I was excited to find an affordable oil change that included a tire rotation along with an inspection. I was surprised by how fast it was completed. But when I left I noticed a chalk mark from my kids playing still on my front tire- telling me they didnt rotate my tires. Even though it said that was an included service with oil change. I also was not informed of my 21 point inspection.

I originally went to Firestone for my tune up and oil change. Never got my tune up. The guys here checked out my truck and found a mouse nest on top of my engine that Firestone failed to tell me about. Willie made sure to let me know about everything that needed to be done and checked all the wires for chewing. Thank you guys for making my trip back home to Texas a safer one.

These guys were great to work with! Brought my Hyundai Santa Fe to the shop in the morning because I needed to have the suspension checked out. Willy was awesome about getting me in early for diagnostic testing! The front end needed to be rebuilt basically - was quoted that it would be done by 4PM. Price was as discussed and the work was done on time!! No more road noise, no more drippy oil pan. Thank you so much Willy and team!

Willy and his guys at Meineke are quick, honest, and caring! I had my AC compressor replaced late summer of 2020 by a small auto shop which it still never worked - they wouldn’t return my calls when I called about it not working. I had it looked at by a dealership mid summer in 2021 and it still didn’t work. I took it to Willy after much frustration and he and his guys were quick to figure out there was an electrical issue with the compressor…… They advised me that they could replace the compressor but to check in and see if maybe it was still under warranty which in my opinion is honest and in my best interested as it was still under warranty so it’s hopefully going to be fixed through that. I also got an oil change which was done quickly. Meineke has earned all my future business.

I took my jeep in because the window would not go down they charge $500 to fix it when I went to go get my jeep I tested it before leaving the window was making a nose everytime I rolled it down so I showed Willie before I even left he said bring in and again and we will fix took the jeep back the next day and they fix the nose only to find that the part Willie said I needed I did not because my window did not go down everytime it was acting same way before I took it in and then when I called to tell Willie he said bring it back so I did he then letter called me and said I would need a new switch for my window and that it would be $300 so I then asked why didnt you check the switch before changing the window motor he said they really dont deal with electronics there so then I asked why he didnt he tell me that in first place he said because they didnt know so I basically gave them$500 for nothing because the window motor was not even the problem. I would not go there, they are thieves. This place is a joke.

Absolutely love this place. I was a longtime customer with JiffyLube, but no more! Got my engine cleaned & conditioned, with an oil change as well for almost the same price I would have paid for just an oil change at my last spot. What a great company. 2 big thumbs up!

I took my truck in to fix a coolant leak, $1200 later now my truck has a knock in the engine and has lost all acceleration power. Very unhappy with results as well as price of labor. Will be returning to complain in person to resolve issue. Very much recommend any other shop

Called to get a quote on cylinder head replacement. Told $2200.00. Had the car towed in on Friday. Went over Monday they hadnt looked at it. Told me the price was at least $2600. Told me they would start next day, Tuesday. Went back next Monday, car was not moved. Told me the tech looked at it briefly and advised a new engine would be cheaper and faster. If they started previous Tuesday why am I only being told the following Monday and only because i went in and asked about the car. I said sure if you want to get an engine in for that price go for it. He said no way it could be done for that price. Right after saying it would be cheaper and faster. I decided, after 10 days of nothing, to tow it to another shop. Same car done in 4 days for $2400.00. Remanufactured engine installed. 5 year warranty.

I have had them do my struts first then i went in for an oild change and they offered me like a flush with my oil change. They were always polite and got me in and done in a great and timely matter. My car is older with alot of miles but that flush and oil change they did is amazing. My car has more power the engine is quieter and my gas milage has improved. I will not go to anyone else. Thanks guys. I just love u guys.

Went in for full fluid refresh, including the 4x4 service, on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did a great job and we’re able to locate a small oil leak I knew I had but was unable to find. The ordered the replacement part for the leak and had it within a half an hour. Awesome service, will be bringing my vehicle back for all my maintenance.

I didnt have an appointment with Meineke. I just called and told them I needed some work done on my vehicle. They said to bring my vehicle in and they would see how long it would take. I called ar 11AM, went down to meineke by 12 PM. They got my vehicle done by 3PM.

