They have horrible customer service, didn’t fix my phone all the way I keep having reoccurring problems with it. They guy with long hair was really rude and disrespectful they were changing there prices around also . Don’t go here you should jus waste your money at apple and get better quality.

The store employees were very knowledgeable and very accommodating! My battery pack had to be built and they had it ready in 15 minutes.The Aurora store employees acted as if they were doing me a big favor in putting together the battery pack and also would have charged $20 more for building it.

Bought a battery for my atv.. it was bad and wouldnt hold a charge... I took it back and they tested it and said it was acting funny and to come back tomorrow so they can charge it overnight .. I asked them for another battery they refused.. said the condition was too bad..(it wasnt) I asked for my money back and they refused.. im not sure who the two young, unintelligible guys they hired in there are but I am not happy and will never do business with them again.. scam shop, I advise you avoid shopping or doing any business here with my personal experience in mind... thats not how you do business..

There not as good as they were before new ownership. I just dont feel the customer service. They use to always steer me in the right direction, always making me feel like they had my best interest at heart, so I was always willing to pay a higher price. I just dont feel like that anymore.

I went in to see about a car key fob repair/replacement. Jan was able to repair for me, get me a new case, and took the time to make sure everything worked and that I understood the benefits of each option. Paul was also in store and helped out with making sure I knew the options. Ive been holding off on getting it fixed because I thought itd be expensive or a long time but they had it fixed in 5 minutes! I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs and will recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you so much for all of the help.

My Interstate battery of 3 years was not only dead, but had been giving me issues for the past 6 months and now was leaking acid. Time for a new and different battery. Hubby had gotten a Duracell battery from Batteries Plus Bulbs 2 years ago for his truck and its still going great - cold weather, no problem.Jumped on BPBs website, looked up my vehicles make, model and engine. It gave a list of compatible batteries, of which I chose the one I liked the best: SLI65AGM Duracell Ultra Platinum AGM BCI Group 65 Car and Truck battery. It has 750CCA and 48 month warranty. Far better than the Interstate. Remember: you get what you pay for!I selected that battery and the site asked if I wanted installation or pick-up. Since my car had been on the car charger for the past 2 days, I selected installation. A calendar popped up requesting a date and time. OK, selected next day and early morning. Made the purchase. Done.Next morning, drove over and checked in with Robert for my appt. Robert grabbed my battery, went to my car, removed my old battery and installed the new Duracell with no problem. Took less than 10 mins. Went back in to get the receipt and was on my way. If everything works out, I wont be back for 4 years. 😁All in all. The experience was flawless - from website to store. FLAWLESS!

Went in here because they offer cell phone repair. Their corporate superiors wouldnt allow them to fix my particular problem. They got five stars because they directed me to the place that did my repair.

The products are good, and the customer service is excellent. The Staff is always polite and friendly.

They broke my Face ID and its in their paperwork to test it out before and after and they did not. It was working just fine before! And on top of that my water resistant seal is no more. They won’t take the fault for their mistake so my whole situation just got ten times worse.

Found the bulbs I needed to brighten my living room.😊

Ordered a new battery for my phone and when they called to tell me my battery was in. I went to the store and I was told they could not replace the battery. Three people looked at phone and said the same thing. I dont know why they told me to start with that they could replace it.

The gentleman that assisted me when I picked up the car battery on line was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The item I purchased on line was immediately ready for pick up. He loaded the battery into my car even though the weather was cold and windy and I could have loaded it myself.

Because when I was looking for a very low voltage lightbulb for my basic solar panel system, I found one that only uses, 0.20 volts per bulb ... And its just a45 watt system. Runs the light all night long, no problem, on one 12 volt battery. I use it as a yard light at night...Thank You BPB

I have previously had a screen replaced at another repair shop and was shocked by the poor service. Both my phone and my brothers were fixed and in perfect condition within 30 minutes. Recently purchased a PowerSonic lithium battery for my Softail Deuce from Robert at Pueblo Batteries Plus Bulbs. Great customer service and they beat the internet price by $30.00, and have a complete line of lithium batteries for all motorcycles. Starts the bike fine in zero weather. Suggest checking them out.

I brought in my cracked iPhone 6s Plus. They fixed the screen which was awesome! But now I cant go 20 minutes without it starting to ghost touch I brought it back a couple of times and it still isnt fixed... on top of this they wont fix it or do anything because they said its not their fault that the phone will never operate properly again. When I asked the fat guy at the counter for a manager card he gave me a card with the number to the store so I had to talk to him again instead of being able to talk to the manager.

I brought in an AC adapter that had two breaks in it. The sales associate checked to see if they had a similar one. No luck. So in less than 10 minutes, he rebuilt the one I brought in and charged​ me a nominal about for doing so. Always have good service there. Pleasant, knowledgeable​, skilled staff.

One person working. Computer wasnt working and I really needed these batteries and I didnt have time to wait. The person working wasnt speaking to me AT ALL like Im sorry this is taking so long. The batteries I needed were $5.99+ I laid $10 and said I have to go. I was very upset and still am! VERY RUDE and I understand that the computer malfunction wasnt his fault but at least try to be friendly and engaging.

In my opinion this place does not stand behind their work on screen replacement. After 5 months when phone was dropped the screen they put in popped out and the corner broke. Anyone who has had an IPhone or any phone knows we drop them on a regular basis and hence we have protective cases and screen protectors for that reason. If the screen pops out of phone when dropped none of the safety features will work. The screen should not have popped out from a normal drop of phone if the work when replacing five months ago had been done correctly.. Batteries plus manager Rob claimed otherwise and again in my opinion I would not recommend this company for screen replacement. Also Manager Rob claimed his location in Pueblo was rated number #1 in the nation for screen replacement. Very bold arrogant statement and attitude instead of simply standing by their work. Sad to have to pay $125.00 for repair due to what I believe to be poor workmanship. You decide for yourself if you would do business with these people. We will not again.
