I needed a new phone and George was willing and able to patiently and professionally hand my needs. He was thorough and found the best new plan and phone for me. When I came back to pickup my phone George took the time to go over the details and answer my questions. He was always patient and pleasant. Would definitely recommend him and his manager should be happy to have a positive asset on his team.
Switched to t horrible because we wanted a non throttled hotspot. We switched back three days later. T mobile just doesnt work. Period. Matt was amazing and helped us solve our mobile hotspot data issue with two jetpack and even saved us some on our monthly bill. Its like we have real internet again! Extremely satisfied customer.

My company has a pretty significant business account with over 70 lines. One of our employees needed an emergency replacement for a lost phone, which was to be handled by the CS department with a new phone shipped to his home, but that never happened, so we had to send the employee into the Punta Gorda store to be able to get a replacement phone.JAMES, who I called in advance to make sure this would be possible was very helpful and polite over the phone, and when my employee arrived to the store, JAMES called me back and made sure to get all the information he needed from me in order to make the replacement happen. Not only did JAMES handle the replacement perfectly, quickly and easily for the employee, he was a delight in his dealings with me on the phone and the employee in the store in person.With 70 + lines I have had mixed service experiences with Verizon, and someone actually messed up in this particular instance of getting a replacement phone shipped to the employees home, but JAMES really stepped up and turned lemons into lemonade.JAMES even followed up after everything was to by text to make sure to show appreciation for our business as well as to offer any future assistance, should it be needed.He was AWESOME and is exactly the kind of employee Verizon should be thankful to have representing the brand.Thank JAMES for everything,AJ CrossMerchant Lynx Services

I came in to switch carriers because T-Mobile is trash, i worked with CJ, he was very helpful, he was very knowledgeable and answered every question that i had, he helped me set up my phone and my new watch, he went above and beyond even spent some time trying to figure out why my phone number didn’t carry over right away and why my phone was just operating on my email. I had an issue where an accessory was put in my bag and I was charged for it without my knowledge. When Matt the store manager was made aware of my displeasure with this he reached out to me and listened to my side of the story. We decided it was a communication failure between the sales reps and I. Matt went the extra mile and asked me to return to the store where he refunded me the cost of the accessory and told me to keep it. It’s clear to me that customer satisfaction is important at this store. Matt I appreciate your honesty and integrity.
Stopped by this location as a neighbor recommended seeing Mark. I had a very strange problem with trying to dial numbers and always getting a busy signal. No one has been able to address this problem, but Mark was able to do so very quickly. Mark was professional, polite, informative and also offered a great recommendation for my next phone.

My old S7 finally gasped its last breath after many loyal years so I stopped by this Verizon store on my way home from the golf course the next day. Nico was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for in a replacement phone. He put me into a Galaxy A71 5g at a great price and even upgraded my plan, which includes three phones, for a lower price at better terms. I felt like Nico listened to what I needed and made an effort to fill those needs.

Traded in old phones for an upgrade in March with Melissa. Still waiting for the promo discount to be reflected on my bill. Im told they did all they can do and I have to wait for higher ups to fix the problem. In a tech savy world it shouldnt take almost 5 months to fix a bill. As a single mother I dont have time or money to be paying too much or waiting for answers. Its all good when your getting the sales pitch in the beginning but if THEY mess up THEY wont fix the issue. I will update ....

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Caleb Martinez for what became one of our best experiences we’ve ever had with Verizon. He was patient, engaging, knowledgeable and above all - made us feel like family. We came in for a phone, and left with a replacement device for my wife (unbeknownst to us was in bad shape and we were due for an upgrade) and a new smart watch. Great experience! I went in to upgrade my android phone to a new iPhone. I had never used an apple product. Matt was wonderful. He took the time to show me how to use my new phone and was patient with all my questions. Matt went above and beyond restoring all my precious photos and messages from loved ones. I posted a review yesterday but I don’t see where it posted so I will try again. I had to bring my iPad to the Verizon Store in Punta Gorda, Fl. I was fed up with calling 611 tech support and either getting disconnected and they never call you back or the tech were going way over my head. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by John and I told him up front I was thinking of leaving Verizon for my internet and home phone. He said let me help you, and help he did. Let me say up front, that I am technically challenged and at 75 years old, subject to “senior moments”. I forgot my little book with passwords and phone numbers at home so we were off to a good start. When he asked me to enter my password for different apps I couldn’t remember if all caps or whatever. John would say let me help you, words he said many times. To make a long story short, John spent almost two hours with me. He wrote things down to give me to remember when I got home. He finally got my iPad working properly. I want to thank Verizon for hiring the most respectful, conscientious, patient employee there is. He deserves a big “atta boy” from his supervisors, if not a generous raise. Thanks to John, I will remain with Verizon.

