I traveled a hour and got to the store with 3 minutes until closing as I walked up to the door the sales associate locked the door, I knocked on the door pointed to the time and was completely ignored! I understand we all want to get off work a few minutes early but the way the 2 ladies handled it was absolutely disgusting! I will be contacting the manger and cooperate!! Great customer service skills Not!!

I called regarding a challenging hair coloring question. Brian was very helpful. He took the time needed to figure out the issue and gave a great recommendation. I’ve been trying to figure out this hair coloring problem for a while now, and Brian was the first person to give me workable advice. Very grateful that I just happened to get him on the phone!

For the most part, my quite often experiences there are great. I usually always find what Im looking for. The only complaint is when I was there this evening. Ive never stole from the store and always just take my wallet to avoid staff thinking I would steal. I know I live in pueblo but its annoying that just because Im not white or because I dont dress fancy, doesnt mean I need to be looked at like Im a thief and keep close eyes on me. I paid for my items today and one of the workers at the desk said :you can leave the basket here at the front of the desk. Doesnt make sense as to why she wants me to leave it in front when I should be treated like a normal person and able to not be looked at like a thief when there is no reason to. No one else was told to leave their baskets.

This morning I called Sally beauty supply on 29th St. in Pueblo and my call was immediately answered by Amanda the associate working on 12/5/20. Amanda was very kind and accommodating. I was looking for a specific item and told her I would be in within the hour to pick it up; so Amanda set it aside for me. When I came into the store 20 minutes later Amanda greeted me, but did not know I was the person that had called in. I have done multiple mystery shopping assignments and I can tell you this: Amanda checked in with me several times to make sure I was doing OK and then when it was time for me to check out I told her my name and she pulled out the item that she had set aside for me. I watched her help the other customers and she was very attentive to everyone in the store. She was the only associate working and she helped everybody and was there to answer all the questions. There should have been three associates for the amount of customers there, but I understand because of Covid it’s hard. I just want to make sure that this girl gets the positive feedback from a customer that she deserves and I hope that corporate recognizes her for her hard work. Thank you so much Amanda! I appreciate you!!! I will return very soon.

I was in this evening buying a specific type of extensions that best matched color and texture. The employees I dealt with were friendly and helped me find brand j was looking for i also left my phone by accident and they had ran it out to me as I pulled up!!!! They did seem over interested in my car tho🤔🤔????

Called to ask if they were allowing people in the store and i was put on hold for 26 MINUTES! after 10 i was seeing how long until they disconnected me without picking up the phone again. ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional

I usually love coming to this Sally location but today I went and was basically Covid19 lectured and then when i went in, she locked the door right behind me and proceeded to bother and follow me asking if i found what i was looking for. I just like to come here, get what I need and get out without being followed but I think when I go to another Sally store, it will definitely be at another location. By the way, the one who followed me around was a short girl with glasses and dirty blonde hair.

Better selection of beauty products than most beauty supply stores. Not a large collection of makeup though. The staff when I went here was RELATIVELY friendly and SOMEWHAT knowledgeable about products.

The selection is great, Ive only been there once but it was very messy and there was a worker sitting on the floor behind the cash register on a pile of boxes talking on her cell phone sounded like she was talking about her after work plans or something. When I was ready to check out I had to wait a good 5/10 minutes before she got off her phone to check my items out. She didnt say a word to me the whole transaction and when she handed me my bag I said thank you she looked at me and got back on her phone. Weird

The night crew on w .st. provided such outstanding customer service, their so nice and very helpful! It was a good choice on my niece and I to go to that Sallys location .

11/6/17 12pmSome older women is working right now and i Just had the worst experience and won’t be coming back ever again! There’s a little sign that says buy 1 ion dye and get one free. You’re out of one product and I asked to check her pile of unstocked stuff but she didn’t until I had to ask again. Apparently the deal ended yesterday however she honored it for the white woman that showed up to the store AFTER I did. She said she would give me the military discount cause my husband is a veteran but she didn’t actually apply it to my purchase.When I first walked in she was on the phone, just kind of walking up and down the aisle and didn’t ask me if I needed help. There were lots of those buy one get free signs still up so not only has she not done her job yet today but she also very clearly went out of her way to help everyone except for me, the only dark skinned woman who went in there. OH she also tried to give me an ugly little tote for the buy 4 get a cross body bag free instead of the actual bag advertised.Unbelievably poor service.

Better selection than the Pueblo West store, but seem a bit overly paranoid about shoplifters...
