Dont have needed prescription, give excuse of not having it when Im actually standing there on phone with doctors office, with them telling me YES we have sent it over 3 times, but Walgreens has no record, then tell us be ready after 4, next morning they still dont have ready and then tell us that its not covered under our insurance. Even thou its always been covered. Pharmacy manager was rude and enjoyed rolling her eyes at every question I asked. My Family has used Walgreens for several years and for several years this has been Thier service.. unprofessional, Rude, employees need better training and upper management is no help as any complaints are eyerolled and ignored.

I transferred from another Walgreens, due to a horrible experience, to this one and the staff has been wonderful. Besides me confusing the pharmacist, my fault, they have been more then helpful in transferring me. So far so good and they always have our meds in stock or are willing to get them and quick. No more waiting 2 months for a script, the longest we wait is a couple days.

Jamie in pharmacy at this location was wonderful this evening! Even though medicine for my daughter was out, he double checked anyway. He was so kind and made my day better! Thank you.

I have always shopped at this location, they all seem friendly but Lorraine checked me out today. She has great customer service skills, such a kind and welcoming young lady. Overall this is the best Walgreens in town.

Worst Walgreens in Pueblo! Takes days to fill a prescription and then you have to wait in line for hours. They dont answer the phone either they will let it ring for a hour then hang up on you.

Horrible pharmacy! They cant tell which end is which. I had a simple transfer of prescriptions from the pharmacy techs to the pharmacist no one know what was going on it was all messed up. Therefore I will never do any service with them again. Btw this isnt the 1st time Ive had issues with them.

I have an inner ear infection for which I was prescribed 250 mg Amox as I have throat issues and cannot swallow the larger 500mg capsules. I received 2 calls from Walgreens stating my prescription was ready for pickup. I wanted in line for 45 minutes yesterday assuming it was true, get to the window and the woman in the pharmacy told me she would be right with me, waiting another 10 minutes for her to finally arrive. She seemed confused, went to get my prescription then came to the window and told me they were out of the 250 mg capsules. Why then was I told my prescription was ready to pick up? She did call and found out that they didnt have them available at any Walgreens store, asking me if I could go to the Albertsons pharmacy to pick them up, which would mean a trip inside the store risking covid for me and I am a 66 year old woman and high risk. Unbelievable incompetence that this pharmacy wouldnt have in stock one of the most common prescription drugs out there Amoxicillin! Now I am forced to order them online and wont have them for a few days while I am suffering. Not happy!

I called ahead to be sure they were giving flu shots, the pharmacy said yes until 8:30 pm. I went in at seven and waited in line for 25 mins. I told her I wanted a flu shot and had my insurance card in my hand, I offered it to the clerk but she chose to look up my info on her computer, five minutes of waiting she said there is a problem with your insurance after already being there 45 minutes. I went home and called only to find out that there was no problem with my insurance only with the clerk. So if you want to waste a couple of hours here and still not get service than this is the place to go!!!

Organization is key.

I always have to wait about 20 minutes for my Rx no matter when my doctor sends it in. Ive even waited over a day just so I wouldnt have to wait when I arrive.

Always good service and clean store. Never had a problem here at this location.

Middle-of-the-road Pharmacy. Workers are unhelpful at times and script fill can be slow. The good part is that they are located in a good spot right off HWY 50.

I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy in any aspect, whether it be their speed, knowledge of prescriptions, or just their general lack of awareness. Corporate should be ashamed this location is even open for business considering the terrible service they provide. Find another pharmacy that is actually knowledgeable and not filled with mindless dim witted people in lab coats that are unworthy of calling themselves real pharmacists.

Such a SLOW pharmacy, you better get here at the butt crack of dawn to get quick service. I waited in the drive threw line for 45 minutes thinking it would be faster than going inside. Even with being able to hear my screaming child they wouldnt get their butts in gear. Its ridiculous

I go into Walgreens once again to use a $2.00 coupon I had downloaded on the Walgreens app on my phone. The manager Joanie stated that they have nothing to do with it and its the balance rewards who is responsible for it. She was very rude and started to get loud and I was not finished talking to her and she walked away and she mumbled under her breath. VERY RUDE! I will no longer be going in because this is the second time Ive tried using the coupon. Mr. Evens will be getting a call due to Joanies attitude and unprofessionalism.

Nice job, with evening employees. Matched and correctly price items with the price that was directly under the items, even though items may have been placed in the wrong location. Thanks for the savings.

Poor poor service! The young girls cant understand words of any language. God forbid you dont have a paper script! Youll never have it found. Very bad communication.. Very long wait time. I needed a z pack and an inhaler.. It took 1 hour! Look a mess and the young girls just talk about their life and how bad their back hurts and their love life.. Dont expect good service or a smile!

Really handy to Pueblo West traffic. We really like their photo department.

I want to thank Melanie in the Pharmacy. I am passing through and left my meds that I just had filled at home. I was very worried without my meds and I called this store spoke to her.. she sold me enough pills to cover my trip but the cost was high for 7 pills. She found me a coupon! This store rocks!!

Slow... Service ! Computer system said my RX wasnt ready when it was. I had to wait on hold for 8 minutes for them to clarify this information ! So frustrating ! The drive through line is so long.... !

I made the mistake of buying a prescription at this horrible pharmacy. Therefore all the refills must come from there, too. First, there is ALWAYS a line of customers. Its easy to see why: the girls who work there are the most ignorant people on the planet. And then when I have spelled my name twice, they still cant find the order. After consulting the pharmacist, he finds the order right in one of the front bins.I have reported all of this to the store manager, who actually apologized, but nothing was ever done to omprove things. There is NO TRAINING for these idiots!

I work for a doctors office - on hold for over 45 minutes to speak to a pharmacy member about a patients medication.

Everyone is always very kind and helpful! The pharmacy always goes above and beyond!

The manager lady is very rude because I witnessed a theft and asked the cashier y she didnt chase the thiefe down and the manager asked me to leave the store thats cool with me lady Ill never use your store again lol no biggie to me someone else will gladly take my money

The line for the pharmacy (inside and drive-thru) is always extremely long. Its clear to me that they are overwhelmed and understaffed. I sat in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes today... thats absolutely unacceptable.
