The prices here are good and they keep it Farley clean. The have everything in sections were it is easy to find what you are looking for. The staff here are friendly and will help you if you have any questions.
Theyre overpriced charging as much for a pair of donated shoes as Walmart does brave new! Its horrible
Pretty clean. Nice service but very cramped. Careful, you might get lost!
Awesome selection pretty reasonable prices got to love thrift stores!!
My favorite thrift store I’ve ever shopped at and I’ve been thrift shopping a lot since I was a kid. They have great items that aren’t out of date and reasonable prices. I’m most appreciative of the consistent sizing. It makes it a quick shopping/fitting experience for me, but I’m sure it makes their job easier because people don’t try more garments on than necessary. The employees are helpful, the store is clean and everything’s organized, donations are quick and easy. Great job! This is what I wish more thrift stores were like.
Fun looking through all the old kitchen ware and vintage china. They are a beautiful piece of history that has been unappreciated for to long. I am determined to find a little new life for these treasures.
Always interesting finds. Prices are a little higher than the other thrift stores.I like that this store is very organized and spacious. They have a large selection of furniture, clothes, shoes, etc.I found some very cool European cookie presses! The clothes selection is very wide! I even found a vintage Wrangler shirt I had been looking for.I found a MCM chair at a very good price as well!
What I love the most about Goodwill, is that its never the same every time I go in there! Theres no stagnant clothing or shoes or purses or toys and, as if they werent already inexpensive, they always have a 1/2 off and 30% off sale going on! So last time I went I got high heels, a mini dress and sun glasses for under $20!! As usual I was impressed!
Good place to shop if you have timeNice prices if you know what you are shopping for..
Saturday at noon. 25 People in line, one cashier.Terrible service. Waited ten minutes to see an item in the display case. Finally went to the backroom to ask where the employees are???Little manager looked at me and stated there was two people up there when I walked pastAnd stared at me as if I was the problem for asking for service.Apparently this is all normal.
Goodwill is a great place to shop for just about anything from childrens clothes to electronics. Its affordable, clean and different items everytime. Everything is well organized so your idea of needs are easy to find. Employees are very helpful which makes it enjoyable while shopping and donations are always welcome as well. I rate this store a five star and I will keep coming back for more! Thank you Pueblo Goodwill!!
Found new uniform pants for my kids at reasonable prices and some ties for my husband. Very nice, large and clean store. Well laid out.
Came from tie eastCoast. This goodwill is was cleaner and more organized then any I have been in
Clean store. Handicap accessible. Good pricing and large selection. Some POP culture collectible items. Will return again. Thanks to the Friendly staff .
There are always many treasures to find and buy here. Some of them in practically new others not so much. Recently, I was looking for a 2 drawer filing cabinet, couldnt find one new, but I found one here in very nice condition.
This store is really nice and you can tell they take pride in the work they do to make it look nice. I always find something good to buy here.
Friendly Service. Clean store.
Always nice to see what news inventory they have in. Staff is helpful and polite.
A great place to get your second hand clothing needs or furniture or household goods excellent prices on everything they have
Found some neat new stuff for our house
It always has good buys, I did buy a DS for $20 and it was a steal, although it was extremely dirty and did have charger but just didnt feel like it was worth the price just because of its brand with the condition of the ds
Prices were more reasonable today
Good selection of things!
Cannot drop off, considered dumping if they are not open or available.
Prices are good.
Used to love Goodwill, it was like a treasure hunt. Just went in there today. No more color sales. Okay, we can live with that. You can’t try anything on, you’ll spread the plague. Okay, we’ll try it on at home. Wait, we can’t try it on, but if it doesn’t fit, no refunds, you have to take a store credit. Thanks, but no thanks, you just lost my business for good.
Very high priced for donated used things! My favorite is all the used dollar store stuff they sell for $2.99! Whoever is in charge of pricing needs to a different job! Clearly no one if falling for it because its overflowing with over priced junk, you cant even get a shopping cart through the racks of $19.99 old jeans!
This Goodwill was super clean, organized and really a pleasure to shop. The staff had great attitudes and wicked friendly!
Store is very well organized and employees were very friendly.
I so appreciate this goodwill loading up the furniture for me! One of my favorite places!
Always good treasures to find, but be careful. You dont want to become a packrat. Its an easy thing to become when the prices are this low...😁
Long checkout lines for several visits in a row now, as well as several people waiting to see items in the cases. Always a great thrift store otherwise!
I love good junk!