I went for air they said my compressor was out 9wen and bought me a Air tank from Walmart and put it in and it workThats said they take advantage of women and think every woman is naive they wanted to harve me 1200 said 9 need to replace everything and charge me 1200 for nothing I wont ever go back i paid 144. We broke down on the road and had to towed so I started calling shops. Willie the manager said the could get it in but couldnt guarantee that they could get it fixed before Monday. Bryan the mechanic diagnosed the issue and realized it was the fuel pump! They ordered the pump and Bryan said he would stay to get it fixed. I offered to help when needed. Long story short Bryan swapped out the fuel pump inside the tank and had us back on the road 30 minutes after they closed. I would recommend this guys. We were on vacation and headed home when this happened. We made it about 5 hours later than planned, but we made it! Thanks guys!

Needed an air conditioning switchover from the old R12 system. I needed it done ASAP as I was leaving town. Willie checked to make sure he could get the parts first, and said bring it in.They did what they said, had it back to me at the end of the day, and it works great. I went off of reviews and tried this place out for an oil change. I made an appointment online. When I checked in all of my info was correct and they started on my oil change in minutes. The 30% off coupon I had sent to my phone before my visit also saved me about $12. Being that my truck takes 8 quarts of oil the savings was nice. It was a nice experience to start the morning off.

Pueblo was supposed to be an overnight stop on a three week road trip this last summer, but my car had other ideas! Meineke was one of the only places with good online reviews that was open on a Saturday, so I took it in. Carl was fabulous, gave me a loaner car so my kids and I wouldnt be stranded in our hotel. He and I conversed back and forth the rest of the day, as we determined what the problem was and the appropriate solution. He was respectful, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to talk to my mechanic at home, etc. Parts were ordered for what was to be a major repair (replacing the valve body) and we got ourselves an unexpected four day stay in Pueblo as we waited for parts to arrive and for the work to be done. All throughout the process Carl kept me informed with frequent phone calls. He even gave suggestions of things to do in town with my stranded family. When the parts arrived, the Meineke team fixed up my car as quickly as possible and we were finally on our way. Now, 3 months later, my car is still running smoothly.Being stranded was a very frustrating situation, but it could have been much worse. It was such a relief to feel like I could trust Carl and his team to take care of us! I am so happy with the service I received. Thank you!

Square up place. Sent wrecker. Quoted price, got new engine, paid balance, got truck on a Sunday. Only complaint, used same old spark plugs and wires from old engine, with 160,000 miles on them. New ones are not included with longblock. All good, many thanks to Willie and Brad.

They were very friendly I used the one on Grand in Pueblo Colorado but it was $120 an hour and he fixed my thing within a half an hour but charged me the whole hour I dont know if thats how theyre supposed to do it but I could have used the other $60!!

My battery went dead at the bank. I walked to Meineke and these guys saved me. My fiancee is disabled and we were stuck several miles from home. They were professional and courteous even though they were very busy. They earned my business, we have new mechanic.

Took my daughters car to have an exhaust leak fixed. They said it needed a catalytic converter. From the cat back. There words! They said they couldn’t fix it there and referred me to Superior Exhaust on Berkley. I took it there. They were extremely helpful. They couldn’t believe we were told that. All it needed was a flex pipe. A relatively inexpensive fix. They fixed it and the car is running great! I would not recommend or go back to Meineke again!!!

I was impressed by the service here, particularly from assistant manager Brian McDonald. I was running a few minutes late for my oil change and they still managed to get me in and out quickly. My vehicle also needed an oil filter they do usually stock, so Brian was on the phone and had it ordered and delivered before I even knew there was an issue. He explained everything they did and there were no pressure tactics to upsell me on anything that I didnt actually need. I will definitely continue to bring my cars back here.

I grew up with a family mechanic who got too old to work on cars & I experienced the kinda of bad luck with auto shops I had only heard about. I’m 37 & I have to say this is the first auto shop I’ve come across that I could call my home shop. A place I would go out of town and out of my way to have only work on my car. The manager here was very helpful and courteous. He helped us with our problem so that we could make it home. Its been awhile since Ive met someone who was honest and wanting to help someone out of the kindness out of their heart.

