Needed a new lawn mower and of course ended up out in the plant section .They have a wide variety of beautiful well maintained plants flowers trees etc.Everything was heathy and vibrant bought several 🌼 butterflies fluttering everywhere visiting too

I recently moved to the area and needed a few things. Being unfamiliar with the layout of the store I asked Home Depot Associate Paula where to find the things on my list. She was incredibly kind and helpful and walked with me and in very short order I had all the things I came in for. Paula was a breath of sunshine after a difficult morning at another store. She made my day!!

Great staff, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need. Dont be afraid to ask the sales reps for opinions, they know about the most current trends, devices and fasteners to get your project done right!

Was very impressed with the young man in the plumbing department. He was so helpful with plumbing our outdoor faucet. Gave different ideas and suggestions. I have never been so impressed with any other employee in any home Depot as I was with him. Most younger employees turn the other way or dont know their job.

I personally love to go to this Home Depot location the young men that usually help me out to my car are very polite and delightful, and the service is always great. Today I went into the garden department and asked one of the women workers believe her name is Vicky she was extremely rudely and when I asked her where the rock were she answered with a rude WHAT! And a sank face. The whole time of our 30 second conversation she was the rudest person I have ever talk to #ickyvicky

Home depot has all the typical things a large hardware store should have. Staff is very helpful in finding things in store but not all know what theyre talking about. Checkout lines are usually short.

Always the place to go. Its the big boys place to go and shop. The only draw back is the sales associates. If youre not sire about something then google it because they dont know what to say if you have questions.

Other than its always been a bit to large for me I typically always find what I want and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Most are also very knowledgeable. Should set up a directory to use for finding items or perhaps add it to the app.

I came up here to buy a 4ah ryobi battery. Generally cost around $90. What I didnt know was there was a sale going on that included 2 batteries, a charger and a free tool with purchase of the battery. I was just going to buy the one when an associate named Conrad took the time to let me know of the sale and walked me to the area of the sale. Major shout out to Conrad for not only saving me money but showing me for just another $10 I could get smuch more. Thanks.

Went to get begonias, they had plenty of red but no white. The staff was helpful. They need a better restroom. Only had a one person room. Im used to 2 large mens & womens restrooms in home depot

This used to be a great place to shop for all your home improvements, but now they dont have much of inventory. When I ask for something the employees send me to shop online, I want to see things in person and not wait for shipment. Plus, not even online the store have the products they used to.

Typical Home Depot. My biggest concern is that the store did not even try to enforce a mask policy. All the employees (most anyway) did wear one, but several shoppers did not and were allowed to continue shopping. Very poor policy.

Ive been in a lot of different Home Depots over the years. Never have I received so much prompt and efficient assistance both inside and while loading the car. This store is truly a step above. Great job.

Home Depot in Punta Gorda FL is a large home improvement store. The shelves are stocked with items for a wide variety of DIY projects. Right now they have a huge selection of seasonal/Christmas decorations including real and artificial trees, indoor/outdoor lights, wreaths, wrapping paper, ornaments, tree stands, etc. The associates are friendly and very helpful. I used self-scan checkout, which is very simple to use.

This review is specifically aimed at the driver on sandhill around 9:30-am9:35am Friday 11/27/2020, who was incredibly erratic. The driver turned the wrong way down a clearly marked one way drive. Then turned around, guessing they were lost, and without a turn signal made a right on Capricorn and laid on the brakes at the same time, almost getting rear ended. In deep creek a lot of people walk around here and that’s incredibly dangerous.

And went back to get me a cart because with such great help, I decided need additional items for my new home purchase 4 days from now. A man Paul helped me pick out shower massage head, I went on to get 4 ceiling fans and new hose with no help needed. Went to check out they offered me a $25 off to get a Home Depot so I did that. Tried using my cousin home depot rewards card, it wouldnt work for additional 10 % off. So the cashier gave me additional $25 off. All in all a fantastic shopping experience!Went there again today to return a screen door. No problem quick in and outI really like this home depot

Their products are good but they are lagging behind in customer service, they get a 1 star for that. I also give them a 0 star for their ability to make deliveries, I am disabled and paid for the delivery of a upright freezer ($80) to be told that they would go only on the porch and when it arrived the subbed out delivery people would only drop it in the driveway. As I said Im disabled and only live 3 miles away, it took me 4 hrs to get it where it needed to go. Shame on you Home depot. To charge so much just to drop it in the driveway, have you really stooped to the level of the snowflakes. Pathetic!!!

How does anyone not love any home depot. The problem is always finding the answer to that question. Mine failed to get answers at this store for flooring. My quest continues.

Home depot is hit or miss. Sometimes they are spot on and very helpful and other times the employees are too busy socializing and are put off if they have to interrupt their social time to help a customer.

Customer Service Desk staff are wonderful. Never had a problem returning a damaged or unsuitable item. Department staff are also extremely helpful (esp.Garden Center). Great selection in all departments from which Ive shopped.

Great place to get home repair parts and equipment.
