My husband went to this Pueblo location twice to buy me perfume. He said he was treated so badly the first time that he left. He is a construction guy so be probably was in uniform. But he looked beyond the rude costumer service and went back a second time and stated he was treated just as badly but he managed to buy me the Versace Absolu.. I love this perfume and I appreciate my husband going thru the terrible costumer service just to make me happy.

I didn’t catch her name, but one of the employees tonight was the most helpful, kind and patient employees I’ve ever encountered while at this location. She helped me pick my foundation, and a good powder. They were pretty busy but she made sure to come back to me when she could. Thank you so much to her!

One of the worst visits I’ve had. Perhaps if a person is truly that miserable, they should stay home and not take it out on their customers. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sephora and it’s service like today that makes me want to shop elsewhere. Or maybe it was the fact that I should drive to another location if I wanted the product I was looking for (at the suggestion of your associate).... You’ve just lost my business at this location and I WILL gladly drive another hour for better service and a better selection.

Look....99% of dudes probably wont go in this store with their lady, however Ill go in this store myself, without my lady. Fantastic store! I love how they do business, how friendly and helpful they are, and Im definitely going back ASAP! 🔥🔥Cologne!!

The service I received here was really great. I needed assistance in a hurry and the ladies on the floor were very friendly and capable. I felt confident in my purchases and pleased with the experience.

Great place for a huge variety and for finding obscure makeup/beauty products. If you sign up for a membership card it keeps track of your purchases that earn you points to spend in the store and they give you a free goody bag on your birthday that has some awesome stuff. Since most makeup is expensive they have sample sizes for some of their products and Sephoras own personal line of cosmetics is less expensive but still a vast variety.

Loved it! Customer Service was great, and they were so kind. I walked in and they asked me if I was looking for anything. They introduced themselves and Heather was amazing. She was so nice! I couldn’t believe it. After I left, I saw her in the J.C. Penny part of the store again. She was like “Hey, Hon!”. So, to conclude they do care about their customers and they don’t forget about them. I would recommend going there.

Im no beauty guru but I didnt expect to walk for at least 20 minutes before anyone even addressed that I was there and when someone did finally talk to me they didnt try to really go over any products or anything or even ask me what I was really looking for. I had mentioned I wanted a well rounded out eye pallet that was more naturally with a few playful colors not wanting a lot of glitter or metallic. The lady who had finally spoken to me showed me two products that were completely unrelated to what I mentioned I was looking for then just walked away. I have never felt more unwelcome in a store before. I had seen one of the girls just look at me and roll her eyes because apparently I didnt look like I was going to spend money or hey them their commission or whatever. I had actually planned on making a purchase after getting a little help with my questions I had but nobody asked me anything and I watched as people who came in after me who I guess have the Sephora look to them and were obviously more important than someone not painted up wearing a hoodie. I will never go back into this Sephora for anything. The staff is absolutely horrible and only cares about the people who come in wearing expensive clothes and a full face of glam makeup. Im so sorry to have dishonored Sephora by my presence and being new to the makeup community. I will be sure to tell anyone I know looking for a good place for cosmetics to stay far away from here.

I love this Sephora location. I find that the girls are very knowledgeable and the staff is awesome. I have been helped with the greatest customer service at this location and they try so hard to please everyone which as we all know is impossible. The staff awesome and should not be criticized over their appearance when they work incredibly hard to show their own talents. I love this Sephora.

I usually shop SEPHORA online, but I needed 1 last minute gift so I went into the store. Huge mistake, the girl working was so rude to me! I was in line and listened to how she treated everyone before me so nice, then I go up to pay and boom...rude as all hell! I wont step foot in that store if I see that is girl working!

I love working here. The leaders of the store are very knowledgeable and willing to help you grow in any way. In 3 months I work in Sephora I got promoted right away. Because the managers of Sephora and the Store itself recognizes people that do their job and give their best. I am a proof of it. That if you do your job and give the best in everything you do you’ll get rewarded.

Heather is the nicest lady ever I dont think Ive ever been happier to go in a store she makes the experience truly lovely

I dont know much about makeup and my daughter is new to makeup so I took her into Sephora and a gal by the name of Kiki was such a great help her customer service is excellent Kiki went above and beyond to meet my daughter and I needs she educate us and taught us how to use the products we are very satisfied with the products she set us up with and definitely will be coming back to see her again thank you Kiki for all your help

All I want to do is get rid of a gift card I have for SEPHORA and Ill never shop there again. Ive had nothing but horrible customer service there for the last year. Either no one will assist me or they are extremely rude. The females here seem to have a attitude, annoyed by there customers presence. My last few visit ( to spend gift cards) they avoid eye contact, again no assistance. They are always out of product. ULTA all the way. They are sweet, approachable, present, knowledgeable. Overall always a good experience at ULTA. Think my last gift card will go to the garbage.

The females that work in this store are RUDE and UNEDUCATED. i went in looking for a bronzer, i have super white skin and need something with a blue undertone rather than a red undertone...well the chick who was helping me had no clue what kind of product i needed, and the chick she asked to assist her told her oh, i have brown skin, i wouldnt know, i dont have that problem and walked away. SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I WOULD!!!

I will never visit this store again. The employees are uninterested in working here and uneducated about the products they are selling. They also cannot help you find the right foundation. The salesgirl used a tool that takes pictures of your skin and selects a brand and shade, and it picked a foundation that made me look sickly pale and washed out. The salesgirl made some other suggetions, but they looked equally pale and awful once she applied them. She relies on the tool rather than learning anything about makeup. She and the other girl working seemed more interested in gossiping and talking to each other about their lives than helping the customers in the store.