Carl helped us diagnose the failure of a component in our coolant system which had cause a major leak. He and his team were able to cite, order parts for, and fix the problem within a handful of hours. An epic save made by righteous mechanics. Big ups and shout out to Carl for keeping in constant contact through every step and being able to find an economic solution to the issue. Great service all around, for customers and vehicles alike. I always take my car to Meineke. The staff is wonderful from the greeting to the drive away. They always make sure that my car is in top performance before they hand me back my keys. Whether that mean a topper on my fluids or some windshield wipers etc. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

LMAO, I absolutely love these guys here. 😅 I came strolling in cause I was dragging something under my car lol It was extremely embarrassing but so funny. They came around the corner looking at me like tf is that. Lol it was a horrible sound. They fixed it for me though and I didnt have to pay for that quick fix. That was my first experience here, a very memorable one! Second time, Im changing my front brake pads and theyre so chill about it. I love the atmosphere and it was cheaper here than other places to get them. Im a broke college student lol so take my word for it lol 💀

A great place for customer service!They checked out my car, and managed to also drive me to work that day before I was late and even let me grab some food on the way there.I would highly recommend this place as they take GREAT CARE of their customers. Offer great services, and their customer base is awesome too! They had a Rabbi there giving out kosher doughnut that were amazingly good. Ive had horrible times on the way to their place with my car on its last leg, but they have always had a knack for making the day better if you let them.

Paid for brakes and rotors in May 2019. Took it back 2 months later for adjustment as they asked me to. They never did any adjustment or moved the car. Took it to another mechanic, they said the rotors were never done. Called and made an appointment to have the brakes fixed correctly, as they are still under warranty. Left the car, took a cab to work, and have called twice for an update. At 3pm was told they should have a lift available soon to look at my car. Looks like I may need to get a lawyer, small claims or BBB involved to get what I paid for.

Scheduled 2 different appointments for oil change and both times when I got there I was told they couldnt get me in and rescheduled my appointment

Bryan and David at Meineke Pueblo displayed an outstanding level of professionalism and courtesy. Bryan, particularly, was enthusiastic when dealing with the challenges of my unique diagnostic car problem. I encourage anyone to rely on the Meineke crew for their car care needs.

Overall it was a good experience as you can get from a quick lube/fix place. The only issue I had was the wait time. 1hr even with an appointment to complete an oil change. Notice that my car was sitting for at least 20mins in the bay with no activity and then waited another 20mins for a air filter to be delivered and installed. This was all after showing up on time and then they took another 15mins to pull the vehicle in. So with the 1hr and 25min appointment for an oil change 45mins of that was just the car sitting. Besides the wait time they were professional and informative. Pushy when it comes to selling products but nothing less than what I would expect from a quick lube place.

Just paid $1700 to get my car back to when I got it its a lot of money but with what I spent and what I expect to get done in the future I am sure that they will give me a better deal now they know I can pay for it but Im sure Ill get a better deal and not like are u sure u can afford this deals deals deals and if not I will be putting u on blast that u dont take care of your customer that keep u in business

What should have been fairly simple for a mechanic, turned into a long waste of time and money. I had a pretty descent transmission leak. I had them change the seal on transmission pan. Turned out to be seal on output shaft on transmission “supposedly”. I then picked up my Jeep 4 times only to still have a leak and take it back. Over torqued bolts on transmission pan stripped threads to require tap & larger bolts. New pan cause somehow mine got “warped”. Long story short, over 6 weeks, over $600, non-refundable. Still had to take to a transmission shop to fix leak. Stay away....!

I came from out of town for work and was looking for a place to get an oil change. They were willing to schedule me for somewhat of a last minute appointment and took excellent care! Unusual for mechanics that I’ve visited before, the person at the front desk listened to me when I explained the kind of oil I wanted and the grade. He kept me updated on what the mechanics were finding (dirty air filter and shot wiper blades was all) and gave me choice when it came to getting those things fixed. I’m so used to mechanics trying to scare me into extra services, it was a breath of fresh air to work with them. My car ran noticeably better after the work they did and I paid the same price I’d pay for all of it that I would for a basic oil change where I live. Would give more stars based on my service that day if I could.

First time customer with Meineke Car Care Center with excellent service. The store manager Carl Warrick and the mechanics serviced and troubleshooted my car with easy and made sure I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this place to friends!

Had issues with my alternator, took my car in. Carl seemed nice and gave me an accurate quote, ended up being a belt and tensioner so saved a bit on repairs. Car got done much sooner then anticipated. Satisfied. Will update if any issues come up. If youre over 30 they have a free loner car.
