My favorite publix by far. The pharmacy has great staff and the curbside pick up is always a great perk. Almost always get everything done early too.

Publix is my #1 grocery store, I consider my self a Publix Diva, but the experience at this store was horrible. I went for some deli items only and I had the worst experience; the employees behind the deli counter all talking between themselves super LOUD and only two employees one at the deli cutting cold cuts and another serving the hot food. One of the female employees wearing the safety mask with her nose exposed all the time and cutting ham for other client, the kid who helped me messed up my other and when I got home my cheese was cut the wrong way and was the wrong kind.Not enough employees at the deli and only 2 cash registers open.When I ask for Manager the Customer service girl told that was no one at the moment, wth is that????Publix Corp pay attention, because it will be not a pleasure to go back.

The employees here are the best. They are very helpful to us old folks. They always are pleasant and say hi. They ask if you are finding everything you need. If something is out of stock they rush to the back to find it. I spent 27 years in the USMC and am over 70 but still fit. They always offer to carry my bags out even if it is raining.

Well stocked. It seems like Publix is closing their butcher cases. I want to see the meat before I buy it. Yes you can ask for a certain cut but you dont know the price till after it is cut.

This store is always nice to shop for groceries and ready to eat items. The Lottery ticket counter is separate from the check out lanes.... really great. There is always something that I use that is on sale....buy two, get two more.... I never get just one. A lot of nice cars in the parking lot everyday. And a nice parking lot also. Ive never had a shopping cart here with bad wheels on it. And then there is the liquor store right next door if you are into that sort of thing. It was a long time ago but, thank you Jesus for turning the water into wine, Ill never forget. Some things in this store, you cant find at that other store. I just wish that one of these stores would stock Van Camps Chili with Beans so that I didnt have to get it shipped in from up north.

As of today, Ive decided to go more often to Publix. Everything was so easy to find. All products I was looking for were available.The only thing I can say otherwise is I wish they would ask or remind me that my phone number punched in will save me money. Coupons,etc..I left there today and realized I would have had 5$ off with just one coupon for today only..in my Gmail.But forgot to put my number through the keypad at Publix.I love the store .

We use this one use to us. We had an problem with some fruit and they gladly helped get it returned and refunded. So far, the employees of this location are very helpful to the customers. We appreciate their good customer service!

Good size grocery but lacks self check outs. Only two lines open and both had several customers each. Im from Minnesota where every store allows self checkout so a bit different for me. Store prices seemed good with a good variety

I have children employed here one of whome is a minor. Under new management and with corporate influence they have been imposing mask mandates and asking them inappropriate personal medical questions. If that continues I will begin fillings. I hope I have taught my children well enough that they maintain their moral and intellectual integrity. As for our family, were going to start shopping at the farmers market. We are done with these corporations.

We recently moved from Portland, OR to Punta Gorda, FL. I couldnt wait to get back across the country to the Public stores. Ive been thinking about being able to buy fresh popcorn in the deli for a long time now. I was so glad to be shopping in a Public Supermarket again and yes, I did get my deli popcorn.

Pleasant experience, first visit to a Publix store. Got take out Boars head sub sandwiches, excellent. Ice cream French vanilla store brand, excellent. Got a couple 2 for 1 deals, and found navigation of store easy. Southern style potato salad is first one ever bought that doesnt make me wish I had made my own. Very friendly and helpful employee attitudes.

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service here. When my daughter picked up the special order cake she did not not realize the decorations were wrong till she got home. When I called them they quickly made a new cake for her and let her! They were very apologetic and super friendly about correcting the mistake! I would definitely use them again and thank them for being so easy to work with.

This grocery store is an experience and you couldnt find a better staff!! I cant explain why,but I had an incident that happened and they took the situation and made it work for both sides. Publix is known for their great hospitality for the elderly,but it was shown that you can count on them for any ages.

Its your normal grocery store, they have great deals and its always clean. I have no issues with the store or the employees that work there, its the rude customers that in the store that kill me. Not sure why people have to be so rude today but it seems they getting worse.

I love shopping at Publix in Punta Gorda, FL. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. Publix has great sales and carry wide selection, just like you would find shopping at a big box grocery store, but without fighting the big crowds. This Publix location is clean and they do a good job keeping the shelves stocked. Ive also found they carry several items that I cant find at other grocery stores. I also truly appreciate that as cashier scans your items, they have employees dedicated to bag your groceries. Then they will push your shopping cart out to where youre parked and load your purchase into your vehicle!

All Star employees were wearing masks. Here in Florida with 21,000 cases yesterday of coronavirus the Delta variant its a shame that more customers do not wear a mask.

Typical Publix. Friendly people and good products, but at a price! Tried to order a cake by phone and have it delivered to another city in Florida, but they wont take credit cards over the phone because of scams. So I ended up at Walmart which was able to take care of my needs.

Best grocery shopping experience, carts are sanitized, employees are friendly and wearing masks, shelves are neatly arranged, sale items visible. Thank you for doing such a great job, your employees are the best!

I like this Publix. Its large and carries many items. And the people who work there are pleasant and very helpful. I dont live close to this store but when Im in the neighborhood I definitely stop by there to do a little shopping.

Everytime I order from this store they never do it correctly. Today I pre-ordered a sub I arrived on time it wasnt done so that defeated the whole purpose of ordering a head of time (this isnt the first time either) she then told me shes going to make it real quick so I proceeded to grab a couple things from the produce section when I went to grab my finished sub in the pick up area I find that she didnt put Greenleaf lettuce on it like I asked... apparently she was to busy to do that. I will never shop at this publix again. Idk why I went back today I should of known better..

Publix and their staff were good as they usually are. I just want to warn customers of, despite the signage stating masks are required, I saw quite a few with no masks in sight (who were yelling across the deli counter) or masks not covering their mouth and nose. I worked for Publix in the past and I know they will not confront these customers who dont comply.

Best grocery store in Punta Gorda & PC hands down! Everyone here, at this location, is so friendly. Even through this pandemic.. Ive never had an employee be anything less than accommodating.Dont even get me started on how great the deli staff is. They remember what I get, how I get my meats and cheese sliced.Obviously the prices here are a little more at Walmart, but you get what you pay for - clean store, stocked shelves, quality products... But most importantly, staff that makes you feel like family!