True American sweat shop. Employees are not allowed to talk or go to the bathroom unless on a break. They are treated like little children. They are watched on cameras all day long. They are pushed to do way beyond what is humanly possible. The sorters have to reach into crates that contain needles, dirty diapers and all sorts of nasty items. The managers are not properly trained. They have no idea how to deal with people. Truly a horrible place to work.
Always a good variety of different items in good functional shape. A lot of dollar tree$1 items that are marked $1.99 or more.
My son and I found clothes and I got some jewelry
This place denied donations saying their too full but yet they get it free and over charge the public its a shame u can do that !
I love thrift store shopping! I like to wander into the untidy areas, like dimly lit corners & way back on the shelves that holds odds & ends that no one really knows the name of.More often than not something will catch my eye & I just have to have it but it has no price tag. Excuse me, sir? Can you tell me how much this thinga-majigger is?Just love that word! The Discover Goodwill Pueblo Retail Center gets my 5 star rating because the staff are always kind & helpful and the store itself is always clean and well maintained.Friendliness & Cleanliness will ALWAYS be the 2 most important things that matter to me when Im shopping.
This is one of those, Put it back Karen. I saw you hiding that knitting set in that steamer pot Situations.
It was good. Then do not sell Job Master boots!
Love this Goodwil
Awesome store!
The staff is helpful. They have four changing areas. They sell movies, dvds, cassette tapes. Lots of options for clothes. Free coffee and a nice sitting area. Every day I do believe two colors of sticker are discounted. One 50 the other 30 percent off.
Nice place
Finally got to go back out shopping after everything being closed. Found several items I was looking for to replace last summers items that I had to give back. Crowds were pretty substancial but not crazy. Didnt realize how much I missed it!
Cleaning out a family member house, tried to take stuff. No real customer service. Next time, I was a few minutes early and was told if I donate anything now cops are called
This is a pretty large Goodwill and they have a wide range of things in stock at all times. The employees are nice. The only problem is they usually need more workers as it tends to get busy and you could be waiting in line for a while.
Expensive for used stuff!
Very clean, and organized well
Super nice staff
The only Goodwill in Pueblo, but not the only thrift store. Unlike some thrift stores Ive been in, Goodwill is clean, well staffed, and has a great selection of goods. There are discounts on certain colors of tags daily, and their book section has free coffee for patrons. The bathrooms are clean and the building has a modern, inviting look to it. Donations are easy. Just pull up front, and staff will help you unload and give you a receipt for your donations.
The Pueblo store is setting records in sales in the Discover GoodwillSouthern Mountain Region....thanks to generous donors. This leading store in the Southern Mountain Region uses a FULL 90¢ of every dollar from donations to rescue, train and place in jobs - in local communities:VETERANSHANDICAPPEDHOMELESSDISCOVER GOODWILL and its generous donors are responsible for being the #1 trainer & employer doing this HUMAN RESCUE in this region....7800 rescued & employed as of this year - at this writing!!!!From a war-era veteran made homeless by a drunk hit-and-run.....Let me tell you:YOUR Donations&DISCOVER GOODWILLrescued ME!THANK YOU!Jim DunawayAttended Donation CenterDiscover GoodwillPueblo, Colorado
Most prices are reasonable, but they still mark some $ Store (Greenbrier) items at $2 & up. Returns are with receipt within 7 days. Furniture prices are great! I bought an awesome love seat for $34, an oak desk for $14 & a vintage wood bookcase for $9! The bathrooms & store are always clean.Craft items are a bit high. Large, stained rubber stamps & pamphlets are usually priced $2-5 when the general aftermarket is around $1-2. Why pay $15-25 for a used comforter that you can get at the stores for the same price or less? Sheets are priced good at $3 a piece. Childrens books are mostly 99 cents each! Older (more than 5 yrs) non-fiction books are high. Clothing is well organized & value priced. Staff is very friendly & generally organized. One man in the mechanical department gave me $20 to go buy a pair of roller blades for my grandson when we couldnt find a missing skate at the store. This man really cares about his customers!
Nice inside and well organized. Service could have been a little more efficient.
If youre lucky you may find some unique items here. If you come on the weekend it will be busy. If youre a reseller, dont expect anything amazing as far as value goes.
I went in today with my daughter. I needed help with the jewelry case and Cody helped me reluctantly after huffing under his breath and acting like I was putting him out. He walked over, asked what I wanted, tossed it on the counter, and said nothing more to me. All he did was stare at my daughter and creep her out.