Never have I ever had such a nice experience in a cell phone store! It started with Caleb Martinez messaging me that my phone was eligible for an upgrade and to contact him if he could help. I stopped in, on what was probably the busiest day of the year, and he still made me feel important. The next day he personally drove to another Verizon store to get the case I wanted and met with me to handle the final phone transfer questions I had - even fixing an issue Ive had with my contacts list over my last three phones! I usually dread going to any Verizon store because I usually leave with less money than when I went in (wife). So, we went in because my wife got an email about upgrading iPhones and get up to $700 off the 12. We were taken in by Donny and could not have been more glad it was him. He was very knowledgable, communicative, and aware that I like to save as much money as possible. After all was said and done, we revised my family’s mobile plans and upgraded to the new phones and we now stand to pay less monthly than previously. All because Donny was willing to do the extra work to see how to best save our dollars, and with the latest iPhones. I can’t speak for the other representatives there but our experience with Donny was the best we’ve had with a rep in 9 years with Verizon. This review is well deserved, keep up the good work Donny and welcome to Florida!
I was not impressed with the knowledge or service of the employees here. Inwas set yo with a plan that was supposed to be cheaper than the one I had before and it am paying more money than I was before.
Have needed to change my plan for years and finally went in to Cellular Sales in Punta Gorda. I had an appointment with Bryan and it was very rewarding. He ended up saving me $$$ with a plan that gave me more features that ever. Bryan was professional and personable. Great experience. I will request him again when its time to upgrade my phone.

I had a great experience working with James! My iPhone X went haywire to the point that it was unusable. Not only did he quickly get me into a new 12 Pro but he also divided our old family plan up into one that saved us money while adding another line with a free phone. James is Exceptionally polite and helpful. He offered necessary accessories with Zero pressure. The store itself is extremely nice, clean and easy to get to and Id definitely recommend coming here for your wireless needs.

I was having trouble with syncing my email, Mark was able to find and fix the problem in a few minutes. Then I was interested in seeing what was new. I traded my old phone in for a new one, It takes better pictures,and has a larger screen so I was able to make the font larger. Im glad I when in there for help.Oh yeah my wife is too, shes now sporting a new phone as well.

I went into Verizon to have help with an alert problem. My sales person, Bryan, Quickly solved the problem. Then he explained a promotion that was available for a new iPhone 12. He was very patient in answering my questions about the phone and the cost involved. Since leaving the store I have contacted him twice with questions and he was readily available and helped me. He told me that he is new to Verizon and State Of Florida. I welcomed him to Florida and I think he will be an asset to Verizon.

What a wonderful experience I had today! A HUGE thank you to James! I started my day with the unimaginable happening, dropping my phone in the toilet! Yes that bad, and my phone totally died, like wouldn’t even power on! I knew all my information would be lost forever! My husband was out of town I had no way to communicate with him. The stress of losing our lifeline and thinking I would loose all contacts and work information had me really sideways. I walked in to Verizon Cellular Sales and was warmly greeted by James. Within minutes he got me calmed down and confident he had my back. I knew what phone I wanted but he didn’t have it in stock. James made a special trip to go pick up a phone for me from a neighboring location! Talk about going the extra mile! He literally drove many extra miles for me!. He even let me use his phone to check in with my husband. I experienced customer service beyond my wildest expectations. Oh and he helped me get into my forgotten apple ID and my new phone has all my information on it! Amazing! My recommendations for James would start with my own mother and extend out to people I don’t even know. I feel confident in saying your experience will be top notch, just ask for James. Bryan at Verizon Punta Gorda was a savior today. After spending two hours at home trying to set up my Apple phone, stopped at the store without an appointment. Bryan greeted me at the door and in minutes had my phone up and running. He was very personable and didnt hesitate to help me with the confusing technology. As a Verizon customer I thank him and appreciate the service.
I have visited this store numerous times when snow-birding in sunny Punta Gorda. The employees and especially Matt Brunner, the manager, are incredibly helpful. I came into a very full store recently on a weekday evening close to closing time. All the clients being served completed their purchases and left. Matt, the manager, and one of his employees stayed past their closing time (and dinner) to help me. They were kind, saved me some money, and super efficient. You can trust this place to take care of your cellular needs!
