Grew up going to Winn Dixie so its usually my go to store. Love the new look the store has. Only issue I have is their Winn Dixie brand sausage. We bought both the Chorizo and mild Italian sausage that the store had packaged themselves. Tried the Chorizo and it was basically plain ground pork. Tried the Italian sausage and it was the same ground pork. The Johnsonville brand is in the frozen section and I dont understand why. I know we will NOT waste money buying the Winn Dixie brand again. Truly disappointed

I really wish this was a Publix instead. Since I work nearby, traveling to Publix is not efficient but Winn-Dixie does not seem to care about attracting lunchtime patrons. Very upsetting. Where have all the good workers gone?OLD POST: The deli is very disappointing. They should take a lesson from Publix. Were Publix closer, I would go there. Twice now I have thought of purchasing food from the deli and both times I walked out without purchasing anything. Winn-Dixie use to be a good store, now its almost as bad as Walmart. Very disappointing.

Store was nice, except customer service counter. No one in the entire store could do a western union. A lie I have worked for them and all managers can do this, and one is always in the store. Associate lied to me, do not go to bermont store expecting any kind of customer care.

If we bought tamales from the deli got them home to find them to be liquid unedible.Yeah and this is not the 1st time weve gotten stuff in the deli and had problems with it some of the chicken was way dry.And some of the employees dont really care

Was told by a Cashier to come back the next day at 9am for the Grand Opening, as they were handing WD gift cards to the first 500 people At 9am. I arrived before 9am to be told its starts at ten, ish. Everyone seemed unaware of a giveaway. I drove 20 miles. Not pleased

Store is being remoded...what a mess! Nothing is where it was, so disorganized. Very frustrating today. Ill shop elsewhere until it is finished...and nobody could tell me when that would be.

Friendly and doing as good as they can. Would like to see a little more cheese and produce selection but for where this particular store is located we are happy.

Im very disappointed in their produce. Ive bought pears at least 4 times that have never ripened. This happens when its picked way to early. Ive bought peaches 3 times that were tasteless and old. The 1st peaches they got in were pretty good. After that they were never any good. I bought zucchini that went bad in 3 days. Their prices are far to high to tolerate this happening. The only real positive thing about Winn Dixie is there ready made meat loaf, rotisserie chicken & their apple pie. Unfortunately, because I buy so much produce Ill be shopping at Publix for now on. Their produce is amazing.

Had alot of buy one get one deals which was nice. Clean store most of the produce looked really nice. Cashier was nice the person bagging put frozen stuff with non frozen and at bottom of bag so I didnt see it until it was thawed .

I told the manager the other day about the BAD HAMBURGER Ive gotten there THREE times ! He did not seem a bit surprised when I told him about the BROWN hamburger meat HIDDEN inside the red hamburger meat. Hamburger goes brown on the outside first so they were purposely hiding the BAD hamburger !!! All he said was Ill talk to them about it. Im on disability and dont have a car so Im FORCED to do my shopping there and their BAD HAMBURGER is why its been around 6 months since Ive had any hamburger. I will NEVER buy hamburger there again and I pray Publix puts in a grocery store around here SOON.

Ive been shopping here for a long time and have always had a high opinion of WD. But today I lost that when so many people were in the store without face mask. I counted eleven. I ask the cashier about it and he told me that management had told the employees not to approach people and tell them they needed to use a mask in the store. If they dont have the respect for the law and their obligation to protect people in their stores, you and everyone who shop there have the right to know before they enter. I will now not shop there until they address this and comply with the safety standards required by law and to protect their customers.

As always, everything was fantastic! Your people were kind, courteous and helpful without even being asked. Your prices are mostly to the good side. There are so many good prices and products that what few prices I find a little high dont have me driving any place else for them. Its also a very clean and well stocked store.

Winn Dixie is the closest grocery store to us (7 miles). So I frequently stop on my way home from work or travels.It can be pricey, but this is the cost of convenience. I take advantage of BOGOs when I can.Meats are excellent. Deli is pretty good. And bakery isnt too bad. Breads are excellent.Produce can often be mediocre.But they carry all that I need, plus they have a pharmacy. And the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Customer service is courteous and helpful, especially if something is wrong with receipt. Most store employees are also courteous. Bakery is great, along with produce, meat dept., and dairy. Deli is hit or miss depending upon who is working, but the deals and food are good.

Well stocked store. Although they do not carry the canned cat food I was after, I spent over $ 40.00 because the speciaals were so good. And I have their card.Discounts with card on gas at the pump.

Was my favorite grocery for 3 years. Then Winn Dixie changed their app and it does not function well, gave up on it. Then frequency of point multiplier changed, but heck the app dont work so points multiplication not easily accessible anyway. Then you decided to remodel your store. Failed project. Pain in the butt to shop in your store for much tooooo long. Youre losing customers!

This Winn Dixie is clean (including the bathrooms), well stocked and always have helpful employees. The produce dept. is always fresh stocked and maintained. Plenty of open checkout lines open no long waiting. Friendly employees always ready to help you. I recommend the Beef People any time. The meat department cant be matched. Ive shopped Walmart, public and neither come close to Winn Dixies meat department.

Compared to other Winn Dixie stores, basic. Very few, or no signs telling you where to find things. So unless you are a regular you spend wasted time looking. Friendly as long as you dont ask them to do an extra for you. My least favorite of the three local stores.

This store is great, and I am really thankful that staff didt close the door before our faces when we ran 2 minutes after closing time. It was really lifesaving that we could buy groceries at that time, and the system in which the store is built allows to find things quickly, so thumbs up. Loved it

Staff are helpful when I need them, and leave me alone when I dont. Most always get a friendly greeting when Im just walking up/down an aisle. Most prices are reasonable, even better with the Plenti card. They dont always have what I need, so I also go to competitors.

This store is just my style. Very good attire brands. Plenty of bogos. Not over the top fancy. I like it.

Every time I shop here the staff is incredibly rude and it almost takes an act of God to get any help while shopping. I only gave 2 stars because the pharmacy staff are very professional and friendly. This store has locals by the nose because there is no other place to shop within a 30+ minute radius.

Nice store and generally good prices can be busy at times, check out can take a while but if management is on top of the rush they will help ease the congestion. Overall easy place to get in and out of, and nicely stocked.

I go to Winn-Dixie everyday. Dottie, Hannah, and Courtney are so friendly and wonderful. They make my experience perfect when I need to do my grocery shopping.

When register 4 broke down it set off a chain reaction of chaos at the check out. No employees called for help. Customers were understandably upset. Not one employee apologized. All this at 11am. Not even a peak hour.

This is my go to place. Customer service is top knotch. Pharmacy is fully staffed with helpful caring friendly people in a orderly time.

When I walk into a store and see stuff that clearly should not be out for sale, it turns me off. If I could have given a 0 I would have. The bacon was discolored to a brown . I left.

Winn Dixie is always a good place to find buy one get one, and sales on many items regularly. This location is not my favorite though it is very close to my current residence. If this location had more of a imported and gourmet cheese selection like the pramenades

The produce here is awful. So many items that are non edible, pithy citrus, rotted onions, potatoes, and avocados. Additionally their freezers often break down and frozen veggies, meat, and ice cream have ice crystals on the inside of packages. I no longer shop there.