Ive been the Goodwill from here in Denver and this had to be the most cleanest organized friendliest I was totally Blown Away by it kudos to the manager whom I spoke to. Have to take my hat off because I like I said been to a lot of Goodwills in my time Not only was it well organized family and have nice quality things there you can tell this guy really took pride in his store only wish I had more time to spend there but Ill be back for sure!
If I could give 0 I would. Manager April is very unprofessional. Likes to walk after people yelling at them as they are leaving and trying to donate. I will take my donations and business elsewhere
Way too expensive. Most of the home items I can buy for the same price as what theyre selling used. I understand they have costs, but all of this stuff is donated, seems like people are getting greedy.(Plus their stickers are nearly impossible to get off, and always in the worst place)Just go to New Horizons (?) down the street. They have great deals
I found 5 pairs of pants, a pair of shoes, butterdiah, & dog toy for $40Now that is a bargain in this day & age.Goodwill has always been a great place to shop.
Frendly people that will help you find or show you where.you can find what you are looking for. Suggest different options or give ideas. I love the new layout and end caps are decorated nicely! Great job Pueblo!
The Pueblo Goodwill is the Nicest Goodwill Ive ever been to ... And Ive been to A LOT of them across the U.S.
Good
A good store theres always something interesting inside
I was in the Pueblo Goodwill yesterday what a disappointment! I enjoy reading and their books use to have colored tags therefore you use to be able to get some awesome books at a great price. To my surprise all adult hardback books are one price and all paperbacks are one price. No more colored tags so you will never get a discount. That was a heart breaker. Then I went to look at dishes and found several different pretty plates, $4 & $5. What!? For 1 plate? Needless to say I wont be back. There are several other second hand stores here in Pueblo plus yard sales, garage sales, estate sales, auctions where prices are w-a-y better. This is one customer you just lost.
Clean, organized, easy to find clothes and household goods.Kind staff that have assisted me when my son had a meltdown in their store. Really great people with kind hearts to help and hard working mentality. Great combination!
Way overpriced on the stuff they get for free. At one time it was nice to go shopping at a thrift store as ypu would find great deals now forget it just like the greedy corp blood suckers way overpriced so why spend my money at goodwill when I get it cheaper on ebay or a yard sale. I am done no more spending my hard earned money at this store
This is an awesome facility, and they have a great selection of clothing and various other items. Their staff is helpful, and patient. My grandfather frequently visits this location, and they always have fresh coffee, and cookies for those just relaxing while their other parties shop.
They have awesome clothes, furniture and a ton of Halloween gear. Plus a kick ass book store / lounge. Not a big fan of their corporate structure, but this individual store is pretty nice.
I think this is a fantastic Goodwill location. It is large, clean, and has friendly staff. Their selection is quite good, too! I come here a couple of times a year to refresh my wardrobe and Im glad that I do.
Always a treasure hunt at this Goodwill and fair prices. I live outside of Pueblo and whenever Im in for the day I always stop here before going home, you never know what youll find.
It seems like they have a lot more items. Just remember if you are going for clothes the fitting rooms are closed right now.
Very well organized spacious and clean goodwill. Some of the furniture was gross looking. Much better than average thrift store.
This is hard for me to write because I dont like giving away my favorite secret shopping locations - kind of my happy place and I kind of dont want to share, lol. However the store and employees deserve the kudos and praise, this store is such a gem! I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager (who was out on the floor helping out - a real manager who is out coaching his employees and interacting with customers) and he was so kind and helpful. I had to tell him how much I enjoy shopping at the Pueblo Goodwill. This store has great selection and I can always find treasures and bargains. Prices are fair and you can find a sale tag with some searching and luck 🙂! I enjoy searching through the clothing, well I actually enjoy searching through all the different departments but am definitely a clothing gal. The employees of Pueblo Goodwill are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The dressing room folks are kind and good natured. The cashiers are also great - always friendly and patient. Honestly, many other Pueblo stores could take lessons on customer service from the employees of Goodwill. They deal with grumpy, greedy, sneaky, stinky, weird, loud obnoxious people on a daily basis and still manage to treat everyone with respect. There are a lot of weird customers that come in and unfortunately the location attracts homeless and thieves which the employees have to deal with so it truly is amazing that they are still so friendly and kind to everyone equally. I greatly appreciate this Goodwill - great selection, fun variety, excellent employees, very clean, organized, well maintained and fantastic management. I am part of a thrifting/recycled fashion and style community and have the opportunity to share high rated locations with other bloggers and stylists. Thank you Pueblo Goodwill - I love and support you and am so happy to live in such a great town ♡♡♡
Very nice Goodwill store everythings really organized even the clothing are itemized and organized in sizes lots of mens and womens clothing very nicely hung up on hangers all kinds of different stuff you probably wouldnt think they would have but they do and it most of the time they have 50% off and 30% off tags on a daily basis their color coded and it tells you what color of the day on the wall as you walk in very impressed one of the nicest Goodwills Ive been in, in a long time
Love the place however I am tired of being followed asked every 5 minutes help you find something. No I looking thank you and few very rude older ladies work but love the manager dude bigger guy. Rocks
The staff is rude. The complimentary coffee is usually not ready and its hard to get the staff to refill it with them rolling their eyes at you. At the register, thats right... singular, they just want to push you out as fast as possible. Horrible place. Ill do my business at new horizons! Way better model and better prices!
