My family moved here from Denver several years ago and both of our cars are Mercedes. As there is no like dealership in Pueblo the selection of repair facilities is somewhat limited. I have found Southside Auto Repair to be timely, precise, honest and priced within range. This is not the first auto repair facility i have used since locating to Pueblo but i find this to be the most rewarding in terms of work done, education and affordability. This is especially attractive to a person such as myself with limited mechanical knowledge. I would recommend the services of this organization to anyone in need of honest, quality auto repairs at a nominal repair price.

Everyone I interacted was extremely friendly and helpful. I have been getting my tires done elsewhere because of proximity and have been unsatisfied with the experience, but I will be coming to Southside Tire in the future.

Do NOT bring your diesel here. I brought my f350 in for an oil change and to have the a/c looked at. $2,500 and 3 weeks later, my a/c is still not fixed and they then proceeded to let me know they are not qualified to work on it...and I now have oil leaks.. Also, they forgot to do the oil change. Sorry for the inconvience and have a nice day they said with a smile.

Too busy over a two week wait just to have your car seen

I took my car in with a screw puncturing one of my tires. I came in about half an hour before their closing which, since I used to work in food service, I always hate to do. These guys were already cleaning up and getting ready to go home but they couldnt have been nicer or more professional. They repaired my tire and charged me a very fair price. All in under 20 minutes. 10/10 Highly recommend and will be back.

Southside auto charged my wife 544.83for a tune up the dealer Pueblo jeep was 299. Out the door.

My wife Debbie Gove took her Toyota to these guys to look things over for her trip to California.A smell started arising as she headed out,I called them up and told them of the issue.Their reply was to bring it back in.Long story short, not only did they fix the problem!!!!,I feel, they had my wifes safety in mind!!!Thank you Southside Auto Repair!!!!Respect to ya and yall stay safe out there!!!Larry

Great staff, very personable and take the time to diagnose the issue. They really aim to get your car into the best working shape and let you know everything that they are doing. Great company will definitely be going back and referring others.

They had to do some structural repairs for us and were very professional and accommodating. Customer service went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

Traveling from Houston in my motor-home when the alternator went out. It took 2 guys to get it out but after about an hour and a half it was changed. They charged me half of what i was expecting to pay. Its really nice to know there are honest reliable shops in business. Also recommended an oil additive that got rid of the lifter noise. Very happy with these guys!

It’s like I have a new truck!! All new brakes and shocks. In at 9 done by 3 and even when I wanted to spend more for shocks Bill would not let me. He said he picked the best for my vehicle and I didn’t need to spend more. I recommend Southside for quality and customer service.

If you want personal service and a company more interested in solving a problem than making a buck, Southside is the place. On vacation from Washington state, my truck began shaking to the point of major annoyance. The owner, Phil, left his busy counter and spent a long time diagnosing my problem. Vince was so incredibly nice! They didnt have the tire I needed in stock but fixed me up with a used one to get home on the highway safer than with the spare. If I need tire service in Pueblo again I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

Great family owned shop with great customer service

Thanks Southside Auto Repair, I like the customer service and most of all the prices. I also liked that the workers there go above and beyond when doing the general check up. However, the fact that seeing as they go above and beyond on the general check up they notice a few things that you didnt even know your car needed making you realize you gotta spend more money than you want on the long run. But I mean its for the good, they make sure your car will be good now and the future.

This shop is fantastic! Phil and his crew have done a great job keeping my vehicle operational and on the road. Excellent work, fair prices, enough said! Glad to have found a nice place in my neighborhood. I am more than happy to refer all of my family and friends to this shop.

I called and asked the gentleman who answered a few questions about my car and for a quote. He replied with Im already doing this for someone here and I dont really want to waste my time with... I hung up at this point. I do not believe I have ever been that offended by a business in such a short amount of time.

Get things done right the first time....

They say they give you a good price on parts then charge more for parts than you can get them at AutoZone. Also go to AutoZone if all you need is a diagnostic. I was told they charge $95 per hour for repairs then they tried to slap that charge on me for just looking at my car. They are misleading and dishonest.

INCOMPETANCE RULES AT THIS SHOP.I came in for tire install easy right,that afternoon the shrader valve was leaking air on one of the tires had to bring car back next morning.Somebody messed up it happens.A week later came back for radiator flush easy right.Two days later car overheated because clamp not replaced on radiator hose.INCOMPETANCE RULES AT THIS SHOP could have blown head gasket beware mechanics have there head up the you know.Mistakes happen but twice in one week INCOMPETANCE RULES AT THIS SHOP.BAD EXPERIANCE LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY ALMOST BLEW HEAD GASKET.

Wonderful service cheaper than other places only 80 hour

I called to get my car towed and have it looked at today. When the tow truck finally did come and get it and we got to the shop they said they were too busy and couldnt even look at it today. Then they said their shuttle wasnt available and they didnt know when it would be available. Customer service was horrible. Never again.
