Love this place but I was told my 3 yr old grandson couldnt go in so my husband kept him out of the store. The greeter told me its because kids break things. I did keep my cool...all I needed was hand sanitizer so I was in and out in 10 min. I wanted to look around but that didnt happen. It was probably the greeter that had an issue.

There is no way that you can pass up this place in the mall. You can smell the whole store even if you are right across from it! The people are very friendly right when you walk in and are willing to help you find the right stuff or they are quick to point you in the right direction.

Nice place with lots of options and choices. Ready for Christmas but too soon for me.

I was on the main website to post my review- not this particular location- but I have always had good experiences with bath and body works however this time was not good. I ordered 8 items on 11/1. I received an email on 11/12 saying they received my return- to my surprise as I never received my items. I tried a few times to chat and finally got someone but it said there was a problem and we were disconnected - so I called- the rep I spoke to was very nice and professional but the information he has was that it was in my area and should be delivered that day- which was 11/14- I waited until the Tues after but never received - I tried again to chat- ended up having to call again- was told it was lost in shipment and something would be sent - never got anything- called yet again And was told it would be reshipped and I would get an email saying so- still nothing - I called YET AGAIN and was told It was was sent to be reshipped TWICE BUT NOW I would have to re order and if I want the sale prices I got the first time I ordered I would have to order and then go into chat and give them my order number to get the price - it’s a lot of work- oh and did I mention they said they are now out of stock of 2 of my items? I’m hoping this is just pandemic issues and that it will not be this hard and frustrating to order in the future

Love this store. Wanted a whole set that was not on the shelf and the woman there went in the back and I watched her opening boxes till she found it! Above and beyond!

They say they allowing 15 people, but I never counted 15 when we were finally let in. Took almost 45 minutes standing in line to get in. Although I must say the employees were top notch. Friendly and very helpful

Favorite place to shop. They seem to always have a variety of lotions and sprays ! Also beautiful and good smelling collection of candles.

Love the products hate the lack of coupons during Covid-19. You would think that email coupons are safer and cheaper than mailed ones.

They are doing a good job of only allowing limited customers. They also wipes down the cashier counter and any electronics that the previous customer may have touched.

Im really bummed out because they are no longer carrying their perfume! I love their body sprays, but they do not stay on like the perfumes! The staff today was great, store was crowded, but all went smoothly with check out and help finding what we needed.

Helpful, friendly employees, great scents. Just wish they carried more of the classic, year-round favorites, not just an overabundance of the seasonal stuff. I know they are available online, but sometimes its quicker and easier to pop in to the shop rather than wait (and pay) for shipping. Still love them, though.

How can you not love this place.

My wife and daughters love all the soaps and sprays they have to offer.

Doesnt take checks anymore due to their computers inability to handle checks. This is not posted anywhere.

And organized, the couldnt give a rats butt about customer service. It was a disaster and Im surprised someone hasnt been severely injured by the lack of cleaning.I am very disappointed with my experience.

My favorite place to stroll around and give myself sensory overload! I love the new highlights and the section for masculine scents.

They dont carry the scents that I got used to wearing in the past, instead they replace them with all this weird seasonal stuff that tends to be really boring. Bring back Sensual Amber!

Disappointed in the 3 wick candles. The wicks dont burn, they go out. I have bought the candles regularly from the local store. Usually buy 4 at a time and I was thinking that it might have just been one. No I am on the 2nd one and its the same thing.
