I went there with my daughter to check out the deals on laptops. The salesman Austin was very helpful and informative excellent service we bought a laptop that was right for her. Austin was the kind of salesman you want he listened to our needs and showed us the best options for us. Highly recommend him. Thank you Austin.

Ordered something online and set up for my husband to pick it up for me since he was out already. They wouldnt let him pick it claiming he was not on the pick up list. While I appreciate the safety precautions I know his name was there. So guess who has to make an extra trip wasting yet more gas unnecessarily. I go in and not everything was there so have to make yet another trip. Does not bother me except for the fact that the email says my husbands name and that I had added him to be my pick up person. Really!?!. Christmas is coming get it together.

It was a good experience. The Geek squad was knowledgeable and fixed my phone. I walked around and saw Best Buy had virtually everything a person would want. From appliances to computers.. The service, the employees were great.

Dont call to ask if they have the phone your looking for in stock. You get an automated system that gives you another natl number to call but then tells you that number has very long wait times so go on line and order. Im going to take this advice and order directly from Motorola. Thanks best buy for saving me money

Had nothing but trouble with the Geek Squad.First kid was more interested in selling me a new PC than repairing my seven year old computer. Took one look at it (without opening it up) and dismissively tells me Yeah, its done.Next kid was more interested in selling me upgrades once I returned with a new motherboard and needed a software issue resolved (yeah, dumb I know, but I dropped $200 for a one year subscription to Geek Squad).For anything other than repair or service, Best Buy isnt bad, but if you need repair or service youre going to want to go ANYWHERE but here.

The store itself is a typical Best Buy. Nothing wrong. BUT DO NOT BRING YOUR IPHONE HERE FOR SERVICE!! I brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen repair. Drove an hour to bring it in. Had an appointment. When I got there I was told they couldn’t do it that do. So I brought it back the next day. And the tech ended up breaking a sensor, erasing the phone, and blaming it all on apple. He gave me back my now even more broken phone, which he didn’t even bother to clean. I took it to apple who told me yes, in fact, the Best Buy tech broke a sensor and unnecessarily erased the data, and apple will have to give me a new phone, covered under apple care thankfully. For the love of god, go the extra mile and bring your phone to apple, Best Buy really messed this up. 3 days, lots of gas money, and lost photos because the employee was incompetent.

Chose curbside pickup instead of going in the store. The order was brought out within a few minutes, and the person had good customer service/soft skills. Im not sure if youre supposed to tip them, but if so I forgot. I should have though, because I thought he did a good job.

I love Best Buy because you can take your time checking out phones without having an employee breathing down your neck. I love how it closes late and everyone is so friendly.The only set back is that when you need help or have any simple question about an item they have you waiting in line for a long time. Last time I went their I was #17 but yet the store was pretty empty. I got tired of waiting and just left . other than that its a well worth your spent money type of store, their prices are fair and their is always unbeatable sales! They also offer a payment plan which is so nice...Best Buy is my #1 store when it comes to buying any type of electronics!

Its a very cool place with nice staff. Although I feel like the have an underwhelming amount of computer components and selection of computers and laptops. I appreciate how they dont sell things for ridiculous amounts even though some are a bit over priced.Other than that its a nice store, nice staff, pretty straight forward.

What a joke, I spent 1500 for a new laptop and was pressured into buying the geek squad package they said its a great deal always have tech support at any given time. I have drove twice now from Walsenburg Co to Pueblo Co over a 100 mile round trip each time they keep coming up with excuses why they havent done the work, ( they forgot they say people ha ent showed up) this is after they call and set up the appointments to pick up laptop. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau, I want my money back!

By far one of the lowest inventory levels Ive seen at a BB. And their shrinkage prevention practices make it nearly impossible to find anything. This is not a reflection on staff who were nice and helpful, but I will drive 40 miles to Colorado Springs before I return to this particular store.

Everytime I come here I always find what I need. The staff is very friendly, especially the attractive lady with rainbow sherbert hair. I wish I would have asked for her number. She is very nice and professional. If I have to buy more cameras for my house then I am choosing this place as my go-to-store. This includes buying more electronic products.

Be careful if you get a cell phone there because they have no service or very little to activate it. If you are there and need to use cell service same thing.most of the people are decent. The pick up or web ordering /pick up is really rough. prices can be good, but not always.

My friend went there to buy a computer mouse, waited in line like everyone else and when it was his turn to check out the employe told him “we don’t help crackers here, go to the back of the line”. Absolutely disgusting! Him and the gentleman behind him left. The man behind him wasn’t white and even he knew that was wrong and disgusting so he left too.

Do yourself a favor and order online. Its faster than being AT the store!! You have to put in your name and then you are entered into a cue. When its your turn someone comes to find you and THEN they can help you. You then have to wait in line to pay at Customer service, even if you have everything you want to buy!! Insane that this is the level of customer service!

