Came to this Shell for the car wash sometimes twice a week rather than going to PW or waiting in a line somewhere else.July 2021 I took my new BMW in after the car wash had been worked on for damage earlier that day. After returning home I found what appears to be a chemical burn on my paint that drips twice hitting my trunk and bumper.I call the store and spoke to a man who claimed to be the maintenance man and he told me “impossible, there are not fluids that would burn paint, only soap. To which I ask “What about hydraulic fluid or acid from the mechanical pieces” still a nope from him… Can’t imagine where else it would have came from especially in the location of the burn.Will be going elsewhere. Thumbs down

The only place in Colorado that doesn’t accept a Colorado digital DL which has a barcode that can be scanned. State of Colorado says a business in Colorado has to accept it seeing how it is a legal form of identification. But shell does not. Was very convenient being able to use them seeing how they are right by my house but will be taking my business elsewhere. Also gas prices are ridiculous. But I guess it’s an economic problem right? Drive 5 minutes up the road and gas prices are 10-15 cents cheaper.

Store says open 24 hours right on the door. Guy looked at me as I knocked on the door and wouldnt let me in.

After purchasing a tank-full of their overpriced gasoline for my vehicle, I proceeded inside to purchase some of their ridiculously overpriced bottled sodas for my long trip. I asked for the key to the restroom and was told the restroom is closed for the night. Really? This place is located on a HIGHWAY, where travelers generally stop to get gasoline, refreshments, AND USE THE RESTROOM. I suggest spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, because this Shell certainly does not care about their customers, they only care about your money.

Its the worst management ever to be seen before. Not only do they wrongfully terminate, they also screw with your personal life.

This gas stations have one of the lowest prices I’ve come across for diesel, however, pump 12 has been broken for awhile now. The buttons won’t work and now the pin pad keys are going out.

So the staff seems to have trouble following their own rules.I had just gotten off the highway from a long trip and wanted to use the restroom here. Sign on the door said quote ask for a restroom key.5 minutes onlyI asked for the key from the man working the counter he said the bathroom was closed. I pointed out the sign, but he didnt seem to care much. He also made it a point to talk and look at me strangely, as if he was expecting me to steal something. I guess he wasnt a fan of the tattoos, tye dye style shirt, and dreadlocks. Not sure what his problem was, but if your sign says travelers can use the restroom, you should probably let them do that.

Nice cashier. Bathroom keys stolen earlier in the day. No way to access the bathrooms. Sad day for all!!!

They usually have a good price on diesel fuel. Their pin pad isnt user friendly and many times cant use it to get Rewards points.

Clean, busy store. Premier fuel for the same price as Loaf.

Dont except EBT which I think is wrong and not a very good selection

I went to puchase gas at the pump. Used my card and then went to pump the machine wouldnt let me selct a fuel grade then charged my card $50 when I wasnt able to even pump the gas. The employee (Keith) refused to help and told me to come back in the morning, I dont live in pueblo... this was 11/17/20 about 1am.

I went to the gas station early last week an the gentleman was very rude when j told him that he didnt put my gas in my pump he tried to tell me we didnt pay for it or it would be in his machine.. now today I go in for cigarettes an the women was very rude because my license were expired during the quarantine they expired March 31st we just moved down here before everything happened for work my wife is in the Heath care field she is a certified phlebotomist and CNA. I will never return to your store you are ignorant disrespectful

Pretty disappointed in this gas station, I used to come in here at least 3 times a week for gas, smokes, and red bull. I was overcharged for smokes a few weeks ago and I have left my phone number 3 times for the manager to call me back and I tried to call a couple more times and nobody answers! I feel like they are trying to avoid a simple reimbursement! You guys are pushing some pretty good money away! There is a loaf n jug right down the street I can take my money to!

New manager (I was as informed rather rudely that her title is “operator”) continues to amaze me at her ability treat customers so badly. How does Shell allow someone with little to no intra-personal/leadership skills to be the face of a community store.Since she started a few weeks ago I’ve had the displeasure of being in her line. Each time she acts like I’m the enemy. She is short, defensive, crabby and rude.This has been my neighborhood store for 20 years. I love that those that work there are nice and know about me and my family. They remember what I want when I come in. Every Christmas I bake and bring in fudge and cookies for everyone.I probably spend anywhere from 10.00 to 50.00 dollars a day on snacks, drinks, and fuel. I would consider myself a regular for sure.Well this regular is thinking of switching stores. Shell should invest in customer experience and leadership training. Seriously.

Excellent staff clean atmosphere. Good prices. Especially like the new cheese curds with meat sticks in a case of their own. Hope they keep this product.

Clean place. Easy to navigate into and out back onto the main road. Cashier was polite & helpful, but the line was consistently 4-6 people deep.

Not coming to this Shell anymore. Omar always has the store closed from 11:30pm to 1:30am. Everyone else that ever works has the doors locked from about 12am to 12:20am. Its ridiculous and unprofessional. Ill just go to the Loaf N Jug down the street when I get off work. At least theyre open for customers.

There were four clerks when I walked in today. They all ignored me. Extremely poor customer service, but the store itself is not bad. Definitely would not recommend this location.

One of 2 Shell stations in town. Only place I use for my car. Car wash needs more maintenance more often, but everything else is up to par.

Its well lit at night, the pump stations are clean and fast, the crew inside is polite and overall Id say it was a pretty good experience considering it was just to get gas :)

I like this gas station convenience store. Its always clean the people are friendly its easy to get in and out of and its just an all-around good place to go.

Competitive prices. Rather pay a few extra cents per gallon (minus $.03/gallon discount ) then get lower quality gas anywhere else.

The washing squeegees here are nice and flat for a clean wind shield. The touchless car was is my favorite part of this location.

Employee Matt was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me while I was talking . The other employee Heather charged my Debit card $40, and she put it on someone else’s pump . The other person used the gas I paid for and Went back in and was told I’m just out of luck I’ll have to wait 7-10 days to be fixed . So the other person used my money and was the employee fault but yet I get treated badly in store .