As far as second hand stores go, its not the best or the worst in Ptown. If you want good selection and low prices then go to Boyer Brothers, 1123 S Prairie Ave, Pueblo.
Products look clean and in fairly good condition, although the prices on clothes were a little high. Its best to buy items which are discounted or on sale.
If you try to negotiate a price then never cooperate. I explained that I needed a cheap suitcase to bring donated clothes down to poor indigenous people in Panama and asked to get the price reduced. The suitcase was already damaged in one corner and would not survive more than one trip anyway but I only needed it for one trip since I was not planning to return it to the States. Instead of supporting a good thing .. they were not compassionate at all and I do not appreciate the attitude of that snobby manager.
They have some good stuff. Its a little pricey or a Goodwill, also. Im from Denver, so Im also used to more of a collection of things. Still a good thrift shop if youre looking in the area.
This is my favorite goodwill. They have so much stuff! Love the layout, makes you feel like you are in a department store not a thrift shop. Extremely organized. If only all goodwills looked like this.
Great selection of housewares and clothing for a good price!
A nice store with clothing and accessories and some household and outdoor items. Occasionally very busy and crowded at certain times. There is a place to read books in the back, or even enjoy some free coffee while you browse.
The layout is very convenient. Lots of good options. The staff is extremely friendly
Great selections, very friendly staff and well organized.
This is a large store with easy access from I25. They keep the store full as well. Good deals abound, but sometimes they seem to mark up name brand items a little to much. This is not a resale boutique, but a Goodwill store.
CHECKIN EVERY THING YOU WALK IN WITH….I had bought a walker and crutches there weeks before my surgery. On 8/29/16 I returned using my walker to get from the car to the store. I was looking for shower chair and found one. However I could not carry it with my walker so I put both items in a cart and went to the check out. I explained that I brought the walker in and was just buying the chair. They did not believe me. I said well, check your cameras. The lack of response indicated that they don’t have any. I had the Manager call the previous store clerk that I had just came from. He remembered me and said I certainly did have a walker and that’s why he helped me out with some paint. The Manager then asked the clerk to “describe the walker”. Unreal! I’ve donated thousands of dollars in good items to this chain in many cities over the years. Never will I go there. I even offered to “buy the walker again” it was only $5.
I was impressed with the organization of this goodwill. They have a ton of clothes. Plenty of employees keeping the place nice. No one was rude, although no one went out of the way to be nice either. This place is way better than any goodwill in New Mexico. Furniture was pretty beat up. I got 5 pairs of shorts for $20, so I dont know what everyone is talking about high prices. They were brands youd find at kohls for 17 to 25 each, so seems like a deal to me. People say shop at Walmart, its cheaper, but nothing you buy at Walmart will even last long enough to make it to Goodwill! People are just cheap.I think this place is great!
Great store..clean,organized and full of bargains
Great service friendly people good place to go
I had fun in Goodwill looking for Halloween items for my granddaughter Joslyn, found what we needed, great store! So many items. It was packed today. Good business.
Looking for canning jars. There were some, but costly. This goodwill needs better marketing to move merchandise. Denver goodwill does it all the time. Guess Ill be going to Denver.
Pueblos Goodwill store is located just east of the Pueblo Mall and south of hwy 46. I visited the store on a Wednesday afternoon. I enjoy finding the right deal on many different items. Anything from clothing/shoes to housewares/furniture plus lots of bric-a-brac!!I did get my treasures on this trip! An extra incentive could be the daily discounted color price tags! This day I found 20 American Flag lapel pins with red tags which netted me 30% extra off each pin!Thank you to everyone that helps make Goodwillgreat for us all!
Great store. Great staff eager to help. Great prices. Will be a repeat customer for sure
Found a pair of jeans and a shirt for work. Not much else of interest.
Clean & well organized store. Prices are comparable to other thrift stores. Large variety of items. Friendly and helpful employees.