I love Best Buy but this Best Buy has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I shop at Best Buy, I travel to multiple Best Buy’s, like I said I really like Best Buy. PUEBLO Best Buy is the worst. There is never anything there and the workers don’t try to help. I waited 30-40 mins just trying to buy a portable battery and I didn’t even end up getting it because they never showed up to help me. ALL OF THESE workers in blue shirts and no one was there to help. They would just walk right past me, meanwhile I was on the waiting list. The manager here needs to reconsider who they hire. UNWELCOMING, UNFRIENDLY, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won’t be shopping here anymore. Thank you to the workers that did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me. This has happened more than once so this is why I am writing a review.

I stopped in here because it was on my way. Weirdest Best Buy Ive even been in, though. I could not find the adapter I was looking for, even though I checked ahead of time online to make sure they had it in stock. Finding a different adapter brand was not easy, as all their computer adapters are spread out on 4 different shelves. Check out was at the Customer Service counter for some reason. And when they rang up the adapter I picked it scanned as $39.99 instead of the posted $24.99, which is a big price difference. Im giving 2 stars just because they honored their own posted price.

I understand longer waits for an associate if you have questions and are not sure want you’re going to purchase, however having to wait for 20 minutes just so someone can open a case and grab the only thing you came in here for is ridiculous. Microcenter needs to open a store in the springs because they can handle weekend demand just fine.

Giving it two stars only because our first trip to purchase the item was OK. It was the attempted exchange that was terrible.Purchased a wired Ring Doorbell this morning. Sales associate was helpful - even if she did give us a bit of misinformation. (Ring won’t work with the current chime speaker on the current doorbell - she said it did.) We got home and found it wouldn’t work with our current setup. We went back to exchange it for a wireless unit. The expediter at the door put us in the “queue.” We waited 10 minutes. NO ONE. We asked a manager - he checked and said we were in “there.” (Guess it was below him to open the locked case and give us the one we wanted...) Another five minutes NOTHING. We finally gave up and just got a refund. We’ll order it from Amazon. Amazon has amazing customer service - by the way...We had a sour experience purchasing a freezer from them about 18 months ago. We actually never got it because they told us a month later the unit was discontinued and then tried to upsell us. We demanded a refund. We got the very same freezer from Home Depot- no problem. We thought we’d try them again. DONE. Worst customer service ever ...

Its a great place for all your electronic and appliance needs. Quite a broad selection of video surveillance from top brands. This is our third camera system purchase. We even demonstrate to staff remote access and viewing to broaden staff knowledge.The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. We have purchased far too much, but happy with our purchases.Unfortunately cameras never stop crime, and when faced with genuine criminals, they threaten your life or property for simply adding them. 35 years ago when we moved in, we didnt even need to lock our doors.

However, although the person at the front door is friendly and says hello, they dont always ask you immediately what youre trying to find. so I waste time trying to find the correct department to look for the item Id like to purchase, instead of being directed straight to it. People wonder why this place is going under? Come visit our local Best Buy, and you will completely understand why.I really do not enjoy even thinking of doing business with this company anyway, as they have screwed me with warranty work on cameras before, costing me a couple grand in missed appointments.This all being said, I needed to upgrade my iMac for my business. They had the one I needed in stock, and would have saved me a trip to the Springs to the Apple store.We arrive, and are greeted and asked if we needed any help... so far so good. When we did ask for assistance in purchasing a $2000+ iMac 27, we were told someone would be with us momentarily.35 minutes later, 4 other customers that had just walked in and been helped in front of us...in the same department... finally had someone supposedly wanting to help us, though he acted like he would have rather been somewhere else... wife said she wanted a manager and he did say that he would get one..but was not going to wait around for another 40 minutes or so for them to find him.We walked out, without purchasing the computer, without all the extra warranty items, without the several other accessories we had already scoped out for purchase. Your $3500 loss in a sale not mine. And whoever the blond heifer was at the front door is as rude as any self important c@nt I have ever met.Long story short, dont waste your time here, or with them... when this store closes though due to craptastic customer service, more uneducated unemployed to take care of.

Im not sure what the point of curbside pick up is. The best buy app told me that it would take 6 minutes. Im going on 30 minutes waiting..... Dont waste your time using curbside pick up unless you want to wait all day.Just wanted to edit this. After an hour and 7 minutes someone brought me my order. You may be wondering, why didnt you just go in and get it. I. Tried. They said that it was a curbside pick up and someone would bring it out to me. This was around the 40 minute mark after I woke up the sleeping baby in the car to run inside. 0/10. Do not reccomend.

I have been waiting at curbside pickup for over half an hour and can go inside due to 2 sleeping kids and I ordered curbside. Tried to call the store but the message says they are not taking phone calls and forwarded me to a national operator. I told him the issue and he was very nice. He said he messaged the leadership at the store and they should be right out but 10 mins later nothing. Gave 2 stars since the guy I called was nice but other wise I will just stick to amazon and stuff now this has been a huge hassle. No it looks like iam going to have to drive away and call bestbuy again to reset the order.
