not damage any landscaping during the panel installation and mindful of their surroundings. They were short 5 panels and immediately called Allison to order the shorted panels. I paid them in full which I was uncomfortable about seeing as we were short on panels and inspection still required. I contacted Allison twice as to the progress of replacement panels and she assured me it was in work. I am not the easiest person to deal with in situations like this and Allison was very professional throughout the whole process. My shorted panels arrived, installed and passed the inspection. She also followed up to inform me the inspection passed. I would highly recommend this company. Staff was very professional. Kudos to all in a market where customer service is long forgotten.

Today Shutters 911 installed our Hurricane Shutters—Bahama shutters for our windows and Roll-downs for the doors. David, the owner, was very accommodating to our needs—shutters that we could actually put down ourselves—if and when a hurricane ever does come our way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Anthony explained how they were anchored to our villa. We asked him if he could anchor our flag holder for us since they had the proper drill bit and he was happy to do it for us. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Juwan explained how to close them properly and made sure we knew the sliding door shutter locked on the inside. We highly recommend them.

He explained everything to us along with the options. Once we agreed to do business with him, his dedication to details stayed the same. I had my accordion shutters installed today on my entire house. The installers were great. I wish I could remember all of their names...besides Juwan. They were courteous, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable about their products. They installed 12 shutters in less than 3 hours. They actually took the time to wipe them down! We ordered the accordion shutters approximately 4 months ago. Due to Covid, there was a backup in manufacturing these shutters and the folks at Shutters 9-1-1 told us that it would be approximately mid October before they could be installed (best case scenario). Well, manufacturing took longer than expected but Allison and David kept us informed every step of the way. When the shutters arrived at their facility, David called my husband Terry and said they needed to schedule the installation date. Terry asked when they could be here and David responded with tomorrow. Awesome! The next day, Juwan and Luke showed up to install the shutters. They were personable, friendly and proficient. They spoke to me first to make sure that their understanding of the installation was the same as mine. Once the job was complete and they vacuumed and cleaned up the entire installation site, they took time to show me the proper way to open/close the shutters, explained what basic maintenance needed to be done, and what to do if I ever had any issues with the shutters. I truly appreciated their professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for hurricane shutters!
