Great customer experience when in the store but can never answer the phone when trying to call the store

Got a good deal on a new phone for my girlfriend and a brand new tablet really good place to go if youre looking for good costumer service at great deals never have I left one unsatisfied nor do I think I will in the future

They really want to sell phones, I went in here with a slight issue on my phone, very easily told me to go to a customer service center, after a very vague attempt to help me, His name was Aladdin, customer service was horrible

Horrible customer service! Was told I wasn’t aloud in the store without a mask and I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing one! You should really be nicer to people.

Make sure you bring in local store advertisement. Phones are free on 50 DOLLAR Plan dont let him put you on 60 dollar plan. And make sure they dont add extra features. Just 15 dollar activation fee and 50 Dollar plan is requiered. These people like to add extra features to your plan so they get extra commission not caring that your next month bill is going to be higher. So make sure you pay not more than 50 dollars for any FREE PHONE bring in the advertisement. These people will scam you since they own all the metro stores in port charlotte Punta Gorda. IF YOU TRAVEL 25 MINUTES FORT MYERS EDISON MALL CORPORATE STORE DOES NOT put extra charges to your account and you dont have to worry about the representative adding stuff to your bill. Better just go to fort Myers corporate Metro store and not individually owned. When you buy a phone remember not to go to individually owned store go to a corporate store that wont be charging you extra fees without telling you and get scammed like I did.

Susan was a huge help to me. I went to different metros for someone to fix my problem and no one could help. Susan took her time until it was fixed! She told me she won’t give up until it’s fixed! Problem solved ! Thank You Susan!

This place has unbelievably bad service. The Middle Eastern guy behind the counter is absolutely worthless. He does not want to help his customers. He was argumentative on two occasion. I went to the Port Charlotte Location on 41 and they resolved my problem both times in a few minutes with a smile. My suggestion, go to Port Charlotte and fire this guy immediately if not sooner. What a looser.

Always accommodating. Always trouble shooting and solving minor catastrophes with my phone. I appreciated their effort.

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE Ive ever dealt with. I cannot believe they are allowed to even run a business. All the people that work there especially the owner / manager / whatever he is are so unbelievably unprofessional it could make you sick to your stomach. If you go in there wanting to spend money they will probably yell at you and ask you why youre being racist or why youre harassing them. Its a completely wacky play stay away from it I think theyre all on something... Just keep away. Seriously.

All positive reviews are fake!!!! I could not believe it when I called and I was put on hold literally without anyone saying anything. I had just got into a debate with my husband over which phone he should go with which line he should go with and I kept sending Metro because I had spoken to a girl last week that told me she could take care of me and help me out. So here I was trying to call this company to get my new phone line with new phone and pay them money to nights they put me on hold without saying the word. Then when I called back and I am not kidding you this man actually got on the phone screaming at me asking me why I am calling his store because I was calling the wrong store, he was literally yelling at me for calling him and complaining. All I did was kindly ask why in the world someone picked up and put me on hold without saying anything to me at all. I thought it would be a great idea to obviously let him know about the unprofessionalism that was occurring at his business. Instead of appreciating me for that, he literally screamed at me told me I was calling the wrong store and then actually had the nerve to tell me I was harassing him. Everyone needs to know never to go to the store do not go to this place its a complete nightmare itll be shut down soon enough. Cant treat ppl like that without paying for it.

I bought a phone with my mom and bought an otter box as well as glass for it. The dealer didnt have the glass and said that when it came in we could come by and pick it up (I cannot remember if she prepaid for it and of course the receipt is unreadable). A few weeks go by and my mom goes to pick it up. The guy there says that he does not have it and that the dealer does not make it anymore. My mom tries to return the case because there is no glass to go with it. The guy says no and begins to be very rude to my mom, who was nothing but polite. He refused to help and became more and more rude. My mom is not one to complain but asked for a number to contact the larger branch of Metro pcs to see if something can be done. The guy proceeded to throw the card with a number to my mom with a very rude comment. The number does not work. I will never go to this store again because of the extreme rudeness. I was shocked and angry to hear that this happened. Do not go to this store. I know I never will again and will ensure that friends and family do not either.

Ohh my god. This guy just asked me, why I was calling his store? Are you serious? I told him bc I was trying to get a new line and new phone spending money w the store and he actually told me I have the wrong store...and went off on me like I was an idiot? Unfortunately you never know when your talking to someone who can have a huuugeee impact on your company image and your customer flow if you treat them badly for absolutely no reason. Rule number one in business, ALWAYS treat your customers with at least basic respect. This place is like thug central in the middle of an elderly community. DONT BELONG. I think they are an authorized dealer of absolutely horrifying service and terribly spoiled owners that have no idea how quickly you can lose everything if you do not treat people at LEAST decently! He was mean and hurtful and rude and I called up for a PHONE and PLAN! I really hope this is not the business owner and if it isnt and the business owner sees this please please please feel free to email me because you have got to get rid of that employee right now like yesterday
