I had recently put a complete car audio system, Remote Start and Security put on my 94 chevy. I got everything at a great price. They have great pricing on their products. Not sure if I should be mad or thank the fine individuals at drive in autosound for not being competent enough to do their job and saving me $500. I took my jeep in to get a remote start and was told it was not possible on my year of jeep. I knew this was not true so I ordered my own remote start and bypass for $100 (they was going to charge me over $600 for parts and install) and installed it myself and guess what everything works flawlessly! These guys dont know jack if it aint plug n play..where have all the true professionals gone!

Did not treat me as a paying customer. When I walked in, the manager asked me if I was dropping off someone elses car without even say hello. I was not dropping off someone elses car, it was indeed mine, and I worked my butt off to have it. Then, once I selected a product, all of the sudden more charges kept appearing. Unprofessional, I will never return to this location. I would suggest the one in the springs.

I have always been skeptical, as an audio guy myself, of taking my vehicles to get worked on by other people. Let me assure you.. You do not have to be skeptical of this store. All covid measures were followed. Customer service was a 10/10. I went in at 9AM. They were there and opened ready to do business exactly at 9. The dash kit and parts needed for my install had to be brought from springs. I had my parts delivered.. And car completed before close of business the same day. My model car is known for radio issues and Justin was very knowledgeable and gave me many options and all were affordable. Now I have a premium radio in my vehicle and I was told if ANYTHING with the radio goes wrong just bring it by for a look (meaning they stand behind their work). I was missing screws from my radio before they touched it. He replaced those missing screws as well without a second thought. If you have had a bad experience in the past.. I beg you try again. If this business has flaws I didnt see them during my experience and look forward to all my work and business going through them in the future. Thank you drive-in audio for your help and especially thank you Justin! Great guy.. Cant say enough about his professional appearance and go get em attitude. He made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

I purchased a stereo last week from the Pueblo store on highway 50, service was unorganized..no one up front waited for 10 minutes. Finally spoke with someone and had stereo installed that same day. My wife and I waited for a ride to pick us up outside of store, as we were waiting we watched a young kid drive our truck to the back for install. I picked up my truck later on and noticed my speaker on the door was cracked (look like it had been kicked). An apology would have been nice but when I went to talk to the manager he claimed he installed it himself out front (WOW Lied right to my face) I confronted him on this and he was rude....REMEMBER PUEBLO IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND TAKE A VIDEO.

They ruined my truck!! Exposed wires, broken dash! Broken vents and didnt even put tye rubber boots back!!!

I was asked to have my car at the shop at noon for a speaker install. I was on time, but the install tech didnt even start on my car until 1:30. Install took less than an hour, and my car stereo sounds great. I was a bit bummed, though, because Adam.. the salesman that sold me the speakers and scheduled the install, told me the cost would be about 75 dollars. I was charged 100 dollars plus tax, though. The store staff and quality of install were top notch.

Justin and Team are incredible... Was such a delight doing business with them. I myself am involved with the automotive aftermarket and was astounded with their sense of community while visiting the location. Was accommodating and eager to solve my issue with the remote start system they had recently installed. Not to mention was able to find out they do window tinting. It was cold out and I decided I needed a remote start I stopped in to Drive-In Autosound spoke to Sabrina Smalls she seem to know what she was talking about. I ended buying a Viper remote start and paid for installation and also decided to get back windows tinted as well as a strip on the front window. The tint was good. Now the passenger side window rattles. I started having problems the vernext morning when my car would not start with the remote. I ended up to go back 3 times before it was corrected. I ended up having other problems went to have codes. Read they said it was very sloppy job.I didnt feel a

Went in to buy a system and told them I was only limited to around 500$ for the speaker. I look around and I end up buying the JBL bass pro with built in amp. Don’t get me wrong the speaker is amazing but.... I look up the price on amazon or practically anywhere else and it’s 200$ cheaper literally anywhere else you decide to buy it, long story short I paid 375$ for a 175$ subwoofer... scam artists!

Brought in my taurus to get the radio done, previous owners pulled a FUBAR on the radio. I scheduled my appointment, they installed a new radio and did a fantastic job despite the hole in my dashboard lol. I highly recommend this place. Last week someone broke into my 93 Toyota pickup and ripped off the CD/radio. Yes, believe it or not, someone stole a 25 year old radio. And they cut a total of 19 wires to steal it. A real hack job. Not only did they get the radio, they also cut the power supply to the interior lights and the dash clock. I took the truck to Drive-In Autosound for help. They set me up with a fantastic stereo/CD player, installed it, figured out the electrical mess and got the interior lights and clock working again. All of this for a great price. These guys are good! The installer knew what he was doing and had me on the road in less than 1 hour. I was taken care of by, Jeremy Chavez. I wanted to upgraded an alarm system I had installed a few months back that wasnt working up to par. Explained features of other alarms to me and made all the cost very clear and even broke down how some come with subscription costs. Great customer service and makes sure what you want works for your needs and budget.

Was disappointed with the customer service. Set up an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early just to sit in the lobby for over an hour before I was seen. People came in and out within that time. The prices are ridiculously high. To replace my stereo they were asking for $900. Was able to figure it out on my own for $250 without knowing anything about car audio. I would recommend asking people you know before coming here for any audio needs.

I just had Drive In Autosound replace the CD player and stereo receiver in my mini van. I searched around and compared prices. I emailed them and asked for a quote. They responded immediately, and I liked the quoted price. I stopped in and they got me in immediately for my replacement. They were friendly and quick. And the price was more than right, it was much lower than I wa s quoted elsewhere. They even had a staff member come out to my vehicle and completely familiarize me with how to work my new unit. The person that only gave them one star and said prices were high was really an unfair review.
