Its so refreshing to find an auto shop that isnt out to break you with this that and the other. The original consultation was great. They lifted my car and found the issues. Gave me an estimate. I just picked up my car after the job and it rides super smooth . All the kinks are gone and I feel reassured. Great job.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Another shop gave me a quote of $1500 and I was out the door at $600 at Compact. Accurate assessment,a fair price, good service.

I highly recommend this shop for any repairs on your vehicles. They always get you in and they are always on time. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. Compact has done all of the work on my truck and my girlfriends Jeep. They are super friendly and do great work. Rick, the owner, takes the time to explain the issues with out vehicles and always searches for the best repair option.

Worked on a truck for us, installed the wrong thermostat, said the truck was running and good to go, less than a week later it broke down again with the same issue, shop refused to cover the tow even though the issue was from their work. Lady on the phone was extremely condescending and rude. 40 years in business doesn’t mean much when you can’t treat your paying customers with respect.

Great people, my Jeep diesel was in bad shape after another local shop was not able to do a simple injector swap, and distroyed my engine. Putting a replacement engine in my Jeep was no easy task but Rick and his team took on the task and did an excellent job getting my back on the road.

Love this place! My grandpa has been taking his cars here since I was born and when I began driving, we started taking my cars here. Weve dropped it off in the middle of the night and its almost always ready the next day! Absolutely stand behind the work that they do. Always fair, honest and sincere in all of my dealings. They stand for integrity and are actively involved with every repair. There have been times I thought the problem was big and they do whats necessary even if it doesnt benefit them financially. I would trust them with any automotive problem.

Took to them for a leaking transmission cooler line.. Never fixed leak didnt stand behind parts or labor... Upon my further inspection figured out it was not tightened or seated properly. Fixed it myself in about 5 minutes.

Update:Since my last review, Id gotten another vehicle. I took it there this morning to get the brake pads and rotors changed. I was surprised that Riley remembered me and my last vehicle, as its been about 6 months. Just like before, they were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.I moved here about a year ago, so when my truck started acting up, I didnt know any good mechanics. My boss recommended them to me, and since the first phone call, theyve been nothing but polite and professional. I highly recommend them if youre having vehicle problems.

Had the F250 ( and shes an old girl) in here for some front end work and diff seals. I thought I needed x,y and z - Rylees dad advised otherwise after checking the truck and saved me money and work - super honest!! Had some minor snags with the diff seals after, but Rylee, her Dad and the rest of the crew didnt hesitate, got the truck back, in sorted everything out and sent me on my way again. Excellent service, good customer care and value for money. These guys are highly recommended!!!

For the comment from Dennis Martin, it was your compressor not condenser that we replaced, and you had it serviced somewhere else or did it yourself with Freon from an auto parts place because the system was overfull, with that being said the compressor failed due to being over pressurized. I explained we can only warranty parts for as long as the parts companies can warranty for, the job was done over 2 years ago. In my opinion people will slander a company when they cannot get something for free.I even made a call to the manager of the parts supplier we got the compressor from and they offered to give me a discount off a new one to help out. We always stand behind our labor and within our parts warranties. We have been here for over 30 years and our long time customers can confirm our reputation and we see it through their loyalty to us!!!! They are good working on older cars

I had Compact Auto put in an air conditioner condenser on my truck (5.9 Cummings) just over 2 years ago and the part has gone out already, they would not stand behind the parts or the labor. I will never use them again, unless I want to give them money every 2 years to replace the same part.
